This poor new station. Limen wondered if they’d invested in insurance, given the number of times it’d been attacked. What would the rates for something like that be? She hoped they weren’t too bad or that perhaps the owners had forgone insurance all together, deciding it cheaper just to pay for repairs out of pocket. Because tonight, their rates were going to go up.
The goals were simple ones. First, tell the world of the non-supers what had gone down when the dragon attacked because none of them had been there and they weren’t trusted by any super to give a correct report. Second, and perhaps more importantly, they were to make a request to the supers of Emerald City. For just a couple of days after the dragon attack, all factions and all supers were to enter a temporary truce. People were injured and recovering physically and mentally from the fight. It was the least everyone could do to let bad blood lie and not fight each other for just a couple of days.
All they needed a really big speaker, and the news station had just that. It was nothing personal. Really.
Limen had invited her two teammates for this mission separately, explaining and developing the plan, location, and time to meet to both Sanduleak and Canary on different occasions for no intentional reason other than it was convenient and she hadn’t run into the two of them together. The agreed on time to meet was 5:00PM, just in time for rush hour commuters to tune into the radio. Limen sat on the rooftop of the adjacent building, just out of sight for those on the street below. She’d be easy enough to spot for those who liked to take the high road.
Her bow was set, her quiver was full, and her sweatshirt was aptly filled. All that was left was to wait for her teammates to show up.

SCHEME: Steal the radio show and spread our message to the city!

At first, when Limen had mentioned her idea, Canary had thought to decline. There was still a lot she needed to do, but in the end the message was one she could get behind. Supers putting a hold on their plans didn't seem likely, but opening the door for that was worth it, even it if it was only long enough for the city to recover. What was the point, if supers were just going to tear it all down again going back to their own plans and lives?
The fact that the truth would be spread, however, was the deciding factor. She herself had never seen a dragon before, had heard it in passing once or twice in her entire life. The government had done well to cover up the destruction, but it had to stop. People knew that something massive had come out of the hillside, and that couldn't be blamed on Lavender Boulevard. She was tired of the lies.
And so, she met with Limen at the appointed time. She recalled the first time they had met, and how haphazard the situation had been before. She would not allow that to happen again. Not to mention she owed the other girl. Her devices were ready, and so was she. This needed to happen, one way or another.
If it helped her burn off some aggression, then so much the better.
SUPPORT for the sake of those living in the city.

Honestly, Gilgamesh didn't really care about if a truce was called or not. He would do his thing no matter what the "leaders" of Pandemonium declared. It was the whole point of joining that group. He had enough support to not be harassed constantly, but the freedom to do as he pleased. The Bulwark were too rigid and everything he'd heard about of the Keepers was not up his alleyway. Assuming what he heard was even true and not just the deranged rumors of drunks and fools. What he did care about was Limen. Or more specifically, that she cared about this.
Which is why he wanted to stop it. Or at least make a show of stopping it. She was a self admitted coward. Someone ready to run as soon as the game turned against her. But if this was something that she cared about, then maybe she would stick it out and see it through til the end. This was to be a test for his apprentice, and that meant he couldn't be gentle. To be gentle would mean she wouldn't feel the pressure to stick it out or run away, and he needed her to feel choose fight when she felt that fight or flight instinct kicked in. To do anything else was a disservice to her potential.
Opposing - Limen must be tested

Sanduleak had agreed to the plan before she had finished her first spiel about it. Hell even if he didn't agree with it, she tried to help him and at least made him somewhat comfortable during the dragon attack and his fall, he owed her this much help at the very least. Then the idea of spreading the truth and a truce made the deal all the more sweet. He hated the news with a passion about how much they got wrong, and was just plain too tired of fighting at the moment to really want to deal with idiotic faction conflicts. There were two factors that almost made him oppose it, one was the fact that he was probably pushing by standing with his insides still sore from multiple internal injuries and two was one he had just found out recently. As he used the light platform, that was his usual mode of transportation, to move to the roof he saw her.
"So uh hey ready to do this?"
Real freaking smooth Sandu, next mention the weather. No, no time for stupid jokes, just focus on the mission. Hopefully this would at least put him somewhat back into her good graces. At the very least he knew she was reliable, hell she was probably gonna save his life today knowing their luck.
Supporting: People gotta learn the truth and give supers a little vacation for the thing they just killed.

Despicable, absolutely despicable. Unhallow could hardly believe what they was hearing when Sin Eater told them about a recent plot she caught wind of. Apparently, a group of supers were going to take over the news station, again as if that place didn't get enough trouble, and broadcast a message with the intention of causing a panic. Apparently, what actually happened wasn't good enough for their fragile little egos, so they had to make everything seem so much worse than it actually was. Even broadcasting the truth seemed like too much for something like this given how little most people could do about such a thing, but making everything seem worse? That was just cruel. What did they hope to accomplish with such a thing?
Sin Eater was busy, but Unhallow could handle something like this easily. Those towers weren't exactly weak, but they did have a lot of little delicate components inside of them that the outer layers of the structure were supposed to protect. Unhallow's power would not be hampered by such protection, and thus they would be able to destroy those components easily. All they really had to do was stand near it for a little bit and everything would fall apart. These villains' message would not reach the public.
The real trouble was figuring out how to get to that antenna. Unhallow would really rather not go inside the studio and cause those poor people to panic at yet another super attacking them, not to mention what their power would likely do to those people if they got that close. Fortunately, Unhallow eyed a somewhat broken fire escape leading up to the higher floors. From there, they'd only need to figure out how to get onto the roof. It looked like a good starting point at least. Unhallow began their ascent, a little nervous by how much this thing was wobbling already. The people nearby would likely feel some effects from their power, but they'd just be the usual weak muscle aches or headaches. The real damage wouldn't come until later, even if Unhallow hoped they wouldn't have to do too much.
OPPOSING: I wasn't lied to, you're all just terrible people >:<

This city was still the same.
A dragon destroyed entire chunks of the town, but that didn't mean anything to these criminals. With more and more Bulwark out spending time to repair the damages, there were less members available to protect this city. The crime rate most likely went up, not that Nemesis cared about the numbers. Anything above zero meant she still had a job to do. Nothing had changed.
Until someone else bothered to stand up and protect everyone, she would be out here just like today. Nemesis planned on staying on duty until she prevented one more act of idiocy. So she waited around Laurel Boulevard, because people really seemed to enjoy messing with this place. The dragon took her motorbike and the sword, so all she had on her was a baseball bat.
Supplies were low right now, but that was to be expected. In times like these everyone was desperate, heroes and villains. Of course, gang members weren't exactly known for their kindness, and would probably resort to stealing what they needed. Soon enough, somebody would try something dumb and she intended on teaching them a lesson.
Opposing: A crime is a crime, even if you're a Lime. . .n

“You know it.” Limen said, a mad grin on her face.
This was normally the part where Limen messed with the news station’s electricity or security system or something, but for once, she needed those to be active. As much as she would like to just get into their communication line and do things that way, that’d take more time than just flat out overrunning the place. Plus flat out overrunning the place was more fun.
This was also the part where, had this been a shonen anime, Limen would’ve noticed a disturbance in power. A strong opponent approaching, a fated five-episode battle. She would pause, say something to the effect of “so he has come”, and then her dramatic camera angle would cut away so he could make his entrance.
Instead, Limen made her entrance into the building via a window. An open window, as it were - there would be no glass panes in need of replacement just yet. The person who had been happily working on his newest news story let out a yell as Limen rolled onto his desk, throwing papers everywhere. She knocked over no less than two pencil holders, a large stack of paper, and a keyboard as she leaped from the desk to the floor and got to her feet. “Sorry!” Was all she called over her shoulder as she threw open his door and ran into the third floor of the news station.
The people of the open cubical office were clearly alarmed by the sudden appearance of a known super. Surprise was helpful when pushing people out of her way to make a mad dash for the next floor’s stairs.

If Limen had been in a shonen anime then the station may have avoided needing to pay for a new wall. As it was though when she went through a window, cautious and careful to avoid causing damage Gilgamesh would do the opposite. Literally slamming a fist through the same wall only a few moments before. Having hopped down from his vantage point, having had a chance to catch who else she was with. Distractions? Or opportunity? He'd have to see how they fit into his plan. But if nothing else they could be used as leverage to make sure that Limen was forced to stand her ground. If the objective didn't keep her feet planted and resolve strong, then surely the fate and health of her friends would? Whatever it took, he'd find the way to bring out the fighter in her yet!
"This is the end of the road. If you want to get your message out you are going to have to go through me."
He'd crack his knuckles and roll his shoulders before sliding into a Muay Thai stance. He wasn't afraid of breaking her face, something both of them should know by now. But he wanted to make sure he was perfectly clear because he doubted threats against her health alone would stop her.
"You can leave, or I'll make your little friends wish they had died during the Dragon attack too."
Best way to really hurt Limen was to hurt the others in front of her he imagined. And he had a feeling he knew what it would take to make all three of them scream in agony...

What.
Limen, how could you do this to her? Blinking, Canary nods at the familiar figure in a helmet and has absolutely nothing to say to him because DANGIT LIMEN THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLAN. In fact, Canary is pretty sure that any plans other than “speak out” just got tossed out the proverbial window and left to die in a ditch as the brunette scurried ahead...
And the wall broke down in response. Crap. She knows that hooded form. Her torso remembered, too, though the bruise had mostly faded into barely a hint of yellow by now. Her lips turn downward into a frown as Gilgamesh makes a speech at Limen, readying a new gadget to get this guy under control as soon as possible. If they could move past him, if they could restrain him in any way for a time, then it would get them that much closer to success.
“Ready as we'll ever be,” she mutters at Sanduleak. She didn't like the notion of being used as leverage for someone else, but ready or not, the opposition was on their doorstep.

Unhallow continued climbing the ladder, a little alarmed by how quickly it was rusting. They expected that to some extent, but this thing was in such bad shape already that it was really a matter of time before this thing collapsed completely. Maybe they should have picked a different route. Given they were already a story up, it was a bit late for that, so Unhallow just held their breath and continued climbing. Fortunately, this was easy compared to climbing the dragon, so they were able to scramble up it fairly quickly without even exerting themselves that much. When they were almost at the top, they stepped on a particularly unstable step, causing the rest of the ladder to fall to the ground. Unhallow hanged on one of the last few rungs of the ladder, trying to pull themselves up. It wasn't easy, but they managed to get up.
Now all they had to do was go sit next to the antenna. No broadcast was getting out of here today.

As expected, Nemesis did not need to wait long before finding a target to eliminate. If the person she detected entering a building from the third floor didn't give it away, the guy who just punched a hole in a wall confirmed that something bad was happening. The details of whatever crime those people were here to commit honestly didn't interest her. It didn't matter what they wanted to do, because it would not be happening in the first place. Not on her watch.
A few civilians had already noticed the attack and were hurriedly trying to clear the area. Seeing Nemesis run through the front door only hastened their retreat. Good. With less people around, she wouldn't have to worry about their safety.
The stairway was conveniently close to the entrance. Nemesis rushed ahead to reach the correct floor before these invaders could cause too much of a ruckus. A battle against two supers on her own should be a challenge, but she couldn't leave. Giving up now meant turning in her hero badge, and had no idea where that thing was.

"Oh uh yeah good answer..."
Sanduleak muttered a bit dumbly as he followed, before clenching his fist slightly as he saw pandemonium's infamous martial artist lecture their current leader. He was having a bad enough day with the head and heart aches, the latter being both literal and figurative, then this drama, and actually wanting to do a somewhat good deed, only to be lectured, not by a Bulwark or Keeper but by a bloody Pandemonium member and then threatened. The fucking hell was wrong with some of the idiots here. GOD WHY COULDN'T SOMETHING JUST GO FREAKING RIGHT, RIGHT NOW!?!?

From the moment Limen drew her bow over her shoulder, she knew she was going to fire those arrows and then run. As fast as she could. The moment the second one left her string she was off the cubical in another flurry of papers and running along the tops of the dividers for the stairs, taking a bit of a roundabout way around Gil and running from weird black smoke. Were more supers here? And here she had thought she was being quiet. Ish. Maybe the paper had already printed some inciteful news article; that seemed to happen a lot around here. With any luck, the other supers here (besides Gil) would leave the three of them to their own work. After all, who would want to stop an accurate account of the dragon attack and a request for a bit of peace?
A helpful little map by the stairwell said the recording studio was just up one floor. Limen began her assent, four steps at a time.
