Some of the costs for the openings have been lowered. The only one that's changed beyond that is INJURE, which makes it so the target's powers can't suppress at all, though their immunities still can. The new costs for the openings are as follows:
CAPTURE - Cost reduced to 15% DEFY - Cost reduced to 0% DISABLE - Cost reduced to 15% INJURE - Cost reduced to 15% NEGATE - Cost reduced to 5% REGROUP - Cost reduced to 30%
These changes are effective immediately.
