Name: Gavin Michaels
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Occupation: Gavin had attended college in Emerald City, and graduated with degrees in mechanics, robotics, and technology. He worked in a garage he owned as an auto mechanic, independent. The garage doubled as technical support for any electronics, diagnosing and fixing anything someone needed done.
Face Claim:
Appearance: Gavin was about 6 feet tall, on the shorter end of it, and a skinny fellow. Although he was built thin, he still was just above average in muscle. He did take care of himself, after all. Gavin's hair was short and black, only a couple inches, and he had bright blue eyes. They were the most prominent feature on his face, his nose being a thin and almost button like feature that wasn't worth much attention and his lips just thin and usually pressed in a thoughtful manner. His normal outfit was a band tee, blue jeans, and a dark blue and black flannel.
Skills: Gavin excelled in an academic sense, having majored in very math heavy fields and enjoyed figuring out how things worked. The only thing resembling a hobby he had was dissecting how objects had been put together and worked, which gave him a taste for cars and electronics. He could deconstruct any ordinary device as well as put it back together, sometimes even with improvements.
Personality: Gavin is a far cry from a social butterfly. When he does interact, he's usually very aloof and distant, but occasionally makes the odd sarcastic remark to anyone he likes enough or regulars at his garage. He was a very sarcastic person, using it almost as a defense mechanism, regardless of if there was anything to defend. Gavin also considered himself a pessimist and a rationalist, thinking everything was going to fail but also understanding there were ways to alter one's position in these events. Although he never formed any true goal for his life, he did enjoy the idea of having some impact on his surroundings. Gavin often functions off of the next task he has to accomplish. To any normal passerby, he blends into the crowd as another civilian concerned with the few insignificant inner machinations of their life and a cold shoulder to most everyone else. The only exceptional things he had that almost no one else did was a complex philosophy of right and wrong and a desire to get what he wants at almost any cost. Both, right and wrong, were mere ideas and social constructs that meant nothing. They were fickle, and were both easily used by him to justify anything as his tools were to accomplish anything. This idea contributed to his selfishness, giving him all the more reason to simply do as he pleased though typically within the law. Gavin never liked the idea of being indiscriminate, though. He frequently misdiagnosed the problems in a car or device just so he could charge more to fix it, but avoided doing so to those he knew were poor or elderly and ignorant. It took very little to sway him in the direction of the unscrupulous, though Gavin had some shred of compassion that showed on occasion. Part of the reason he liked the idea of making an impact on the world was just that, compassion. The world through his eyes was simply idiotic and wrong, so he liked to act as a karmic force both as a super and as a mechanic. He was by no means a good person, and as soon as that idea of keeping things a little balanced got in his way it went out the window. When put in any random situation, Gavin would do anything to get himself a leg up on the rest of the world but he would only step on toes if he had to.
