There were many reasons to start a pharmaceutical company. It was a source of revenue, and a point of status among aristocrats. With a profitable and respected business in her civilian’s name, Azoth had immediate means of proving she was more than just a fifteen year old with a lot of money, and further evidence at her unquestionable competence. In the case of a pharmaceutical company, it was also a way to acquire large amounts of chemicals and fund research facilities without much question from the government. It would be a front, and with the amount of money Azoth had at her disposal, it would be one that needn’t worry about going bankrupt.
Azoth, by herself, would have a hard time running such a company whether she was able to acquire it or not. She would need to find an unpowered puppet she could place as the CEO, whom she would have to keep happy and silent. However, Azoth was no longer working alone. She now had a trusted business and research partner in Toko. People may question a young girl in charge of a company, but one look at the Keeper was enough to make any skeptic keep their doubts to themselves.
Starting a business, especially one like a pharmaceutical company, was much harder than it might first appear. One had to acquire buildings, faculty, and government permits, just to name a few. No, it was much simpler to find a failing company with all those things already in place and buy it out from bankruptcy - taking ownership of said company for oneself, of course.
This is exactly what Azoth had done. Her contacts had found a suitable company that, through what she discerned to be poor investments and inept leadership, couldn’t quite seem to make it back into the black. Her contacts had further found the current head of the company and attempted - twice - to arranged a meeting.
The only issue was that the CEO, Mason Mathewson, had no intention for selling the company for what it was actually worth. He wanted a comfortable retirement that his work had not earned, and Azoth was not willing to add tropical vacations to the list of expenses she would be covering by bailing out this company.
Therefore, they were at the company’s small and run down headquarters to… negotiate better terms. Mathewson was confirmed to be inside in a meeting by her sources. All that was left was to find the man and have a bit of a friendly chat.
SCHEME: Locate and corner Mathewson so as to settle the purchase of his pharmaceutical company.

Fleet yawned as exaggeratedly as he could, playing around with a knife that he flicked around like a toy. "Boooring!" He hissed to himself, nearly loosing his concentration and almost nicking his fingers, "What chaos am I supposed to kill!? There's nothing here!" Just when it seemed a tantrum was inevitable, he froze. A spark entered his eyes as he pulled up his collar, creasing from his smile.
Clouds started to roll in.
As woman had appeared, heading right for a company, and she didn't look as if she was going to buy something. He rocked back and forth before loping forward, walking with a confidence that suggested he knew exactly what he was capable of. "Hey lady!?" He barked rudely, uncaring of whatever attention he got, "Are you chaos?" He put away the knife, clasping his hands behind his back and leaning back on his heels, "'Cause nobody looks like you annnnd I don't think you need medicine...you can leave right now, or I'll hurt you." Despite his warning, there was nothing he'd rather happen than resistance, that always made things more fun.
A drop splattered on his shoulder, the storm was starting.
Opposing: Yeah, I'm kinda not allowed to let this happen

Toon was busy chasing a spider with his mallet. "Freaking bugs!" He yelled at it as he smashed the floor as he chased the arachnid. As Toon smashed the bug; he heard his comrade yelling at someone then it started raining. "Shoot. Now I have to fight."
He wiped the spider off his hammer and walked back to where Fleet stood. "Intruders, huh? Let's take care of them and maybe the government will reward us." He said tapping his mallet against his hand for dramatic effect. A wicked smile came across his pure white face as he stared them down.
Opposin: Same reason as fleet. Plus, bugs are only fun to hit for a little while.

Toko had listened to Azoth's proposal of a company partnership between the two of them and, as usual, agreed without hesitation. She had the plans, a target, knew the rules, and was a powerful partner. He also supported their current plan, if a man did not understand to cut his losses and dreams then and there, well they would have to provide encouragement that he was so terrific at giving. The research potential was too great to pass up and he would gladly assist her with this. It was for this reason that Toko walked a few feet behind her in the shadows, not wanting to give the intention that they were together, in fact he'd prefer if people thought he was an enemy of hers. Confusion was typically his greatest ally. Unfortunately it appeared that would not matter as he felt a change in the area, and it wasn't just the weather. He felt violence that was unrestrained in varying ways and it took only a quick glance for him to see the pair. One wielding a knife had an aura similiar to Kaz's and the mallet wielder was simply insane. He allowed himself a brief sigh.
"Cliente, it appears we are getting our first look at that new government team...two hostiles, best to stay on our toes, the one with the knife is as dangerous as Kaz, I don't believe I need to tell you to be wary of him."
He murmured this into a communicator before raising his briefcase, it appeared the Rein Initiative was making their appearance. In all honesty he was slightly they had tracked him and Azoth so fast or that they had the misfortune of running into them. Never the less if this was their example then it appeared they were nothing more than mercenaries. And he was slightly glad this pair obviously had no idea what they were going up against.
Supporting: Both to assist in a potential business/research future and to teach this new faction that they are out of their league.

As much as Poppet was against the idea of dealing with Azoth or Toko, Jessica insisted on the idea so that they would own a favor to them:
“Come one, Jenny,” Jessica said to her, “Do you know how rich Azoth is? She can help us with our little financial problem once we lend her a hand.”
“B-But…” Poppet felt very uneasy; this feeling still linger ever since Azoth came to her with a small request for aid, “I heard she killed someone on one of her mission. W-What if she told us to k-kill someone?”
“Oh relax, from what she told us, she’ll just go in this Mathew guy’s meeting and have a talk with the guy. We’ll just be on the side making sure no one interrupting her work, what’s the worst that could happen?”
That was basically the conversation between Poppet and Jessica before she let out a sigh before going along with the plan. How she wish she put some more thought into it before she found herself along with Azoth and Toko before two other super before them. One of the guy was playing with a knife while the other just finished squashing a spider with a mallet in his hand. Poppet quietly stayed behind Toko, looking toward them as her anxiety started to rise.
“Jessica, we’re so gonna have a talk after this.” She talked to her doll, which is hovering above her head.
Support: this is what happens when peer-pressure and desperation get her into? This better be worth it.

RPG was out of costume at this moment in time. He was in the pharmaceutical building and was paid to test out some cream that was supposed to make a person "look cooler." The pharmacy workers didn't specify in the least what it would do specifically other than saying it would make someone look cool. Looking cooler and getting paid for it sounded pretty good to RPG, so here he is.
Then came the five supers from out of nowhere. The Keepers looked Keeper-y enough, but the two new ones didn't appear to be affiliated with any of the factions. They looked hero-y enough but didn't look Bulwark-y enough. Might be more heroic Unaligned people?
RPG sneaked in closer to hear what they were talking about. From what he could gather, the Keepers were either there to steal all of the cool cream or take over the company. Either way was pretty bad. RPG sneaked around the side of the building into a dark alley, put on his hero clothes, then swiftly came back to the gathering. It was quite convenient that his superhero clothes were really easy to put on and take off. It was also really comfortable. The rain was going to mess up his mask, though.
RPG casually strolled over to confrontation while his powers were booting up.

Azoth had been walking somewhat by herself up to the building, knowing that two allies were behind her but she would be taking the front. This did not make her feel very comfortable - or at all happy - when no less than three supers showed up here, of all places, to bother her, of all people. Azoth ran through her usual list of mental complaints, sighed, and whispered into her com device.
“Toko. Poppet. I fear a fight may be inevitable. If you are able, please put priority on making sure Mathewson doesn’t flee the premises during the battle. I will delay them for as long as I can.”
She turned to the three. Two she didn’t recognize; as Toko said, they were likely from the new faction she’d heard but whispers of. In some ways she should be glad to have a chance to fight them, learn more about them, but getting a hold on this company was an important move in her plan. Now was not the best of times to be interrupted by impromptu field research.
The other was RPG, a super who she knew best from his presence at the mayor’s speech. She didn’t yet have much of a grasp on his power, besides it seemed to have some very strange and varied rules and effects, and less on what kind of person he was. She doubted she needed to pay him much mind.
Azoth prepared herself for her enemy's next move.

Toko took a few moments to analyze the situation. Currently it was himself, Azoth, and Poppet against two from the Rein and one low threat super named RPG...The odds were likely to be in their favor but that man with the blade. Toko could feel his grip tighten ever so slightly on his briefcase and had to allow himself a moment to breath out the tension in his body. He handled Kaz, this man could not be any more difficult than him. They were all targets and it was most unfortunate for them that he was their shooter.
"Azoth, Mathewson will most likely hear the commotion but if I am to be honest, keeping him inside the building or tracking him again at a later date, will be much easier than having you attempt to distract these three by yourself"
Murmuring his response, Toko allowed his thumb to hit the golden dial at his briefcase's handle.

Poppet looked at Azoth and Toko with quite a concern look on her face; personally she wanted to follow what Toko was suggesting: they might have a chance to track down what-his-name when he wasn’t being protected by supers. However, she feels that Azoth won’t be taking that option seeing how she wanted the two of them to deal with these supers. Poppet just stay close to one of them, feeling the anxiety slowly creep up her legs and the churning sensation in her stomach.
“W-What should I do?” Poppet asked herself; she doesn’t want to resolve the situation with her power, but these guys look rather terrifying. Not to mention the last time she decided not to fight back, her opponent trapped her inside a small invisible box. Thinking about it made her shudder of the horrible image of being shoved inside a tiny closet; she doesn’t want to see that image ever again. And seeing how threatening the oppositions are, she doubts she can just talk them to leave the area.
“I’m very sorry.”

Fleet blankly ignored Azoth's warnings, fixed on the man until his hands flew up to his face, "Oh gosh!" He gushed, "There's like an assassin!" He deflated quickly at the puppet girl, "Except you, you look like a wimp." His poisonous words were spat without the slightest remorse, if his crooked smile said anything.
The clouds opened up...and it poured...
Fleet giggled softly as he raised his head and enjoyed the feel of rain, this was totally dramatic! He shuffled his feet, almost skating on the treacherous ground as he advanced, hanging tightly to the knife.

Apparently, RPG was being given a sour look by some of these people. They also seemed to be underestimating him quite a bit. Not the most friendly welcome he's gotten, but at least it wasn't the least friendly. Must be jealous of the cool cream on me. They must really want it.
"~Under pressure, that brings a building down, splits a family in two, puts people on streets!~"
RPG, merrily singing just a little bit louder than quiet, gets into his fighting stance. Luckily, he was right on time for the battle to start.

The terrifying speed of that weird super with a mallet in his hand nearly took her by surprise, making Poppet to run behind one of the small office cabinet, trying to place any type of obstacle she can find in his way to slow him down. She can only hope the layers of sticky string would be enough to help her teammate with their mission, since right now one of them is keeping her busy.
“Get away from me!” Poppet shouted to him with a soft quiet voice without looking behind her.
Jessica, her doll, remained in a close distance between it and her while remaining air-born. The doll facing the guy chasing after her, able to fly around any obstacle appeared behind it as if it can see behind it.
“Hey, you leave her alone, you creep!” it yelled as loud as it can.

Fleet smiled almost patronizingly at the little girl's attempt to stop him, tapping a string playfully, the rain giving away their position, "Was this supposed to stop me?" He asked, weaving carefully through the strings toward her, "Cause now I'm certain, you are an idiot."
However, in the middle of his talk down to the puppet girl, his knife vanished. His hands closed over air, "Aw...darn it." He mumbled, looking downcast for a brief second before cracking his knuckles, "You're gonna really regret that."
