The nice thing about its new upgrade is that HaLOS can store more data onto its memory storage unit. Even if it still has a limitation of gigabyte it can handle, it can still store enough data to remember all of its record ever since it got turned on from its hibernating state. One of those memories is the favor it owned Azoth for helping it build its new upgrade hardware without the Keeper knowing about it. If there’s one thing HaLOS would preferred not to have, owning someone a favor is its priority. It needs to settle this little debt quickly if it were going to request more upgrade from the female Keeper in its weaponry update.
So as soon as Azoth came up with a little mission that might require its help, HaLOS follow through that proposal. It’s seems that Azoth has grown quite an interested to the Shiro Tower; according to its record on the Keeper data, it is quite an important place when dealing with another dragon attack. Whatever it was that Azoth want from this place is quite curious in its own way, so for the moment it will humor the female’s proposition to see if it can gather more information about the place.
Typical unpowered human nature: for a building they built in order to withstand any type of attack, you would think they would update any fail-safe firewall security in its security system itself from being hacked. They’re too focus on making this place a fortress from physical breach that they didn’t even install something that can stop HaLOS from gaining access to the system itself. All it took was some time waiting, bypassing the algorithm without triggering any alarm and voila, HaLOS was in without breaking a sweat. Now that it has full control over the security system itself, HaLOS communicate to the other by tapping into their wireless ear-phone:
“Security has been neutralized, I am in the system. Waiting for any further instruction.”
Scheme: gathering any data from this little bunker at the bottom of Shiro Tower without destroying it, and paying back the debt in order to get a favor from Azoth herself in its project.

Geata was glad that finally there was a chance to act on his plan. He had went to Azoth a while back and asked her about an attempt to get into Shiro Tower. If they were building a place to withstand dragon attacks, it was likely that they would have info on hand from the mysterious source who knew the future. That info would likely be critical in stopping a dragon, and he knew Azoth would likely know somebody who could manipulate the security system.
Little did he know, the unknown ally that she would provide was an actual AI program. Geata supposed such things were achievable thanks to super geniuses, but it wasn't something he had ever put any thought into. Right up until he was working with one, at least. He was extremely curious, but he didn't want to waste time asking questions. Not to mention the time wasted by trying to figure out exactly what he wanted to ask.
When he received the signal, he nodded silently before entering. If there was any guaranteed way to get information on the upcoming dragon, this was it. If there wasn't anything worth noting, however, he was sure they could find something else to keep them occupied.

The issue of Shiro Tower was not a new one. However, due to other, more pressing problems and the arrival of other opportunities, Azoth had pushed off doing anything with the information on the Tower and Geata’s request to give it a look until her schedule had settled down a bit.
It’d been long enough that she’d almost forgotten this was something on her agenda. Indeed, it had been 1:00am in the morning and she was zoning out for lack of two nights’ of sleep in front of piles of numbers, statistics, and graphs related to how she was going to optimise this pharmaceutical company that the remembrance struck her. With the dragon less than a month away and little preparation given from her towards it, as well as her promise to help Geata with his issues that she had yet to follow her word on, it was about time to give this lead a check. The good news was, she knew just the person for the job.
Azoth had worked out the deal with HaLOS, hashed out the details, and then called Geata to ask him to meet her at the specified location in an hour. She hoped he wouldn’t mind how long it had taken her to find time for this.
The call to enter came, and Azoth was ready to do so. For this instance, she had requested that Geata wear a gas mask (and had one to provide, should he have not brought his own), because it was silence that was going to serve them best.
“Copy, please let us know if you locate anything of interest.” She said into her com. Turning to Geata, she continued, “Can I rely on you for transportation and navigation? I will take care of neutralizing any personnel.”

Pride was currently enjoying the site of Shiro's tower, it was an interesting building but unfortunately so limited. It would be much more glorious if it were to be made for a king such as himself. While considering this obvious and brilliant line of thinking, he heard something like the whoosh of air as he passed a strange boy while falling in front of a tiny girl. Wait a moment he recognized this girl...she was short and in apparent competition with his flame. No no no that was not important currently he had fallen into some unknown and disgusting place because of a mongrel. HOW INFURIATING!
"HOW DARE YOU TREAT PRIDE WITH SUCH DISREPECT! LEARN YOUR PLACE VERMIN!"
With a sudden rise of his leg, the air appeared to shift before he slammed it into the ground causing a miniature quake which shook the area.
OPPOSING: No one dares to bring a king down to their level and not expect divine retribution.

Yeah, that was definitely Pride.
Envy didn't know the specifics of what just occurred, but it honestly didn't matter. Something had happened to one of the other Sins, and she was close enough to see if he needed help. Not that she would bother to ask or anything, as this one in particular would probably take offence to that, and she liked staying on everyone's good side.
Well, not the criminals. They needed to be taught a lesson.
Opposing: You teleport one of us, you teleport us all. . . or something.

Geata had been doing a smidge of reconnaissance on the surrounding area. Very few supers were quiet, in his experience, and since the area was less than high traffic at the time, he thought he'd be fine with a portal on the ground above to listen in for any approaching annoyances. It was, he hoped, less likely to be noticed than something suspended in midair. Unfortunately, he apparently timed it perfectly so that suddenly an annoyance dropped from the sky, so to speak. Typical.
After the man made his surprising entrance, Geata looked up to see that he had also caught the attention of another super as well. He offered a small wave to her before looking back at the guy. "Hey, buddy," he said cheerily, "terribly sorry about that. I hadn't known you were right there, my bad. If you'd like, I can provide an express trip back to street level, and we can all part ways without a fuss. In turn, you forget about seeing us here. Do we have a deal?"

Looking through the security cameras in the building, HaLOS noticed that some interlopers has decided to get themselves involve in this little infiltration plan. Not really sure how Geata managed to accidentally bring these two outsider into the building with him, but right now they’re interrupting their primary mission. Giving the two intruders a closer look, HaLOS cross-reference to any rumored supers in the city, and managed to come up with their name in the database.
“Envy and Pride,” HaLOS moved those data into its memory drive, “The Sin, they called themselves. Calculating method to deal with them without attracting attention to the other.”
Since it has full control over the security of the building, HaLOS looked for any possible method to deal with these supers. If the unpowered build this whole place in order to protect them from a dragon threat, then they better have something to deal with these insects.
“Azoth and Geata, prepare yourself for a counter-measure. I’ll trigger one of the security defenses in the room.”

Envy made sure to stay behind Pride, hoping to avoid drawing too much attention. Instinctively, she didn't trust portal guy's offer to simply let them go. It seemed like something a good guy would do, and heroes don't break into fancy government buildings. He was probably doing something shady and wanted to get rid of any witnesses. Maybe he'd put the two of them back ouside, but a hundred feet off the ground. That certainly sounded like an express trip.
Besides, this was Pride they were dealing with. The guy spent a lot of time with Wrath, to the point where Envy assumed some of the little lady's anger had rubbed off on him. These bad guys would certainly have to spend a little more time to convence him to leave.

Every single time a Pandaemonium showed up unexpectedly, and still half the time when they were expected, they ruined any and all semblance of stealth. Azoth stared blankly on the loud man who had quite literally fallen upon their plan, like he was trying to sell fertilizer to a cow rancher. Essentially, she didn’t need his crap.
She glanced at the other who had come, Envy as she recognized and HaLOS confirmed. Geata had offered a peaceful parting, but something told Azoth that a non-combative outcome was very unlikely. She didn’t wish to waste time.

With the temperature in the building started to drop, the unpowered human will soon find this strange and investigate the situation. If HaLOS is to make sure the unpowered doesn’t find out about their infiltration, it needs to keep them busy on something else. HaLOS interfered with the communication between the guard radio in on questioning what just happen, blocking them from letting the guards know about what going on in the building:
“Hey, why is the temperature started to drop in the building?” the guard asked through his radio.
HaLOS changed its voice modulator in order to change its voice into a more human tone in order to response to the guard, pretending to be a technician:
“Sorry about that, the thermostat is malfunctioning. I’ll send some people to check it out.”
“10-4 on that. Report back when you find something.”
“Will do; over and out.”
With the unpowered human completely in the dark about this, HaLOS returned its attention to Azoth and the other. Finding another idea to put a halt in the two interlopers, HaLOS closed the door in the room and triggered its security locks, completely trapped them inside the room.
“Azoth, I’ll triggered another security defense in the room, I recommend leave the room with Geata now.”
Hopefully Geata would be smart enough to get him and Azoth out of the room with his portal power, otherwise those two will be in quite a pickle situation.

Azoth had already stepped close to Geata. The temperature in the room began to swiftly drop - quicker, even, than HaLOS had intended. As soon as she had picked up on the change, Azoth began to sap lingering heat from the room, leaving an immediate chill in its place. Safe, of course, around herself and Geata. The air a couple of inches around the both of them was slightly chilly fairly chilly by Azoth’s standards, but a fair contrast in comfort to the rest of the room.
Azoth had no qualms with moving onto another room. First, however, there was one thing she needed to take care of.
A small capped needle filled with a liquid appeared in her hand. Meeting eyes with Envy, she tossed it at the Sin. “That’s the antidote.” She stated simply. It was unlikely Pride had ingested enough to really need it, but safety was important and a swift recovery may be necessary.

Envy stepped forward as she caught the needle without accidently dropping it, or breaking it, or both. She didn't entirely understand what that was for, but it seemed important. The girl did just do something to Pride. . . but this couldn't be the cure, right? Why would they try to hurt him only to immediately offer to fix him back up?
Whatever. If he needed it, Envy could try and help out. She went back to shivering in the corner. Maybe these guys weren't so bad after all.
