Now that both Azoth and Geata managed to get out of the room safely, HaLOS turned off the security mechanism inside the room. Since the two sins interlopers are out of the way, Azoth can returned back to that mission she has in mind with Geata from before. If this Shiro tower have something that could help them, then they’ll need some time to look for any data. However, even if HaLOS managed to fool the security guard from before when it drop the temperature down, that trick won’t last long.
In order to give those two times, HaLO need to hack into the power mainframe in that part of the downtown area and shut off all the power, creating a huge black-out. These people will probably have a spare generator in order to kick-start the power back online, but it will take quite some time for them to fully rebooting the security system as big as this. The one downside of this action is that HaLOS will no longer have any control of the security inside Shiro tower any more.
“Azoth, I’ll shut off the power inside the building soon in order to remove any trace of our "subterfuge/hacking" mission; the security system will be disable for about an hour before it got fully re-boot. You have until then to leave the building before the security system kicks in.”
This is the best way to make sure those security guard didn’t notice that their security system got hacked, and instead blame the black-out because of the power station’s malfunction. So before HaLOS activated its plan, it warned Azoth and Geata about the incoming black-out and what will happen to them. It might not be able to keep a close eye on those two should thing get problematic, but Azoth is smart enough to get her shit out of there before any of those guards see her.
And so after erasing any of its trails in the system, HaLOS shut off the power line across the city block by overloading one of the transformers at the power station. Now it's up to both Azoth and Geata on how they will spend their hour to get whatever they're after. As for the two sins, they’ll probably take the hint and leave this place before getting themselves into more trouble. If they can get their way inside the building, then they can find their way out.
Taking option #3.
