Azrael closed one of their eyes, aiming their scythe at the scene below the roof they stood on, a robbery, in which the victim was getting away. "And... bam! Got ya..!" Suddenly one of the victim's legs gave out and they fell, with the robber taking the opportunity to grab the victim's bag, despite the fact he had no idea what have just happened. Azrael smiled, this guy was a pretty bad robber, he didn't even have a weapon so someone had to help him out before he got better!
Unfortunately, before they could sit down, killing a part of someone really took something out of them, footsteps sounded behind them and they spun, fully expecting to see a Rein Initiative member and thus, blurted out something that would calm down the one's less likely to take the trouble Azrael often spread. "I was NOT helping the robber, if that's what you're thinking! I was making him more confident so he gets too confident and gets himself killed later! Reverse psychology shit or something like that!" This half-assed "explanation" was even highlighted by Azrael hiding their scythe behind their back, like whoever they were turning towards didn't just see them using it.

Usually Anonymous would feel the liking of tormenting criminal thugs around the dock, both killing time and relieving his boredom. However, today was…in a way, an exception for that. This time, the torment of these criminals just doesn’t have that zing feeling to them anymore, and Anonymous feel as though things no longer matter or fun anymore. When thing started to become bored to him, his mind started to wander off, thinking about the weirdest thing.
“Why am I feeling so…bored lately?” he asked himself, “Usually the screaming and begging for mercy from those low-life would bring a smile on my face, but now they all just feel sour.”
He felt tired, like he hasn’t slept for days, yet he doesn’t feel the usual feeling from spending many restless nights. Rather than exhaustion, he feel…melancholy; his thought just constantly wandering around, wondering about his purpose once again. Each time he does that, he tried to shake it off because of how absurd it was.
“There is no purpose in life,” he always said, “everything is meaningless, and anyone who’s obsessed over what their value in life, or what the meaning of existent is preposterous and insane.”
Yet here he was, walking around the downtown area, going from one rooftop to another, contemplating about why his mind is wandered all over the place. Just as he was about to gone off some other place, he noticed a small mugging is happening on the alleyway below. He would simply jump down and shattered the criminal’s mind right there, but today he just not feel in the mood. As he watched the scene unfold, the victim suddenly fell over, and the criminal leave with the bag that the victim was carrying.
That was when he noticed another brain pattern near his view; a super, perhaps? Well a normal person wouldn’t carry around a scythe, so it got to be. Curious since he has never met this person before, Anonymous walked closer to where the scythe-wielder is. As soon as he got close enough, the guy turned around and started to ramble some weird excuse or something like that.
“Okay…?” he tilted his head slightly before looking down at the alleyway. Putting two and two together, Anonymous now understand what has happen.
“Ahhh, I get it; you’re the one who cause that woman to fall over. I guess you’re not part of the Bulwark, otherwise you would have tried to stop the mugging rather than let it happen, or rather helping the robber to do his work.”
Obviously Anonymous can tell that the guy was lying; rather interesting to find a super who also take a liking to cause misery to other people. Perhaps this guy can help him regain his muse back to the way it was before.
“Well then, to what reason did you have for letting that robber get away like that?”

"Oh, wait a sec, you're not even part of the Rein Initiative! Good, so I was worried for nothing." The man didn't look like some goody two-shoes hero, most heroes had at least half a face, especially since the guy didn't seem all that bothered by the mugging down below. "Well of course I made that lady fall over, duh! The only times people fall over that easily is in movies. And now that you mentioned that lady, I forgot one last thing!" Azrael turned again, looking down at the woman now attempting to drag herself away, and snapped their fingers, giving back the use of the victim's leg, which she decided to make good use of, judging by the fact she took off running away.
"Awww, too bad, she's not going after the robber, he really needs to learn to fight and that would have been perfect!" They shrugged and laughed, maybe it's for the best, the robber will be more confident later anyway. They returned to facing the no face guy, laughing harder at his question. "Let the robber get away?! Didn't you see that? I didn't just let him go, I did all the heavy lifting! Seriously, all bad people need a start, but that guy had a really crappy start if he can't robber some rich lady! Oh, by the way, you're not going to try and tell someone important about what just happened, right, Mr. No face? Because I really do not need that trouble."

“Rein Initiate, huh?”
Anonymous tilted his head slightly; the name doesn’t really ring a bell to him much, but he did hear some rumors about a new faction going on around town. He wondered what this faction is about if they have their members to be this strange joined them. He’s probably won’t fit in with the Bulwark considering how he just let the crime happen before him. One would think he would fit in with the Pandaemonium, though there’s no reason why he would try to apologize for his action.
“Well, I suppose I can keep this little situation of your as a secret, but don’t get me wrong, what’s in it for me?”
He doesn’t really care much about why the guy would want to keep this as a secret, but if he’s desperate enough to ask him to do so, then there must be a reason behind it. Anonymous considered himself to be a business man: everything have a price, all he has to do is to appraise them.
“But before we can properly handling the situation at hand, it would be nice for me to know who I am talking to. What should I called you, friend? Or would you prefer me calling you Scyther?”
The nickname is quite silly, but considering he doesn’t have much context about this guy other than him having a scythe behind his back, it’s the best he can come up with for the moment. Then again, he would call him that anyway; for all the supers he has encountered, he’s never used their super name, only the nickname he gave them. None of them seems to mind, so there’s no point stopping that trend.
Still, it wouldn’t hurt to know the guy’s super name in the community.

Azrael gave an exaggerated gasp and posed dramatically, "Oh no, you won't keep my secret over your own good will!? Haha...! Of course you won't, nobody does stuff like that anymore!" After their latest laughing fit, Azrael shrugged, somehow being able to convey how little they cared about what they may have to do without their face. "I have no idea what you want me to do. Kill someone for you? Distraction? Wait, not only do I have no idea, I don't care, seriously, as long as it's exciting I'm fine."
Surprisingly, instead of laughing again at the nickname, they crossed their arms, frowning beneath their hood. "Really? Scyther? Just because I have a scythe? Don't be a dumbass, especially since you don't look like one! Seriously, just for that, I'm going to call you Mr. No face even if I know your name! The name's Azrael by the way."

Anonymous chuckled slightly at his little ranting about the idea of calling him Scyther. His laughing fit from before does feel sort of nostalgic; to think that he used to think like that as well: never take anything around him seriously.
“I see that my…reputation must have spread around if you knew my name already. Unlike you, I don’t really care much about what you’re going to call me. I figured it’s simply hilarious to call each super that I came across with by the nickname I gave them.”
He then whip out his cane and started to spin it around while looking down to the woman’s direction:
“Well then, Scyther,” Anonymous continued to use that name, even if the guy already told him his name, “You said you’re a Rein Initiative; what, do tell, is your faction all about? After all, Bulwark is all about helping people in their own stupidity way, Keeper are being asshole trading knowledge and secret for power and the Pandaemonium are just a bunch of trouble-maker. What are the Rein do that keep them apart from those other faction? From your offer earlier, can I guess…mercenary for hire?”

"Look No face, don't get a big head or something, I just read your records and your lack of face is freaky enough to remember!" Azrael's smile have returned, though it faded just for a second after another "Scyther", it's going to take a while before they get used to that. "Mercenary? Ugh, that'd be way better! No, what they like to say is, "they work for the greater good", yeah right. Basically I have to do sort of good stuff but I still get to blow off steam beating up someone. Confused? I definitely was!"
Azrael thought for a second and shrugged, "I don't really know much, since they don't trust me but seriously, don't you got more to ask about? It'll take away the living hell that is boredom!"

“Interesting,” Anonymous said to the guy, “didn’t know you actually keep a file on me, now I’m quite intrigue about what in those files.”
During their conversation, Anonymous’ passive power simply allowed him to look into this new super’s mind. It is his way of familiarize the people that he talked to or ever met, to get their thought pattern so he can easily recognized them as soon as he detect them out in the field. Of course, he also looks and see what this guy’s thought about him as well; obviously he’s quite bored already, and small-talk might not be a way to get to them.
“Must be quite stressful, working for the “greater good” all the time,” he air-quote, “but I gotta say, this is a strange way of blowing off steam. If you truly are going to relieve yourself of stress, you shouldn’t hold back on anything.”
Anonymous turned to look for a demonstration when, surprise enough, a small-time punk is drawing graffiti over the building. He saw this kind of behavior from punk like this kid all the time, spraying all type of messages in the city. They all sound the same: all either blaming society or “the man” about their problem, or their way of saying “fuck the police”.
Since this punk isn’t breaking something big other than maybe vandalizing the wall with his so-call “art”, Anonymous simply stared at the punk with his eyes. Within a second, the kid dropped his spray can on the ground as he started to look around, seems quite fearful about something. With some minor rapid-breathing, the kid just simply scream before running head-on to the wall, knocking him completely unconscious with a big bruise in his forehead.
“See? If you’re going to shut down a person, causing them to trip is such an amateur move. Though doing that to the victim isn’t fun since all they can do is cried for help or ran away; it’s the criminals that put more feeling to their performance: they’ll tried to fight back, acting all tough while peeing their pants, or better yet, running straight into traffic and got splatter all over the street from a semi driving by.”
