"Hmmm, you know, you may have something there." Kasey leans her head back to watch as Shane ejects from his seat with a bow, only to sit upright again.
"I'm not sure I can deny it, either." She gives him a thumbs up. "Banana power."

"Potassium OP instead of just K"
Shane snickered at his chem joke before once again throwing his hands behind his head.
"I wasn't much into racing games, but if they all end up like that I may get into 'em."

She shakes her head with a smile at the joke, wondering what Shane would be like with less of a love of puns. Immediately after, she decides she doesn't want to know.
"So in other words, we should get you into Mario Kart for bumper car fun?"

"I'm pretty sure I'd lose my voice screaming bout banana peels and mushrooms in that game."
Shane chuckled, once again throwing his hands behind his head as he looked over at a clock. Huh time sure flies when you're screwing around instead of working, funny how that worked.
"Welp wanna do another game or take a break, cause it's time for my mandatory break, which means it's legal for me to be lazy at the moment."

"Don't forget the blue shells." Oh, the lamenting of blue shells. If only she'd had them a minute ago.
"Sure, we can go for a break. Whatcha got in mind?"

"Food, Soda, something of the sort so I don't accidentally cause one of these to blow up like a bom-omb"
Shane said with a shrug and chuckle, he was going to ignore the blue shell comment too many bad memories to count.
"Any recommendation for one of those two?"

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure your boss would appreciate not dealing with property damage - and your paycheck would, too." She gets up with a small hop, rising up on her toes before settling fully on her feet.
"Mmmm, you know what's best here. Surprise me."
Adventure.

"Eh pissing off my boss matters more to me than the paycheck if you can believe that, anywho prepare to be somewhat surprised, not completely amazed can't set your expectations too high like our scores."
With a chuckle, Shane tossed his name tag into his pocket and headed towards the exit.
"Now might I inquire if you have a preference like sweet victory or salty defeat?"

"I'll keep that in mind." She chuckles and falls in line beside him as they head towards the exit.
"I'd say victory. Sweet, sweet victory."

"Cool got a cool little place just a floor above us come on."
With a grin Shane headed straight for an escalator with her. He rubbed the back of his head while glancing up at the ceiling in thought.
"I hope you got some conversation topics cause besides puns I don't got much else uh hehehe."

"Oh don't worry, I'm a natural." Kasey laughs as Shane tries to let the conversation go somewhere other than pun city, unperturbed. She tilts hear head to the side and looked up, wondering what the place would look like and if it would be alright for her to be up there.
"So what do you do when you're not working here?"

"Playing games there usually, occasionally head to the college for some gen eds and the like."
Shane shrugged as he glanced up in thought as well. Wow...he lead an extreeeeeemely boring life. Eh worked for him though.
"The very least this place hasn't had a super incident recently, so I don't gotta worry bout my head actually being chomped by zombies....er how bout you, what's a fellow pun lover doing when they aren't distracting a responsible employee for their job?"
He figured the smoother option was moving away from literal violence, with supers around that was a very likely and scary possibility to some.

"College life," she muses wryly. Was that what was going to be waiting for her in the near future? Eh, probably not. Kasey couldn't see herself settling into a routine that was that simple. There had to be more to it.
"Well that's good. Maybe I'll stop by again sometime if that reputation sticks." She chuckles, quieter and more thoughtful than before. It was certainly something, knowing that your work was standing, waiting for you the next day. But who could assume that it would remain that way?
"Oh, you know, being distracted form my own work. Go shopping, fantasize what I'd buy if I had money, stuff like that. I see the gym, too." She pauses, raising a finger to her chin.
"Then again, I like surprises, so it depends on teh day."

"It's not all that fancy, or cracked up to be...specially when ya don't have a clue what you're doin' with you're majoring in but I don't think it'd be that bad if you got a goal."
Shane chuckled while rubbing the back of his head, it was one that constantly drove him bonkers thinking about the future and stressful things like it. Oh well, he had a fairly fun distraction walking off the stairs and onto the next floor with him.
"Now you have me a bit more curious you've probably worked out where I work but I have no clue what you do."
He didn't even both to hide the proud grin on his face after that little rhyme.

"I'm sure you'll figure it out." She offers Shane an encouraging smile. She wasn't oblivious to his sheepish demeanor, but she didn't feel she knew him well enough to help much, so distractions and encouragement were the route of choice.
"Oh, I guess not." She notices the rhyme and chuckles at his proud smile, pointing in the direction of her workplace. "I work out at Cold Stone. Come by sometime and I'll give you a small bowl or cone for free since you paid for games today."
