"My door is open whenever you'd like," Nicole replied honestly, refolding the map carefully and handing it out for the other girl to take. Londyn, huh? She would have to remember that. "You don't need to feel obligated or anything, it's just there if you'd like. No one should really bother you in there, if you ever need a break."
Sliding her hands into her jacket pockets, she smiled back with a bit less awkwardness than before. There was an honesty there that was hard to fake, easier to see now that she'd clearly begun to warm up to Londyn.
"I hope that you're doing alright. I know that things can be hard when it gets dark, and that just makes you want to hide what pain you're in. Obviously I don't know what's happening, as just a stranger, but sometimes having someone that knows nothing can be a breath of fresh air. Or not." She paused, considering her words for a moment. "It would hardly feel right to invite you out for lunch, but how about this? I can bring you back a bit of food as well. A parting gift, for our chance meeting."

"No, it's cool. Really." Londyn tries to offer Nicole a smile, just as she knew she should, but it's not as effective as she'd like. Nicole's warmth was soothing, so long as Londyn didn't think about her situation too much. The other girl was reaching out to her, and as odd as it might be to make a friend at the hospital, the younger teen felt that having an unusual encounter in life wasn't a bad thing. Either way, air sounded good, but she didn't want to leave the hospital. Not yet.
"Sure." Her smile softens at the offer, though inwardly she worried. Just how horrible did she look that food was being offered as a form of comfort?
"Thanks, Nicole."
