The midnight sounds of the city rang through the air. Music pouring from clubs. Cars honking impatiently. Sirens blaring, heading one direction or another. In the financial sector of the downtown area however, all was quiet. A shadow moved through the alleyways. Moving silently, the shadow walked towards a building emblazoned with the words Horizons Incorporated. Looking up the side of the building, the shadow smirked. They crossed paths with stray light from a lamp post to reveal a feminine, hooded form. Then it was gone.
------------------------------
Inside a guard slept in front of a wall of cameras. A single guard was patrolling each of the seven floors. Siren kept her breath slow and shallow. She needed to reach the sixth floor. Stealthily, Siren wove through the halls and quickly made it to the sixth floor. She quietly ducked into the first office she found. She pulled her mouth into a small frown as she made her way towards a computer. The schematics her clients wanted were here. And, according to rumors, there was a possibility of some information of that dragon. That was the true goal here. All else was fluff. Not that it mattered. It wasn't as if this was going to be too difficult. Especially with a little help…
SCHEME: Steal all information pertaining to the dragon and all correlating events leading up to it.

A small of column of light formed next to the stealthy super before it lowered to reveal a familiar cloaked figure. Slipping between the guards had been easy enough with some of his less flashy tricks and screens, he had practically been a magician with the amount of misdirection he used to reach his current partner in crime.
"We've probably got ten minutes before we're noticed, and if it's just some soldiers I can hold them off for probably an hour or two."
Sanduleak had cased the joint slightly when he agreed to Siren's offer, and knew the layout fairly well in his personal opinion, meaning he could easily cause some minor confusion with his screens that wouldn't cause a complete and total panic. It was a bit awkward considering it was almost the opposite of what he usually had to do, being stealthy instead of bright...His plan and estimates also did not mention supers that were likely to fuck his day up as fortune seemed to like doing to him.
Support: She's an angel a lifesaver and the info will probably save my own.

For the Keeper, nothing in the world worth more to them than what favor, data or information that they obtain in order to maintain their control over the population. In this situation, the more information that HaLOS can obtain about the dragon, the more efficient it can provide its assistance when another dragon attack. So during its scanning the inter-web for any sign of data correlated to the dragon attack, HaLOS came across a little chat line in the building that belong to the Horizons Incorporation. This data might simply a dead-end, but any small chance of information need an in-dept look into in order to draw a conclusive theory.
It didn’t even take HaLOS half a minutes to hack inside the building’s security system. Using the system, HaLOS began to scan the building in order to locate the location of the computer that sent that chat line. It can already see seven guards position one in each floor and a sleeping guard monitoring the security cams. Then it noticed two foreign entities inside the building that doesn’t have a clearance or identification on them.
Looking through the camera where it detected the two intruders, and able to identify them as the weird masked Pandaemonium that can bend light, and the woman with a horrible wail during the fight with the dragon, identified as Sanduleak and Siren. They’re clearly working on the computer, possible looking for the same information that it’s looking for as well.
HaLOS don’t really know what they could find in the computer, but HaLOS can’t have these supers beat it to the punch. Scanning the building one more time in order to identify any additional intruder in the building, HaLOS also looked around for any potential pawns that could aid its mission.
OPPOSING: any information is Keeper’s territory, no one allow to have them without their permission

Blue Jay was only stealthy when he put some actual effort into it. He could be stealthy, he was certainly small enough for it and teleportation powers went a long way to not being in the wrong place at the wrong time and were very helpful for bypassing locked doors and solid walls, but not drawing attention to himself meant not using the bulk of his power. He’d have to rely on his swordsmanship rather than the force of his not at all subtle shockwaves. If all went well, though, hopefully they won’t have to fight anyone.
The Bulwark didn’t actually know the leader of this mission, Siren, all that well. His introduction to her had been through Titan. She seemed like a nice person and he trusted Titan’s judge of character, and so when he caught wind of her plan to find information on the dragon, he was plenty game to provide some back-up. And hopefully not give all of them away.
One other person was there; Sanduleak. He’d be lying if he said he wasn’t a little nervous around the unknown Pandaemonium given his prior interactions with Sanduleak’s faction, but individuals did not always reflect the whole of a group. He would try to not let Sanduleak’s faction color his impression of him.
While the two snuck through the building, Blue Jay kept watch atop the roof. It was the perfect place for him; other supers loved showing up for things like this, and it’d be best to spot them and cut them off outside rather than attempting to wage battle inside of the tight quarters of the building. Plus, getting inside was only one teleport away, and getting to the next floor down one more. It was always easier to go down than up. So he waited, eyes on the shadows.

From the bottom of her nonexistent heart, Arcanum did not want to spend any more time on this stupid mission than absolutely necessary. Somebody wanted information from this Horizon company, so here she was trying to steal it. Her attempts to come up with something better to do tonight failed miserably, so here she was. Following up a dumb rumor about dragon information instead of looking for the group more likely to have practical knowledge of the monsters.
Ah well, life as a Keeper was full of jobs she didn't actually care about. There was no use in complaining about this one any longer. It'd be easier to get it out of the way instead.
From a rooftop across the street, Arcanum aimed her bow and arrow at a window on the seventh floor of Horizon Inc. The equipment—as well as the rope attached to the arrow—was entirely composed of her own body. Rather than infiltrate from the bottom level and sneak her way upwards, she decided to save time and enter from the top. All the best stuff was up there anyway.
She casually pulled back on bowstring and released the arrow without worrying too much about hitting a specific target. While she did miss the window, her slime made the arrowhead stick itself to the side of the building. From there Arcanum began directing most of her body's cells to travel along the rope bridge she just created. Once there was enough material on that end she dissolved the connection and slipped through a nearby window.
Oppose! You heard the ma—er, robot. Keepers only.

Unhallow was surprised when they were asked to grab something off a computer. That was always difficult because they couldn't actually see what was on the screen. Their senses required some amount of physicality, and computers just projected light. The mission made more sense once it was clarified. Apparently there were going to be other people there, and all they needed to do was take out any locked doors, security cameras and the like to other people would be able to get through easily. That was easy enough. The building in question was tall, but with how far their range had grown in the past months, reaching the top of it wouldn't be an issue. They didn't even have to figure out how to get inside, just staying in an alley behind the building was more than enough. They didn't even have to get off the ground. A quick scan of the building revealed the other people here. The first was HaLOS, so Unhallow figured they shouldn't mess with the cameras just yet. The second was Acranum, who was on the seventh floor. Unhallow got to work on making sure the way was clear.
There were other figures inside as well. Most of them were likely security guards, but she did detect someone with an unusual helmet, and a certain super with a sword. The one with the helmet she had seen before. Pandaemonium, had no idea what he actually did. Half the time it sounded like he was doing something, but it was completely invisible to her. There was a girl next to him, probably an ally. Unhallow wouldn't be surprised if she was Pandaemonium too. They were both inside, if there was a confrontation, it would likely be with them. Blue Jay was on the roof, and therefore was out of the way for the moment, but if he was there he would likely interfere too. They wouldn't be surprised if the three of them were coordinating, given how Blue Jay's eyes were moving. They would be ready for whatever would come.
OPPOSING: And still being helpful!

Everything was quiet. It was almost eerie how little everyone had moved so far. Unhallow started fidgeting with their fingers, fretting about everything that might happen. They hated slower missions for this reason, even if it was both the norm and the only kind of mission that would let them keep up, not that they had to move at all for this one. They wished everyone would move a bit faster. Unhallow could handle the security guards pretty easily, since it wouldn't be hard to lock them into the security room by fiddling with the door and some of the cabinets and other equipment in the area. Their two allies must have known this, right? So what was the hold up?

Blue Jay was beginning to second guess his choice of location. The roof was great and all, but it was kinda dull. He hadn’t seen anyone yet, or heard battle down below, and he was beginning to count passing cars for sake of something to do. Maybe he should’ve brought a deck of cards.
Keeping watch could still be done while zoning out, right? He’d begun to do so, growing more interested in the stars than the happenings around him, when he became aware of an odd but familiar feeling. Unhallow. They were here?
Blue Jay got to his feet from the AC that’d become his makeshift bench (he was beginning to know which brands were good for sitting on and which ones would cave when you tried) and walked to the edge of the building. He scanned the area for the Keeper. If they were here, how many others were as well? He hadn’t heard or seen anyone else.
Blue Jay spoke into his com. “Sorry Night Light, I think we’ve been found out already. There’s at least one super in the area, probably more. I’m going to investigate.”
He vanished from the rooftop.

Arcanum began her task by searching the office she had infiltrated. Extra pairs of arms and eyes allowed her to search through the file cabinets along the wall, but none of the folders seemed relevant to the investigation. Some data hungry Keeper might appreciate analyzing each individual page, but stealing the whole cabinet required more effort than she wanted to put forth. She stored a couple folders inside herself for later and moved on to the rest of the building.
Sneaking around ended up being a lot easier than expected. The security system barely seemed to function at all. While hoped that the people in charge had simply forgotten to renew their subscription with CamerasRUs, she knew someone else had to of deliberately interfered with the alarm. Most likely, another super.
One of these days she needed to break into something no one else cared about, just to have one night without running into annoying people.

It was pathetically easy getting into the building. The guards were either asleep or staring at their phones. Meanwhile there was no secondary security system to alert anyone of their presence. Sanduleak was right though. It wouldn't take long for even the lazy bastards down stairs to notice something was wrong. No doubt they would have some human task force on them soon enough. She plugged in a flash drive and began to take what they needed. It was then that the easiness of this job began to sink in. There was no way that they were going to succeed this swiftly. Especially if those damnable Keepers were watching as they claimed they always did. Something was up.
Upon hearing Blue Jay's confirmation of her fears the pinkette cursed. Stepping away from the computer she glanced around the hall. Thats when she heard someone crawling around the building. It seemed to be coming from another office on this floor.
"Sanduleak, stay with the flash drive until it's done."
She ordered before running towards the noise. Reaching the room she opened the door. Upon seeing the other woman she frowned. So there was something here. Maybe not that vital but important enough for a Keeper to want it.
"I shouldn't be surprised to see one of you here. You always have to have your hands in everything."

HaLOS looked through all the security cameras, checking every floor of the area to make sure the building is secured for Arcanum and Unhallow, who finally showed up to get the information. Keeping a close eye on the Pandaemonium and that Siren female on the third floor, HaLOS checked the roof and found a familiar sword-wielding Bulwark, the incompetence Blue Jay. Zooming in closer to him, HaLOS detected him wearing a com on his ears. With some simple hacking, it can now listen in on his communication.
The guy truly is strange: even after he insisted that he’s not betraying his teammate in his faction, here he is once again, helping a Pandaemonium breaking in this building. Drawing some small conclusion, HaLOS believe this might be a way for Blue Jay to help Titan’s female partner. And clearly as soon as he noticed Blue Jay, he began to let the other know about a super in the area. Did he saw Arcanum? Or did he felt Unhallow is close by from her passive power?
Linking to its two other Keeper allies in the building, HaLOS communicated with them:
“Alert, I located some potential opponent coming to your vicinity. Identifying the opponent: Blue Jay, Sanduleak and Siren. They’re here for the same thing as we do; proceed with caution.”
Unfortunately, it's seems that Siren caught wind of Blue Jay's report, and had found herself face to face with Arcanum. HaLOS need to come up with a plan to keep them busy if they're going to leave this area with the information they need.

Arcanum felt a twinge of anger course through her body, and took a moment to calm back down. It would take more than the words of some two-bit nobody to actually piss her off. At least she learned that this woman was not worth listening to now rather than later. Next time they met, she could afford to not have functioning ears for a while.
She simulated taking a deep breath and letting all of the idiomatic air out of her 'lungs'. Her employer wasn't paying her enough to deal with this headache of a superhero. Arcanum almost considered killing the Siren and forcing the higher ups to clean up the mess, but recognized she was too emotional to make any good decisions right now.
After a few repetitions of fake breathing she returned her focus to the task at hand. The sooner she found what she needed, the faster she could get out of this hellhole.

Unhallow was so focused on what they were doing that they almost didn't notice Blue Jay fall off the side of the building. When they felt the impact not too far away from where they were standing, the let out a small yelp and jumped in surprise. They froze there for a moment, leaning back arms covering their face, but the other super didn't move. It looked like he was out cold, and while Unhallow was a bit concerned for him they didn't have time to worry about that. Not to mention, standing this close to him would just make things worse. They walked around the corner of the building, still staying in the shadows behind a gutter and continued to try to help Arcanum. Everything appeared fine up there, so maybe it wasn't the end of the world that they were distracted for a moment?
