He snorted as she stood up and brushed herself off before giving a little quip. It seemed like almost all of these Supers had the same playbook. Take the hit and be a smart ass. One of these days he was going to hit one of these Supers and they were going to stay down the first time. That was a silent promise to himself. A goal to strive and work toward. He'd show them what humanity had to offer.
"That your next plan? I swear you Supers are all the same. Sullen silence or smart ass comment."
The defense of 'it was just a prank bro' didn't really do much to make him decide against fighting her further. Nor did her quip about insulting his mother. What mattered wasn't her words, but her actions and if she decided to come at him again. Prank or no prank, she wouldn't get into his personal bubble unharmed if he could help it.

"At least we aren't all egotistical maniacs with sick urges to see people suffer in some convoluted way or another. Do you guys hold monthly contests to see who comes up with the craziest scheme or what?" she asked.
Why was he going on about Supers like that? Hell with that kind of strength he was definitely a Super of some kind. Did he really think that was natural? He was daft. There was just no other reason for that.
"And why do you keep saying us Supers like you aren't one? Strength like that is not natural, no matter how hard you train." she told him.
Seeing that the hot head wasn't backing down, she had to make a choice. One, run like a little girl scared off by a spider. Not the bravest thing she could do. However it could save her several broken limbs and/or severe bruising. But this guy needed to be taken down a peg. Which led to option two. Kicking his arrogant arse across the alley. Definitely a painful option but victory would be quite the reward. Walking towards him, she made her decision. She stopped in front of him, just barely out of his personal space. And waited.

"You'd be surprised."
Plenty of martial arts masters could punch through cement and do all kinds of incredible feats. Stories of people bending metal, lifting cars in dire situations. Or even feats of legendary masters in the past. But he heard this all before, people loved to throw doubt on the talented and accuse them of being a Super. Anything to diminish the accomplishments of the hard working and shift the blame from themselves. It isn't their fault they lost, clearly he had an unfair advantage! Case in point, she was already shifting her mind to protect her ego for when she loses.
Pathetic.
And it seemed like she was unwilling to make the first strike. Which meant she would intend to counter. Probably with her power since he doubted she had actual martial skill. The majority of Supers didn't. Why learn how to fight when you can shoot fire from your ass or melt the ground? And from what he'd seen with the thugs it would probably be a shout. Well, at least he had a target. He'd whip his arm forward with his fingers pointed to try and strike her right in the throat! See if her power could work if he took out her voice.
She'd probably knock him away the first time. But that was fine, he was nothing if not determined. And he knew that the key to stopping just about any Super was to take away the power advantage. Until then he'd just keep coming back until one of them crumpled into a heap.

Siren sighed and shrugged at his words.
"You're right. It's hard to determine what's super and what's not anymore. Since they're fricken' everywhere! Like what the hell is in the water here?" she asked no one in particular. The woman wasn't stupid. She knew he was ready to fight. she saw his stance. She also knew that he more than likely saw her powers from those thugs. So instead her goal was to dodge and confuse. She jumped away from his hand, one which was obviously going toward her throat. She would not be sputtering on her knees in front of a man she barely knew. At least not tonight. The man was dangerous, immensely so. All she had to do then is wait for the right moment to knock him over. Then she'll get out of here, like she should have minutes ago. She squared herself, waiting for his next move.

He had lost his interest in idle chatter. There was no need to explain that Supers moved to big cities for safety. And to be among like minded people. There was no point in talking about how while they congregated they were still a very small minority of the population. And there was no use in explaining just why he despised her and people like her. Wasted talent, lazy fools. People handed the power of God's and they squander it. Content to be what they were rather than strive to be what they could be. Handed everything and working for nothing.
She may have evaded the strike that he sent out first, but he wasn't a one punch chump. His other arm shot out, momentum like a whip as it slashed for her face as she jumped back. This time aiming for the eyes and a blinding strike. He'd continue to move with the strike, following it up with a knee, then a headbutt in a flowing sequence of moves. All he needed was one to land it's mark.

Dear god she needed to invest some time in some martial arts training. This guy was giving her such a rough time as she attempted to dodge, or block as it turned out to be. Did this man ever need to stop and breath? It was as if he was inhuman. Then again she was a super so she really didn't have much of a leg to stand on in that area. That thought caused her to lose concentration, his head striking her stomach. Her arms immediately went to protect her throat as the force of the hit pushed her back. The pain in her stomach was telling her no crop tops or bikinis for awhile, unless she wanted to explain the bruise. She faded into the scenery and changed his position, waiting to strike.

She was fast, he'd have to admit that, but he just kept flying from move to move. His head finding purchase on her stomach, which was a good scenario for him. Hitting such a soft spot on her would not only protect his own head from most backlash damage but could very well knock the wind out of her. Hopefully keeping her from shrieking.
The force may have pushed her back but he wasn't letting up as she faded into the scenery. Eyes fixed on where she was, watching for distortions in the air or water around. The sound of footfalls, of heavy breathing as she tries to regain breath. He was certain he would find her and when he did she'd find his right leg hooking back behind her as his arm pushed forward to attempt to knock her off her feet and slam her into the ground. It wouldn't be long until he had her on her back.

Siren stood still and took a large gasp of air. Then she immediatly moved from her position and worked on evening out her breathing. The distraction would send him forward. Meanwhile she had moved to the left and would be heading behind him. Then again, with the skills Gilganesh showed he could predict that easily. She needed him more disoriented. Slowly she bent down and picked up loose rocks from the ground. She prepared to move and tossed a rock in the opposite direction. She did this and circled him widely until she was out of rocks. And once more squarely behind him. She slowly inhaled and then released an ear shattering scream at her opponent.

She was correct that he would move forward toward the sound of her gasping breath, she was able to move out of his attack just in time, though the sound of her footfalls alerted him to her new position. He'd spin with another kick in that direction. Though if he missed that blow his attention would turn to the direction of the thrown rocks. His ears catching the sound of the distraction before his eyes caught sight of the movement of the pebbles on the stone...

Siren cursed mentally as another kick was aimed her. It grazed her hood with enough force to pull it off. She counted her lucky stars that he had actually fallen for the stones. It gave her a reprieve. It also gave her a moment to rethink her plan. In this small area, her scream would cause a lot of damage here, especailly at the force she was wanting to use. She needed to think of something else. Her best bet would be to lower the force and daze him. Then knock him over and run. Smiling she released a great shout. She waited for a moment before running and jumping on his back in an attempt to knock him over.

Grazing the hood was all he needed to get another read on her position. He was focusing his Qi into his senses, every sight, sound, and feeling of shifting air around him was quickly being worked out. She was making mistakes going for distractions. She should have pressed her attack and ran. He never understood people that just went half in half out on this sort of thing.
The concussive blast of the scream hit him as he lunged forward for a hook, pushing him back away from her before the blow could land and slamming him into a wall. Though not hard enough to be slammed through the wall.
"And there it is."
He'd keep his back to the wall for the moment, trying to pick up signs of her movement, breathing, or anything again after the scream.
"The last resort of an out classed Super."

Siren finally gave into her urge to roll her eyes. Boy this guy's ego had to be at least the size of Mount Everest, if not the moon. Did he ever stop trying to make himself feel better? It's like he felt unworthy or something. Honestly she was just so done with this guy. She revealed herself to him and stood there.
"You know your constant lashing out about the unfairness of supers isn't going to make you better. In fact it makes you seem petty and envious. Both traits that are unworthy of an obviously skilled combatant. If you really thought you were better then you wouldn't keep whining. You would shut the hell up and prove it. So far yes you are a better fighter. But your inferiority complex is getting in your way."
She shook her head as the words left her mouth. She glared at him and stood still, waiting for him to make his move. She was tired of playing around. The pinkette was going to use her more destructive powers to her advantage starting now. All thoughts of running had now left her mind, it was time to be serious.
