Khan didn't understand what exactly this man's powers were or how it was affecting him, but it was. He took some solace that he was able to knock him back but who knew if it would stay that way for long. Intent on keeping some distance, Khan leaps back, separating them farther as he squats atop a minivan.

Sure, Timezone was already feeling bad from a time lag, but he did not need an attack to feel worse! He was pretty sure the time lag was actually working before the guy literally threw him towards the roof. The hit knocked the breath outta him so that was pretty much the reason the guy could get away from him.
Timezone stood up and stumbled, ok, he might have gotten more hurt that he thought. He shook his head, trying to clear it, he has to keep going!

With her focus on Khan, there was no way for Canary to detect the newcomer until too late. Not until there was a figure in front of her did she realize that the other man was there, startling her before his fist slammed into her stomach with painful accuracy. She grunts and takes a step back, bristling at the scornful growl that came from beneath the hood and wrapping an arm around her stomach.
"What, Khan keeps a guard dog now?"

"Call me what you want."
He said with a bored tone as she stumbled back from the blow. Resorting right to a quip to try and cause him to emotionally lash out? No counter attack, no move to dodge or mitigate the blow. Shame, she was below his level. Probably only had the little toys to use. He wondered what she'd do if those toys weren't able to help her.

Gilgamesh sidestepped her little gizmo when she pulled it out. He'd already seen that's how she rolled. He wasn't going to let her have the privilege of using her little toys on him. He'd hate to make a bad showing with the others after all. Plus, he had his own pride to maintain.
Though he was surprised that Khan hadn't already finished up with the other guy. He wasn't sure if that spoke to the skill of the other guy or if Khan was just a fluke. Canary would be able to see his lips pressing together in annoyance as he debated on if he should just ignore her and take out the other guy, who was the real threat apparently.

Khan hadn't gotten a good look at what he wanted to as this guy zipped right in front of him again. A real threat? Khan didn't know about that. A real pain in the ass? That part was set in stone.

Continue on with the plan once the enemy is driven off. Even an uncertain chance of intel on police movements could be more valuable. Khan whips his hand and sends Timezone away from him, but this was beginning to waste his time. The goal was to get in and out but even though the police hadn't interfered these heroes have. Khan switches his plan and shoves his hands forward, rolling the squads atop each other, sending them in barrel rolls until they begin piling up.
Destroying them meant he wouldn't be able to figure out their movements as easily, but it did mean they wouldn't be moving very much at all anytime soon. He gives Gilgamesh a nod, assuming he'd be able to figure out that he was allowed to let loose a little bit as well if he chose.
Option 1!

Bugging someone she doesn't like and throwing a kink in their plans (and maybe getting something else out of it) was all well and good, but Canary knew where to draw the line and not get her face implanted into the pavement. She's seen the super Khan was having trouble with, from a distance, and it was not a face she recognized. There was nothing to keep her here.
So before the hooded figure drops another finger, Canary backs off to the side and goes on her way and maybe snatch a tracer from a car out of sight, but nope. Screw that. They all get flying lessons.
"Great," she mutters, decided to just ignore the whole lot of them and continue on with the rest of her plans for the night.
