Timezone dashed towards the closest crowd of people, if there were several civilians between him and the villain then he won't be able to attack him! It seemed to probably work as the guy just started yelling but didn't show up again, alright, so people like that is probably what people said were dangerous about the slums!

"Hello, miss? Do you have a phone?" Getting a phone is what he was trying to get this whole time after all! The woman looked kinda freaked out by Timezone's injuries but he honestly just needed to get a healer or something at some point! He almost asked someone to talk on the phone for him, it was real weird talking on the phone, but he was the only one who saw what happened and he was a superhero so he was supposed to do stuff like this if things got too hard to handle!

"Hello, sir? I mean, Mister? Could you send some police men people to the slums? Wait, we kinda also need an ambulance, the people that need to be arrested are also hurt! Seriously, this isn't a joke, just send these people there and go real deep into the slums and you'll see a bunch of people hurt that were doing illegal things!" Eventually the guy on the other side of the phone agreed to send the police and ambulance and Timezone gave the phone back, feeling very ready to leave. He really did need a healer, it been way too long to rewind the injuries away and the injuries actually hurt.
