Without warning, clapping would be heard, seemingly from directly to the two's side. A male is stood beside them, clad all in white. Strapped to his chest, hip and back are a selection of Beretta firearms, and he seems very much amused. A large smirk is written all over his face, and he begins to speak, should he gain their attention.
"Y'all are very entertainin', y'know?... Real amusin'. I came out lookin' for the rest of Rein's field agents and here we are... Playin' games.".
He laughs somewhat, arms folded, clearly not a threat to either of them; seemingly just trying to gain their attention.

Solomon attempted for a reach on the knife, but the lack of traction allotted by the slick pavement and the pull from Fleet forced him to concentrate instead on keeping his balance. He took a slightly too wide step forward around in front of Fleet to catch himself. Gathering himself, he was about to pivot on his heel and make another grab for the knife.
And then came a clap and a previously unseen voice. Solomon relaxed, straightened, and taking a step to Fleet’s side, released the invisibility spell. He held his book open in front of him to a glowing page, carefully positioned under his cloak to protect the paper from the rain, and sandwiched between one hand firmly below and one gently above. As Hope, the super’s name was, said his part, he came to smile. What luck, to have an opportunity to converse with another of his fellow Reins.
“It appears out game has been found out, Fleet. I suppose this means we both lose.” Solomon hummed. “Unless,” he turned slowly to Hope, his smile turning up ever so slightly at the corners. “Our onlooker happened to be a part of the game as well.”
With a single syllable, the the book in his hand flashed. The spell he had intended to set on Fleet was instead targeted to Hope. It was a fairly simple telekinesis spell, and equally short lived, but useful in an astounding number of circumstances. Hope would find himself frozen in place, unable to move. Mental abilities would work fine, and since the focus was on the limbs and torso, speech wasn’t affected either. The effect would last for approximately twenty seconds, or until he was so much as brushed by another living being. Whichever came first.
Solomon glanced at Fleet, handing the situation over to him. His bet was the second would be coming far sooner.

Fleet twitched as a voice sounded behind them, instinctively seeking his knife even as he never let go of Solomon. That was, until he heard what they were saying.
He tilted his head back, blinking at a white-haired guy. "Yeah, it's a game, and it would be fun to play along, don't 'cha think?" He let the rain soften a bit as Solomon did something that froze the man. Neat!
He strode forward, and unless stopped, slung his arm around the guy and held strong, "Don't you want to play a game? 'Cause you messed with me and Solo's game." He leaned uncomfortably close, waiting for an answer.

Hope seems shocked at first, frightened even. He'd be shaking, as Fleet approached, were that possible in his current state. As Fleet puts his arm around him, he speaks. "Sure... Let's play. Wonder how y'all'll react to this...". Hope inhales deeply, visibly even; but quickly. A gasp, almost; and like that, he was gone. Nowhere to be seen.
Hope would make no noise, and seemingly he wouldn't have even moved, but for all intents and purposes, he was not there. Unable to be seen. It'd been maybe ten or fifteen seconds at this point, nothing more, and so Hope would, providing his power did not negate Solomon's, which is not just unlikely, but impossible; still be where he was. Though he would be completely unable to be perceived or noticed by the two.
It would now become a battle of wits. Would the two figure out that Hope was locked in place, despite his inability to be seen, in less than the time it would take for Solomon's spell to wear off? That was yet to be seen.

After a deep breath, the Rein vanished completely. Solomon knew enough rumors of Hope’s powers to know he was not a teleporter, so it wasn’t so much of a relocation as a sudden undetectability. The only direct method of parrying Hope’s powers he could think of was to enhance his own senses, but as the super’s powers were focused in that area, it would likely take an enhancement spell of fairly high caliber to counteract it. Preparing such a spell would take far more time than he likely had. He also had one that allowed him to view life forces of the people around him, but it was fairly common for concealing powers to also hide the user from that, and it, too, would take longer than he would like to cast. Instead, he wandered to the super’s deep inhale prior to the effect - perhaps his abilities had something to do with his breathing? It was worth a test.
It took approximately ten seconds for Solomon to prepare his spell. Whether Hope had moved or not was hard to say - the prior spell had had enough time to expire on its own, but it should have ended the moment Fleet made contact with him - such was the price paid to make the spell shorter to cast - but it was possible Hope had stayed in place to avoid Fleet noticing movement via touch, should his powers work that way. It was equally likely the man had circled unnoticed around behind them, or fled entirely.
Because of this, Solomon had to pick a spell that would hit the entire area, meaning Fleet would be affected as well. It wasn’t harmful, really, so he assumed the Rein wouldn’t mind too much. He spoke the final word of the spell and one of the books in his coat flashed.
The effects of the spell were subtle at first. It didn’t do much on its own, but it was a wonderful pair with illusion spells meant to instill fear. Both Fleet and Hope, should he still be in the area, would feel a chill run up their spine. This would grow into an unexplainable tension; the feeling one got when they were being stalked by something in the darkness, or like something was terribly off. Heart rate would increase along with adrenaline, and that, with any luck, would raise Hope’s need to breathe.
Theatrics to blame the agitation on were never a bad thing. Solomon looked slowly around him, posture completely relaxed, unworried smile still firm in his expression. “We’re not playing hide and seek, Hope.” He chuckled, the undertone of his voice otherwise emotionless. “If we were, you would already have lost.”

Hope had not looped around at all. Instead, he'd done something quite surprising. Walking straight towards Solomon, after evidently observing their 'game', he stood steadfast, mere inches from him for a second. Panicking slightly as he utilised the second spell, Hope shivered, but naturally, as his power was not to do with the taking in of breath, he stayed obfuscated. However, after a second, and seeing an opening, he released the power. In a split second, Hope had planted his hand heavily, though not so much as to knock it out of his hands, on Solomon's book.
He winked. "Do I win yet?". Then, Hope reactivates his power in an instant, rendering himself unable to be noticed by the two again. This time, however, Solomon and Fleet would have far longer to work out a way of countering the power, especially if Hope planned on staying in the area.

Fleet blinked in complete and utter confusion, drawing his hand back as he tried to figure exactly how he was not seeing a dude that was there just a second ago.
He startled as a voice sounded from where Solomon stood, the disappearing figure was there! He puffed out his cheeks childishly, "Nuh-uh! You're not gonna win against me!" He pulled his knife into his shirt, tucking it into his clothing to avoid being pricked. Predictably, the man vanished again.
Fleet pulled in his power, causing a whirlwind to sweep the ground, throwing up a plume of dust that he smartly closed his eyes against. This would sting something fierce!
"Watch it Solo! It's my turn!" He laughed, spreading his arms and waiting to a hopefully impaired Hope to make a mistake.
