Alias: Aurora Disicio
Costume: Aurora's costume looks distressed, likely from getting worn a lot and beaten up in fights. The costume itself consists of a red short-sleeved top, a layered skirt, and a long coat. The top isn't anything special. It's a v neck top with some frills around the neck and at the bottom. The frills are ripped and burned in a few places, but the rest of it is in decent enough shape. The skirt has 5 layers, and reaches her knees. Each layer alternates between being solid black and bright colors, starting with black. The black layers are unremarkable, save for a few tears and other damage. The colored layers look more like a collection of scarves sewn together. Each layer has around 5 different colors, and none of them are red. The jacket is a simple long coat made out of a thick yet light weight material, that reaches just below her knees. The outside is black, and the inside is red. It has several pockets lining the outside, and tend to be full of small items. Out of all of the clothing part of her costume, the jacket is in the best shape.
To finish off the clothing part, Aurora wears black leggings, and black gloves with red fingers. Her shoes are knee-length lace up boots made out of a shiny material. They're a bit scuffed, but are otherwise clean and well cared for. Her mask is mostly red, with a black outline, done in the style of a masquerade mask. Instead of just covering her eyes, it goes down to her chin, following the edges of her jaw and leaving the area around her cheeks, nose and mouth exposed. There are black feathers coming out of one side, and some red gems just around the feathers. The rest of it is quite plain. Her hair is extremely curly, and reaches about mid way down her back. Most of it's down, but a small part of it is tied to keep it out of her face. Her hair is mostly black, but there are several colored streaks of varying colors. Though, once again, none of those streaks are red.
Power Theme: The first thing anyone would notice about Aurora is the rainbow-colored cloud of dust around her. The shape, movement, and color of this cloud resembles an aurora, and is the source of her name. This cloud is made up of particles of matter she's deconstructed. She seems to be able to deconstruct inanimate objects at will, with no apparent limitations on range. She can also put the things she deconstructs back together almost instantaneously. She doesn't use this power on people. Whether it be because she simply chooses not to or because she can't is unknown. The particles from her aurora are dangerous though. They can irritate eyes, and if breathed in, she can reconstruct the object those particles are made out of, violently forcing them out of the person's body.
Faction: Pandaemonium
Reputation: Aurora is dangerous in some ways, and less dangerous in others. She's less dangerous because she doesn't normally go after civilians, and doesn't take hostages. If anything, she gives them enough heads up so they can leave. On the flip side, when she decides to attack somewhere, she leaves a lot of destruction and property damage in her wake. While she'll normally reconstruct anything she deconstructs, she rarely puts it back where it was. If a building falls down because she removed a support beam, she either can't, or simply refuses to, rebuild it leaving the building in a crumpled heap. If someone happens to beat her, she will insist on beating them twice. Beating them once simply means they're tied to her, so it takes one more victory for her to come out ahead in her mind. She'll also pursue that person with an almost single minded tenacity, however she still won't take hostages or go after friends or family. Her goals aren't exactly clear, as she's not prone to monologuing. At minimum, it's clear that she's acting out because she's dissatisfied with the current state of the world, and thinks that supers are just better than non-supers. What she intends to do about it is unknown.

Alias: Blue Jay Costume: Blue Jay’s appearance is comparatively simple; his clothing consists of just a blue and grey hoodie, some “extra durable” jeans, and tennis shoes. Across his chest is a bullet-proof chest plate of sorts, with detachable strap for his sword and sheath on its back. The sword itself is just under four feet long and is meant to be wielded with both hands, though isn’t more than two and a half inches wide. The sheath is simple but the sword is highly decorated, covered in little swirling markings that can only be seen up close. Lastly, he wears a black mask that covers everything his nose and under, and spouts (not real) feathers up one side of his face.
Power Theme: Obviously that sword isn’t for show. Blue Jay wields his sword like he’s had one in his hands since the day he was born, and superhuman strength and speed only go to aid his skill. He can move himself from one place to another in an instant, and while he doesn’t seem to be able to do much more that transport himself, he can go through solid objects. His sword itself can cut through things a standard blade couldn’t and seems to emit sound waves. When swung, the sword whistles and sings - and therein lies his name. Further, he can produce waves of force from his blade that can both be shot with a sword swipe or imparted on a successful strike. Contrary to initial impressions, however, Blue Jay appears to have not yet fully mastered his weapon. He’s been seen to make very rookie mistakes; swinging with too much or too little power, and even dropping his sword.
Faction: Emerald City Bulwark
Reputation: Blue Jay has been a member of the Bulwarks for a number of months. He has now played a good part in slaying two dragons, but in the last while has earned the nickname the “Rogue Bulwark” for actions that have been questionable to some. He has always been on the side of the people; in battle prioritises the safety of people, supers and unpowereds alike, over everything else, and has gone so far at times to help villains with their schemes if it helps lessen casualty counts. Generally of friendly disposition, allbe him somewhat heedless of danger and rash into battle, the good of the city and its inhabitants is always the drive behind Blue Jay’s actions. Though he is still working on the whole “not causing collateral damage” thing.

Alias: Lobisomem
Costume: Lobisomem wears a full body suit, black fur lining it like a wolf. Their mask resembles a snout, complete with fangs and glowing red eyes. Still, they doesn't just look wolfish. Red scales creep through the fur, extending to a dragonic tail. They possesses no emblem and any features beyond that they are humanoid is hidden by the fur.
Power Theme: They resemble, with the simplest words, a werewolf. Lobisomem bursts forth from their humanoid casing and becomes a horrific beast, looking as if they've turned into an unholy fusion between dragon and wolf. Their jagged fangs stick from their mouth, black fur crossed with red scales cover their body, two horns twirl from their head, and a long neck and tail make up the beast. They're twice the size of a human, possessing the strength and speed one would expect.
Faction: Unaligned
Reputation: Lobisomem is an unknown power. Some report seeing them devouring poor creatures and teaming up with villains to capture something to eat. Others still say they carried victims to safety and defended them alongside other heroes. There is even growing opinion that they're a roaming dragon. This is not helped at all by the fact they don't speak when encountered and their transformation looks like a monster. All and all, people uneasily wait to see their actions.

Alias: Unhallow
Costume: Unhallow's costume is a completely featureless bodysuit with a featureless helmet covering their head. The bodysuit is completely black, and there are some obvious signs that there's some armored plating under it. The armor looks light, and doesn't look like it would do much to hinder Unhallow's movement. It also doesn't look like the strongest, most durable armor, though it obvious provides some protection. The helmet is completely symmetrical; there's a protrusion on the front, presumably to make room for a face, and one on the back that's the same size and shape. The helmet is also black, and has no holes or a visor for Unhallow to see through; it's completely solid all the way around. One side does have a few holes, and that's where any sound Unhallow makes appears to come from. They're much too small, and much too low, to actually be seen through. The whole costume doesn't give any clues to their age or gender.
Power Theme: Anything that gets near Unhallow deteriorates and dies. The grass around their feet turns brown, the metal doorframe rusts and falls apart, and people will often get terrible headaches in their vicinity. Prolonged exposure can result in organ failure, and even necrotized body parts. However, it takes some time for something severe to happen and, for whatever reason, they don't stay around people long enough to let it happen. People have also reported various parts of their body failing. Their knees buckle while they're chasing them, their senses stop working at the most inconvenient of times, or their superpowers simply refuse to work for example.
Faction: The Keepers
Reputation: Unhallow is a relatively new player in the super community, so not much is known about them yet. So far, they've never been seen moving any faster than a brisk walk. In fact, in a fight they're often completely motionless. They don't talk much, and when they do it's in a highly distorted voice that couldn't come from any human. They appear to have an almost single-minded focus on their goal, often ignoring any supers that try to stop them entirely, at least until they can't ignore them anymore. Because of this behavior, Unhallow is rumored to be a robot.

Alias: Bloodbath
Costume: Bloodbath wears a outfit that compliments his name well. It is a dark red that, from a distance, appears to be dripping from multiple wounds. There are slits on the sleeves and neck, allowing easy access to his skin. He wears nothing over his head, covering his eyes in a way that most people have to wonder how he can see. His age is a mystery, due to the fact his physique more resembles a teenager than any man.
Power Theme: Obviously, Bloodbath's power revolves around using blood. He cuts open his neck or wrists and calls out his blood. It generally swirls around him and is mostly used for protection or transportation. However, he can use it in dangerous ways. People and supers have reported him turning the blood into a solid weapon, or even a separate servant, and using them to strike before he calls the blood back into his body.
Faction: Pandemonium
Reputation: Nobody can even guess Bloodbath's goal, just that he affiliates with Pandemonium and when he shows up, something happens. Unlike a few other supervillains, he was declared a genuine threat, as he is known to go crazy for no discernable reason and even try to kill civilians. In battles, however, he takes a supporting role, protecting his allies and only attacking himself if absolutely necessary. His victims tend to have divergent reports, either reporting a psychotic man, or somebody who cried as he hurt them.

Alias: Dullahan
Costume: It's extremely rare that anyone actually catches a glimpse of Dullahan's real body. When he engages in supervillainy, he does so from inside one of his vehicles, whose windows are either tinted or entirely absent, relying on external cameras for navigation. Supers with sensory powers that are capable of penetrating to the inside of one of Dullahan's vehicles report that there are clear lifesigns from within, but those lifesigns don't quite correspond with what a normal human would give off.
Power Theme: Dullahan's power appears to enable him to singlehandedly create combat vehicles with a wide range of possible specializations. The raw capabilities of any given vehicle are not far outside what a team of unpowered engineers can design, but Dullahan also has superhuman driving skills, giving him the ability to pull off otherwise risky stunts with virtual certainty of success. He modifies his vehicles in between villainous escapades, never appearing with the same design more than once.
Faction: Pandaemonium
Reputation: With a power set that lends itself especially well to transporting his fellow gang members, Dullahan most often finds himself in a support role. As such, it's rare to see how he behaves on his own. He seems to be largely apathetic about the conduct of his associates, neither going out of his way to hurt innocents nor lifting a finger to stop his more bloodthirsty fellows from abusing helpless bystanders. When he is spotted alone, he tends to favor heists of money and valuables, and he has no compunctions whatsoever about running over anyone who gets in his way. He has no patience for banter, so the finer details of his personality remain a mystery.

Alias: Anonymous
Costume: At first glance, Anonymous wore a big black trench coat over his starch-white button shirt and blood-red tie, black fedora, pair of leather black pants and fancy shoes. If one looks closer, they will be shock to notice that Anonymous’s face lack any facial feature: no mouth, nose, hair or ears, only a pair of glowing red eyes that stare deep into their soul.
Power Theme: It is often said that Anonymous can read into your darkest secret, and will use them to his advantages to gain control over any living things. Though the story was exaggerated, it wasn’t too far off from the truth. Anonymous always avoid direct face-to-face combat, and use his mind-bending ability to manipulate the fight from afar. Though there have been no report of him knowing any super’s secret identity, it is either he does not know or he simply doesn’t care. But to some people who have an encounter with him can attest, both super and civilians, they reports as seeing something strange before their very eyes: their wildest fantasy or their worst nightmare. Those who manage to break out of his influence would try to chase him down, but as soon as they come across a sea of people, they lost him. How you lose someone with no facial feature in a crowd is beyond their understanding.
Faction: Unaligned
Reputation: Other than the frightening appearance of no facial feature and soul-piercing eyes, Anonymous is the ultimate form of a sadist: gleefully tormenting his opponents to the point of them breaking down in fear for their live, and shown no mercy even when they surrender. His unusual behavior include standing by himself, staring into the distance. It doesn’t matter if you’re superheroes, super villains or just some common folk, he always hunts you down to deliver his swift “judgment” to those who think they’re above the law. Most of the time, he would simply support or oppose any schemes without rational thinking, seemingly doing this for mere enjoyment, out of boredom or the thrill of the chase. One day he could form an alliance to a super, then betrayed them the very next day only to ally with them weeks later as if nothing has happen. If one should keep their friend close, and their enemies closer, then how close should you keep Anonymous?

Alias: Arcanum
Costume: *While reports of Arcanum's appearance seem to be consistent, further investigation shows that there is no civilan record of anyone with this appearance. Due to the nature of her powers, it is safe to say that this form is only a consistently used disguise.
Power Theme: Arcanum is able to transform her body into some kind of silver liquid. This allows her to change shape and size at will, from slipping through narrow gaps to shape-shifting into more dangerous forms. It is possible for her to split up into several copies of herself and control each one separately. These clones are not entirely independent however, as they seem to bias protecting the original over their own safety.
Occasionally, nearby surfaces start to melt into pools of this liquid, so this power can extend beyond her own body. To date, only inorganic material appear to be affected, leading some to question if Arcanum herself is some sort of artificial experiment gone wrong.
Faction: The Keepers
Reputation: If asked to describe Arcanum in one word, it is her penchant for misdirection that stands out the most. Aside from a clear aversion to collateral damage, there's a lot of inconsistencies in her personality. One day, she will sneak around and avoid interaction with any supers, allied or otherwise. The next, she's on the front lines delivering several different monologues at once. While she is certainly up to villainous activities, Arcanum has also helped arrest several criminals herself.
In other words, all we know is that we barely know anything.

Post by Kitten4u on May 2, 2016 5:20:52 GMT -7
Alias: Azoth Costume: Quite short in stature and small in frame, it’s a wonder they make lab coats - or black lab coats, for that matter - in Azoth’s size. A collared shirt, scarf, and tie for style make up her outfit underneath, along with a pair of durable jeans and a set of boots that balance weight with traction. Her reliance on airborne poisons have lead Azoth to wear a light gas mask, small in size but of good quality and function. When Azoth is in the field, she dons a pair of dark goggles that are meant to help her vision - when simply going about her day in costume, she prefers a pair of round, dark spectacles.
Power Theme: Around Azoth, important things vanish without a trace, and she seems to gain useful things out of nowhere. Lock? Gone. That thing you were holding? Also gone and now in her hands. A general air of unluckiness seems to affect anyone opposing her - they may find themselves underneath a chandelier that happened to drop at the moment they were there, or nearby an explosion detonated from no determinable source. Sometimes important structural beams will give way while her enemies are inside, or the hallways fill with a poisonous gas. More deadly effects have been seen as well - people dying of a poison in their drink, despite camera evidence showing no one had messed with it, or people suddenly going blind. These more biological effects don’t seem to happen to supers, however.
Azoth also seems to be able to pick up information quickly and easily. She can take a book, wander off, and return five minutes later having read it all. She can also track people just by following where they’ve stood, and can glean information on powers by surveying what’s been affected by said power.
Faction: Keepers
Reputation: Azoth is an upcoming Keeper and is known to be a fairly wealthy individual, though where this money comes from is anyone’s guess. Rumors suggest it may have something to do with her many black market contracts and occasional dealings with more affluent individuals. Despite what initial impressions of her being a young girl may imply, Azoth has shown little hesitation in killing any unpowereds that might get in her way. Her actions are logical, calculated, and self-serving, and it is not uncommon for her to oppose even other Keepers should it help her own standing.
Azoth’s target clearly isn’t wealth, but knowledge. It’s rumored that Azoth’s ultimate goal, and reason for joining the keepers, is to learn how to create life.

Alias: HaLOS
Costume: the unit has two different forms: a working black Optiplex Desktop computer and a robotic form. The desktop form constantly shows a motionless humanoid face in the screen half-shade in black and white. The robotic form is made out of stainless steel, have an almost humanoid shape body and face with one glowing blue eye in the center of its face and speaker in the mouth region. Its arms can be split apart and form four independent arms that the unit can use to wield multiple types of weapons. Over its robotic body is a big dark brown sleeveless waistcoat over its sleeve-torn red button shirt and light brown pants.
Power Theme: HaLOS is an Artificial Intelligent that was build under one purpose: combat intelligent. With its high intellectual capability, this unit can calculate all possible possibility when engaging in combat and perform its duty almost flawlessly. HaLOS is capable of facing its opponent both from a distant with firearms or dealing face-to-face using its own fist or any items it can get its hand on. Either way, HaLOS always prosecute its plan with precision, efficient and deadly accurate to its opponent.
Faction: Keeper
Reputation: It is rare for anyone to know about HaLOS except for any member of the Keeper. Everyone else can only see HaLOS robotic form when they face it in whatever mission the Keeper order it to do. Many supers reported the robotic unit is able to pull out any type of weapon from its coat to engage in a flurry of precise combat movement as if it knows where to strike its target in order to neutralize its opponents. Those who manage to defeat the armed robot only find themselves facing the very same thing the next day. Usually one should never enter HaLOS' cross-fire area, especially its allies; the unit will proceed with its plan to the very end and neutralize anyone who stand in its goal, even willing to commit friendly-fire if it find no other choice. After all, everything it does is the same way it play chess: some time it must sacrifice a few pointless pawns if it could get to the end goal.

Alias: Giza Kadabra
Costume: Giza can be easily recognized by his white button shirt under the blue tuxedo and black tie. Around his shoulder is a large blue cape stretching down to his waist that can cover his body. One distinguish feature he had is a smiley face on his white ceramic mask and a tall blue top hat over his long black hair. Despite being ceramic mask, it is near impossible to take it off his face, and it can handle a large amount of force apply to it. Giza also wore a pair of white gloves with a small gold ring around one of his ring finger.
Power Theme: Through eyewitnesses account and police reports, Giza can pull out amazing magical feat similar to a stage magician. The only different is that these magic tricks can be rather deadly: flying playing cards had been report to be able to cut through metal beam, dangerous predator animals seems to appear out of his top hat and attack anyone in their sight, floating bandana that were able to block even a high caliber bullet, or an animated rope that could strangle an elephant. Some even report of Giza escape his confinement without trouble, and vanish without a trace in a puff of smoke.
Faction: Pandaemonium
Reputation: Everything Giza does always have a flare of an egotistic/narcissist performer, from committing crime with his parlor trick to bid farewell to his “audience” before vanish into a plume of smoke. It is still unknown whether his trick is truly magic or simply illusion, since anything he threw at his enemies just simply vanish, leaving behind only the sign of its present through devastation and injury. One thing is certain: if he begin to pull something out of his hat, you better run.

Alias: Limen Costume: More interesting than her costume (if one could call a hoodie and shorts a costume) are the objects Limen often has with her. Her usual arsenal of weapons consists of a high-end compound bow (complete with quiver and arrows) and a pair of brass knuckles. Every once in awhile she switches the bow out with a flechette rifle if she needs something with a little more fire power. Beyond these, she often brings along at least one more of her large and varied collection of weapons. Limen is commonly seen riding a black motorcycle, but if she’s traveling on foot or has other means of transportation, she carries around a mono strap backpack. Power Theme: Limen’s powers revolve around using small and precise amounts of electricity. She can utilize it in her muscles to greatly increase her physical strength, reflexes, and reaction time, and can use it in her eyes to better her vision. Her punches are shocking - literally. Electronics are no match if hit with some of her charge, be it from her touching it or transferred through one of her arrows. Most electronics simply shut down when hit, but she’s been able to fully take control of systems before. Limen is also able to sense the electricity in other people, and uses this to line up her extremely accurate long-range shots and to predict and dodge attacks in melee. Faction: Pandaemonium Reputation: Though Limen has only been in Emerald City and a part of Pandaemonium for about a month, some records of super activity in other parts of the country suggest she’s been working as a super for somewhere between two to three years (depending on which reports one believes). Not that there’s been much digging into her; as far as supers go, especially pandemoniums, Limen is relatively unflashy and therefore unnoteworthy. She doesn’t seem to have any overarching or grand goals as she’s normally seen helping out other pandemoniums with whatever they’re doing rather than making her own initiatives, and her powers are far from the most flamboyant. Limen appears to have no qualms with stealing, destroying, or breaking into things and otherwise causing trouble, but there have been zero reports of her killing.

Alias: Sanduleak Costume: Zero from Code Geass Power Theme: Sanduleak has never been seen without a gun somewhere on his person and it is hard to keep track of where he is as some say he teleports around or seen at multiple places at once. Normally he has only one gun but when pissed off, he is known to have a literal arsenal appear from underneath his robe and barrage the opponent. A lot of civilians have said his eyes look like stars when furious. Faction: Pandaemonium Reputation: Sanduleak is usually one of the preferred Pandemonium villains to get in the politicians and police’s eyes, he has an alright track record of civilian casualties and collateral damage being fairly low, as long as he’s not mad that is...unfortunately it is a bit too easy for him to be annoyed with people and just rival the Bulwarks and rest of Pandaemonium in costs to the city. Another unfortunate trait is that he is never alone, always following one of the destructive members as if to make up for his own lack of constant destruction

Alias: Hooded Siren
Costume: The Siren's normal attire consists of a black leotard with a hood connected to the collar. The leotard's collar reaches to just beneath the jaw and the front edges of the hood comes to about her décolletage(think Gwen Stacy's Spiderwoman costume). The hood comes to a point between the eyes and covers down to just above the top of her eyebrows. A silver mask that conforms to her face covers her eyes. Beneath the hood she has pink hair of an undetermined length due to always being put up in a tight bun. Her skintight sleeves cover her hands and become gloves. On her legs are vertically striped black and charcoal tights and knee high black leather boots with sturdy three inch heels. This woman seems to be a young adult, late teens to mid twenties at most, standing at about 5' 9". Her body type seems to be voluptuous.
Power Theme: This super uses screams to create large amounts of destruction. She also seems to appear and disappear at will.
Faction: Unaligned
Reputation: This super is usually seen as a hero, serving vigilante justice. However there are several reports of their involvement in stealing information, property damage and unwarranted assualt. These reports are unconfirmed and we shall update you as we gain more information.
