Alias: Nemesis Costume: Often appearing within a fog of black smoke, we know that Nemesis is a young woman in her late teens or early twenties. She is always seen wearing some type of school uniform, apparently replacing it after each encounter. Her dark hair obstructs view of the left side of her face, hiding the fact that she may be missing an eye. An eye-patch covers the spot where it would be, and she's too protective of it to verify if it's real. Power Theme: Nemesis commands a jet black stream of mist that seems to originate from her body. The mist is capable of passing through anything they touch, giving her control over its basic functions. The exact limits are unclear. Reports have only mentioned this ability working on objects. Humans and animals have a significantly worse reaction, trembling in fear of some unknown threat. She also has some minor regeneration capabilities and item reconstruction, although the part where she always wears an eye-patch suggests that she can't heal everything. Faction: Emerald City Bulwark Reputation: Having only recently joined Bulwark, there hasn't been much of an opportunity to gather information. She manages to slip in and out of the shadows at a moments notice Most of her efforts go towards eliminating any gang activity in Emerald City, a mission she's supposedly been working on for a few weeks. The exact methods of how she tries to “help” are more violent than necessary. So far her vengeance has only been directed towards the worst criminals she can find. She has yet to harm civilians, and often goes out of her way to avoid damaging other's property. It's just. . . lately, the villains she helps to “arrest” are found tied up with excessive injuries to make sure they are no longer a threat. Some are only located because the officers on duty were able to follow the sound of their horrified screaming.

Alias: Balance
Costume:
Power Theme: The abilities shown by this Super are strange. First of all her sword skills go beyond the natural and seem to extend past the rather unwieldy blade she carries. She has been seen healing others at times though after these instances she seems to have wounds she didn't before. And at times random occurrences happen in reaction to deeds those around her perform. It is unknown at this time if she is the cause or not.
Faction: Pandemonium
Reputation: Very little is known about this Super. She had caught the attention of the media after a few incidents she was involved in but she melted into the crowd too quickly to be caught or questioned by police. Some say she is trying to protect the world while other protest that thought vehemently, saying her only goal is to destroy it. Only time will tell.

Alias: Geata
Costume: Geata is currently a brain in a jar. It's a fairly standard glass jar with a brain suspended in a preservative. The jar sits on a base equipped with basic equipment to give Geata a bit of autonomy: life support system, cameras and microphones, and a speaker system. Other times, he'll make use of a robotic body provided by another super.
Power Theme: Geata uses portals to teleport objects that he desires from place to place, be they living or inanimate. He can also use the portals to destroy objects that pass through them.
Faction: Keepers
Reputation: Geata just recently joined the Keepers after a time of acting as an unaligned. He's made himself known to the unpowereds of Emerald City as a murderer, but rumors amongst the super community say that he took the blame for a crime to save a fellow super's reputation. In practice, he does what he can to keep people out of harm's way, unpowereds and supers alike. As for his general disposition, he tries to make friends with both allies and enemies, but certain exceptions apply.

Alias: Toko ‘Faust’ Proiettile Costume: A simple black suit and tie is suitable for this super. He attempts to at least not stand out too much like others, and will only carry a briefcase it it's absolutely necessary to carry a disassembled rifle to his next job. Power Theme: People have described him as Merlin with a gun, making seemingly impossible shots with the most morbid of ammunition. Though other weapons such as knives, and explosives aren’t off the table when dealing with this hitman. Was it poison that killed that politician? A curse upon the gang leader’s head? A shotgun blast of bone shrapnel piercing the ‘competitions’ chest? All these and more are methods used by death’s own rumored gunman, Faust. Faction: Keepers Reputation: Faust the hitman is a dangerous individual, that at least keeps civilian casualties to the minimum. There is no calling card before or after the death of the target, there is only a contract that is signed and a corpse that is made. He has kept a low profile in the public eye and kept knowledge in the underworld to a bare minimum. Most don’t even know his total kill count as half the deaths have unknown causes and it seems to be a slowly changing variety to them. Even then the corpses are lucky to left behind as they usually are gone by the time he is through. All that can be said is if you’ve made enemies in the underworld, pray they don’t find a way to get you into his sights.

Alias: Lust Costume: Lust squeezes her voluptuous figure into a flimsy dress that is far too small for her, with equally tight (and very visible) underwear underneath, usually decorated with bright patterns. Along with her silky smooth elastic stockings, she wears bright pink high heels. The colorful image is completed by her long blue hair, which she tosses around at every available opportunity. Although she usually struts into action in full costume, the strained fabrics that make up her clothing are easily torn, leaving Lust wearing less and less the longer her crime sprees go on. No matter what she is wearing, it looks absolutely fantastic on her, despite the immense temptation to tear it off. Power Theme: In addition to being notably quick and agile, Lust's power seems to affect hormones and sensation, producing intense and extremely pleasurable feelings in beings around her, and overwhelming their ability to make rational decisions. This ability's potency increases at close range, to the point where a touch from the super herself can temporarily sap most humans of reason entirely. Officials suspect that she may also have addictive properties, producing cravings in those affected to be submitted to her ability once again. Faction: Pandaemonium Reputation: Lust is a wanted criminal, having been involved in several minor heists and a few larger disturbances, with a record number of public indecency charges against her. Crimes perpetrated by her tend to be public, exposing large numbers of people to her powers at once and making it difficult to bring the situation under control, even long after she has left. To make matters worse, she seems to have developed a following, with her crimes attracting the attention of civilians and tourists (usually male) who will quickly converge on the scene as soon as her presence is reported. Lust appears to greatly enjoy appearing in the open, with several of her criminal activities being committed simply for the sake of getting noticed. Her showmanship and highly promiscuous behavior has begun to attract a great deal of attention from the media, in spite of efforts by authorities to quell this popular appeal. Lust rarely works alone, often teaming up with other villains for her schemes, though she seems to use her powers on her partners almost as much as she does on her enemies. She has exhibited an intense interest in other supers, varying from open flirting to outright abduction attempts. She causes little physical harm to any of her victims or enemies, but the dangerous psychological effects of her abilities are the source of much embarrassment for victims, and have given rise to fears of just what she might be capable of as she grows bolder and more reckless in using them.

Alias: Sin Eater
Costume: Although she's a fulltime super, Sin Eater does not wear a flashy costume. In fact, she could easily pass for an average junior high student, and only those who are very familiar with known super info would be able to recognize her as anyone but a random civilian. This is a deliberate strategy on her part. Because she often finds herself pitted against superheroes, she appears just like the civilians they're motivated to save, all the better to unnerve them when they see what her power does to her. When going into combat, she favors the uniform of a Malachite Isle private school whose white color scheme just happens to make her blood very visible.
Power Theme: Sin Eater is a healer and repairer whose power requires her to take on whatever damage she heals. In addition to bodily wounds and deformities, she is also capable of healing structural damage and design flaws in objects (which causes her to take some sort of corresponding damage) and negative emotions (which she then feels as though they were her own). She has also displayed the ability to remotely sense anything she can absorb and to return the absorbed damage to whoever she took it from in the first place. Finally, she appears to have some sort of immortality that allows her to absorb an ally's fatal wounds and be carried from the battlefield only to show up relatively unharmed a few days later.
Faction: The Keepers
Reputation: Most of the time, Sin Eater remains in the Sanctum of the Keepers, trading favors for her ability to repair and heal. She has filled this role for a couple of years, which has been enough for the more well-informed outsiders to be aware of her existence. When she does join her fellow Keepers on a mission outside the Sanctum, her powers are utterly harmless to any enemies, but she nonetheless makes the battle much more difficult with her healing... not to mention the unsettling display of her power and her ability to detect old wounds and fragile psyches. She is fond of taunting heroes and playing to whatever negative emotions she detects in them, always with an unsuitable smile of utter benevolence.

Alias: Gluttony Costume: Gluttony is a fairly tall, muscular, mid-twenties man with unkempt, mid-length blond hair. He wears gauze wraps around his hands and wrists; slightly baggy black pants; and is shirtless. His bare abdomen reveals a couple of scars; one is on his lower right abdomen, up above his hip, and the other is a thin line streaking above his heart. There is constantly a malicious look in his eyes. He also wears a mask like this: Power Theme: Gluttony gets stronger and grows in size as he eats, and he can eat anything he can get his hands on. He has superhuman strength and durability that only increases with his size. Faction: Keepers Reputation: Gluttony is a villain well-known for his voracious appetite and tremendous power. He is regarded as especially forward for a keeper, and is known for using brute strength against his oppenents. However, he is surprisingly cunning outside of battle and has numerable connections which the Keepers are more than willing to utilize. He doesn't speak much to his enemies, if at all, but he is extremely polite to those he isn't currently fighting. He is surprisingly nice, especially to his allies.

Alias: Valkyrie Costume: Other than a black feather mask, Valkyrie sees no need to wear a costume or dealing with the problems that come with having one. Her clothes tend to be clean and well fitted, but also worn from frequent use. One is able to see a few small knives on her person late at night, and she does seem to wear contacts, only recently taking to wearing her mask for more violent super activity. Power Theme: Valkyrie works in close combat, favoring hand-to-hand and small weapons when she sees fit. Her speed is most notable, with quick reflexes and reaction times in general. She also seems to land hits stronger than one would assume possible for her. Faction: Pandemonium Reputation: Outside of Emerald City, Valkyrie has a reputation that's scattered with a few things that the more moral and heroic may take issue with, including the possible cause of some murders deaths in outlying cities. Otherwise, her targets seem to be picked ahead of time, regardless of class or their social standing. Many tend to have fallen from grace in a way when their skeletons are dragged out of the closet.

Alias: Pride Costume: Power Theme: Superhuman strength and speed are the first things many will notice when going toe to toe with this super. Pride is shown to never stop talking and opponents have reported feeling weaker in his presence while he appears to fight harder. Faction: Pandemonium Reputation: Pride’s crimes are odd and chosen at a whim by him when he prefers. He believes himself to be the pride of the Sins and with the power he’s demonstrated, its hard to argue against him. Not particularly known for having a partner like the rest of the sins, he does appear to prefer Wrath over the rest for some odd reason, even if she despises him.

Alias: RPG Costume:One might believe that there's no way a single costume could withstand being used with different powers or not get in the way of some powers. However, the sheer versatility of RPG's suit allows for most powers to be used without much damage to the suit or hindrance to the wearer. Of course, that's if he can keep his powers under control. But hey, at least the costume's pretty comfy. (The shoes aren't shown, but RPG does wear them along with a pair of socks.) Power Theme: It appears this super is able to breathe fire. It appears that information was wrong, he seems to have the power to phase through walls. Scratch that, we've received an update that says he apparently wields the power of hats. You've heard it here, folks. We have a super that uses hats as weapons! What a time to be alive. Faction: Unaligned Reputation: Being relatively new to the whole super business, almost nobody knows who he is or what he's capable of. The few people who have already seen him have reported different things. Accounts of his powers range from instilling patriotism into people to stretching his eyes. He's stopped small robberies here and there and even prevented a mass-murdering at one point. Although his actions are intended to help people, society believes him to be a menace.

Alias: Envy
Costume: Envy always shows up as a young woman with incredibly long green hair. If she didn't always have it tied up in a ponytail, it would probably be as long as she is tall. Further information, such as height, age or body size are difficult to determine. She seems to grow and shrink with each appearance. Despite any changes in how she looks, Envy somehow fits into the same black bodysuit lined with occasional strips of green flourish.
Power Theme: Envy is able to generate a bright green light from her body, which she shoots out at her opponents. Somehow these projectiles aren't particularly warm and are more likely to cause bruises than burns. The attack's effectiveness seems to steadily increase the longer she fights. Other supers have reported the opposite phenomenon happening to their own abilities—their strength seems to steadily drop as fighting her is more exhausting than it should be. The fact that they begin to recover as soon as she leaves cause some to blame Envy herself, but it's always possible they're just having an off day.
Faction: Unaligned
Reputation: A wanted suspect in several murder investigations across the country, Envy seems to delight in torturing the rich and successful members of society. The few times she's been spotted always place her working alongside other super villains. She's not the biggest fan of talking and rarely takes the center stage. For the most part she seems to be content to sit in the back, giggling at everyone else's misfortune. Money and valuables don't seem to interest her in the slightest, as she only wants to deprive others of their life, liberty and pursuit of happiness.

Alias: Critical Mass Costume: A 6'8 black suit made of metal, with a one-way glass facial cover, and armored plates along the arms, chest, legs, and back. 1 inch thick metal studs on each knuckle. images2.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb20130722021443/crossoverrp/images/3/35/CR-01_Battle_Armor_MK2.jpgPower Theme: Mass has the ability to adjust the density of himself and the area around him, making it more dense and solid, or less dense and weaker. He can only affect things close to him, and cannot affect living matter. using this he can make solid rock around his fists using the air around him, make a shield around himself, or even launch solidified air at people. Faction: Keepers Reputation: Mass is known as a generally calm person, only fighting when he needs to for The Keepers or for something he wants. Other than that, he tends to stay out of others way, unless there is already conflict, in which case he will help whichever side would cause him to gain something. When meeting new people, he will access the Keeper database to find out what uses they have, and interact accordingly. Most of what he wants is things like money and power, along with rare artifacts, which he collects.

Alias: Plague Doctor Costume: A broad-rimmed hat covers where his face would be if he wasn't wearing a red bird-like mask with glass lenses where his eyes go - tinted red to keep people from seeing his eyes -, black gloves, long black pants leading to knee high boots with straps on them, a red vest with black dress shirt and a black overcoat. These items seem to be highly resistant to fire...but not very much else. Power Theme: Watching this super in action; one might notice right off the bat that the Plague Doctor has the innate ability to make people violently ill. Villains will start vomitting up a storm just by his mere presence. He seems to put no effort behind his abilities but then again that could just be due to the mask. Faction: The Emerald City Bulwark Reputation: The Plague Doctor is known mainly for his detachment when dealing with victims of an event. He's very distant towards those who died around him and he tends to forget - at least it seems he forgets - that the corpses lining the field were once people he tried to help. But in the superhero community; he's known to be helpful in giving other heroes medical assistance. His bedside manner at times could leave more to be desired; but he's still very helpful to injured supers and civilians.

Alias: Poppet
Costume: Beside her dark purple Gothic-Victorian style dress and black legging, she always carried a small porcelain doll with her. The doll dressed in a same gothic style dress ash Poppet, but in a shade of light blue dress over white frilly dress and a big blue bow on its head. The porcelain doll had similar hair-style and color as Poppet does along with its clear green emerald eyes. Often time the doll is in her arms motionless while staring with its unblinking eyes, but other time the doll would move and started talking while flying around Poppet, maintaining within arm-reach of her. The doll would introduce itself to be Jessica, and able to interact with people as if it were alive. Even though she usually remain quiet due to her shyness, her little doll often time talks in her stead with sassy comments and remarks, often with a sarcasm tone.
Power Theme: It’s appeared that Poppet can control people’s action, even when they’re fully aware of what’s going on before their eyes. Invisible to the naked eyes, Poppet can form thin wires from her hand that would latch on any surface. Stronger than steel and more flexible than rubber, these wires can stretch over a long distance, allowing her to create a huge web that nearly invisible. These thin wires also allow her to latch onto people’s body, giving her full control over their movement and action like a marionette doll.
Faction: Keeper
Reputation: Poppet rarely used her power with malicious intent; rather she used her power in order to protect herself. Because the power allows her full control over people’s action against their will, she feel really ashamed from ever utilizing her power for anything. Most of the time she would usually tried to remain a pacifist, only use her power as the last resort when she had nothing else to do. During a fight, she usually hide herself from people who seem aggressive, remain hidden and controlling them from afar with her power to move them away from her.

Alias: Seraphim
Costume: She doesn't wear a costume, or a mask, or anything of the sort. If she needs to handle something where being a known super would be inconvenient, she disguises herself then. Otherwise, she wears practical clothing that's easy to move around in.
Power Theme: Seraphim always knows what people are thinking and feeling. Exactly how much of a person's mind she can read isn't clear, but it's obvious she's always reading peoples' surface thoughts and emotions.
Faction: The Rein Initiative
Reputation: Seraphim is a newcomer to Emerald City, but has been on the super scene in Rein for decades. Anyone that follows super news outside of Emerald City would have heard of her. She's fought a great number of dragons, and has somehow survived all of her encounters with them. When not fighting dragons, she uses extreme measures to keep the peace, ranging from simple threats to outright murder. It doesn't matter if the person hadn't done anything yet, if she's aware that they will she will act, and her power apparently gives her a good gauge on what people will do. She mostly targets supers, preferring to leave the unpowered criminals to the police.
