CALL NOW! "Yeah, that looks great." Anesthesia wipes the sweat from his brow, having stapled his 100th flier around town. He looks at the picture of him on the flier, giving it an enthusiastic thumbs up just like the picture shows. "I wonder if anyone will actually call." He ponders out loud, pulling out his burner flip phone and waiting. |

"Wait, I really can help! I can just go get the police and tell them-" Nope, slammed door in the face. But seriously, everybody here needed help in some way, that place got ransacked after the dragon attack, wouldn't they want someone quick to get the police?
At first, Timezone didn't really notice all the posters stapled basically everywhere. It got real hard not to notice when at some point, any piece of wood had the same poster on it. "Poster for superheroes? That's awesome, why didn't I try that!?" Seriously, it even said no need for money, civilians would probably love this! But who could wait for a phone call, he would just keep superheroing until a call came in, y'know?
Timezone is actually pretty sure he seen this superhero before but he honestly has no idea what the guy could do. Too bad he's not right... Wait there he is! Timezone waved, hopefully getting his attention, then ran towards him in a fast forward. "Hey, you're in the Bulwark too, right? Do you really think someone's gonna call, 'cause that'll be awesome for superheroes, y'know? Then civilians will actually trust us and not threaten to call the police 'cause they're the one's that called us to help!"

"Well, hi!"
Anesthesia waves enthusiastically to other man, almost peeing himself when he zipped right in front of him--which shows on his face.
"Yeah, man! They asked me to join and first I was like nah, but then I was like hmm, and then okay! It's been pretty great!" He hasn't even been to headquarters yet but no need to spill the beans.
"I don't know, I'd think so. It's a pretty good picture of me so you think someone might-"
It rings, causing Anesthesia to pause and stare at the phone. Then he looks to Timezone and back, finally shoving the phone his way.
"I'm too nervous!"

Timezone took the phone but didn't answer either, he never really used a phone all that much. "Wait, I'm not all that good at talking on the phone...!" How were you even suppose to answer a phone for what was technically a job or something!? Still, Timezone was a bit scared the person calling would hang up on them so he finally flipped open the phone and answered.
"Uh, hi, I mean, hello! I'm Timezone and I'm answering for Anesthesia but don't worry! He'll show up at whatever you're calling for! Um, what do you need help with?"
"Hello Timezone...? There's this man yelling from inside a collapsed building, I think he was trying to rob it and got trapped but the authorities here aren't doing a great job of saving him so I think a super can just speed this along so everyone can move on."
"Alright they'll come! Wait, wait! Where's this building?"
"It's very near Viridian Park Really, just to the east of the park. Just hurry up!"
The man on the other side of the phone call hung up quickly and Timezone turned back to Anesthesia. "Ok, there's this guy just east of Viridian Park and he got trapped in a building while robbing it, so they wanna send a super in 'cause the people there are kinda having trouble. By the way, can I come too? I'm having some real trouble getting someone to let me do some superhero work. Also, which way is east?"

Anesthesia stares expectantly for the length of the phone conversation, not blinking til he's brought up to speed.
"Well the sun rises in the east and the tallest building in this block is 500 meters, so if the wind is blowing north south then..." He pulls up the compass on his phone.
"...that way!" He points.
"Of course you can come! You just have to give me a piggyback ride. These boots aren't quite broken in yet and my feet kind of hurt..." He pouts.

Honestly Timezone was not expecting Anesthesia to know that much about where east is. He was just gonna guess and thought Anesthesia would too! "Are you just prepared for anything? I never really thought we'll ever have to know stuff like that!"
"I can come? Thanks! I am another superhero so I'll probably be pretty useful!" Two superheroes could probably easily save the guy stuck in the building, real easily! At the mention of needing to carry Anesthesia, Timezone couldn't answer right away, was he actually serious or was he just kidding? "Wait, I don't think I can carry you! We'll definitely go faster both running 'cause I can't fast forward or anything with someone with me yet. Plus, your shoes will probably break in sooner or later y'know!" He chose not to mention the fact he didn't really think it was possible for him to carry someone, y'know, physically possible.

"Ughh...!" Anesthesia drops to the ground like all the life was sucked from him as he pouts and groans, rolling around the floor as he throws his fit. As quick as he went down he pops back up however and dusts himself off.
"Alright then. These boots were made for walking. Let's go!" He starts running east!

"Hey, come on! We gotta go or somebody will save the guy before we even get there!" Timezone jumped back and forth in a fast forward and rewind, trying to make Anesthesia think he was gonna leave him behind, which may actually happen if this temper tantrum didn't stop. Seriously, he was probably younger than Anesthesia and he didn't freak out like this!... most of the time at least.
He kept his fast forward going as Anesthesia stood up and headed east, stopping only a few seconds every once in a while so he didn't go to far ahead. Soon he spotted a collapsed building with a bunch of cars all around it, guess a lot of people are trying to help! "Anesthesia we're here, now all we gotta do is save the guy, easy right?"

"Easy peasy!" He slaps Timezone on the back as he raced off to start digging through the rubble. Most people seem to move away from them, wanting to keep their distance but still try to help for the most part.
"How'd this building fall down anyway?" Anesthesia asks the people gathered!

Timezone jumped back into his fast forward, following Anesthesia into the collapsed building, stopping near the rubble. He went immediately to push away the largest pieces of rubble, yeah, not exactly the best idea. Nothing moved an inch and he had to settle on moving the small pieces of rubble, seriously, he thought he was actually getting stronger and can't move some rubble!?
"Wait, how'd this building fall over? I think it was, like when the dragon started shooting, y'know?" It had to be the dragon, 'cause he honestly couldn't think of one thing that could have done this other than the dragon. "Weren't you fighting the dragon too?"

He moves over to help Timezone. Poor little guy had trouble with a rock! Maybe he wasn't a super after all.
"And that Willy sure was big."
There's a muffled shouting from a pile of rubble a few yards away from them!

"Willy? Is that some sort of joke or something?" Maybe it was from a TV show? But then Timezone should know about the joke 'cause the Bulwark HQ has a TV that's always playing a TV show!
Timezone was just hitting what was basically a dead end for him, heavy rubble, and was about to ask Anesthesia to help when some yelling sounded out nearby. "Hey! Isn't that the guy that got trapped? We found him!" He faced the direction where the yelling came from and yelled back, "Don't worry! We're super near you so we'll find in a few minutes!" You were supposed to reassure the victim right? Timezone waved over the civilians that were helping, though all of them begin working only on one side near the yelling, come on, they can't be that freaked out by supers! For his part, Timezone started a fast forward, looking for any weak spot in the rubble so he can easily find the trapped guy.
