While she was busy turning the machine into dust as promised, she noticed another super out of the corner of her eye. If she wasn't so tired she might have noticed him sooner, but his growing at least made him easier to spot. Aurora narrowed her eyes. It figured that the Keepers would have a vested interest in keeping the docks down, and making sure everything remained chaotic and unstable. It was such an underhanded way to hit Pandaemonium, but they were stupid if they thought something like this would work. Even if Aurora wasn't able to restore order, Pandaemonium thrived on chaos. It hardly needed to clean up the area in order to go about business as usual, it was just something she wanted to do. Hell, she was pretty sure some of the people on her hit list were part of Pandaemonium. This was all just a massive waste of time and it pissed her off even more. Her aurora swirled above her, almost looking as irritated as she was.
"It figures I'd have to deal with you assholes. Have too much time on your hands because Sanduleak, you know, someone from Pandaemonium managed to prevent your territory from being turned on its head like the rest of the city? Well fine, then I'll just break your legs too."

Bloodbath whimpered as the man grew, casting a glance down to see his feet were even off the ground. This was very possibly bad.
The giant machine in the background was apparently being taken care off, this guy was his target. Time to finish this!

There was a momentary reprieve from the cats, but once they returned they returned in force. The entire area was completely swarmed with cats, to the point that it was difficult to even move. The seemed to leave a little bit of space around her, but not enough for her to really move effectively. And people wondered why she hated animals so much, the stupid vermin had a way of getting in the way at the most inopportune times. The Keeper and that bulldozer were both in prime position to attack, but the sheer number of cats swarming them made it impossible for her to do anything without likely outright killing the cats. Normally she wouldn't care, but as long as the cats were tied to another super, another super that appeared to be trying to help at least, meant that she'd rather not kill them if it could be avoided. Aurora narrowed her eyes further, irritated at the situation, but a moment's thought made it clear that there were always other ways to make her message clear.
Leaving the Keeper to deal with the cats, she jumped over the cats and spawned some rubble under her feet to continue gaining air. With her aurora under her feet, it was like she was running across the particle cloud. Weren't there a few businesses downtown that were run by Keepers? None of them were public about it obviously, but if one were to look as hard and follow the news, rumors, and supers as closely as she did some of the connections were obvious. There were a great deal of materials she could get from them whether it be because of what they sold or because of the building itself. She could think of a hardware store and a boutique off the top of her head, but a quick dash through the area might reveal some more. Then there were the areas that just had some weird rumors around them. Wasn't there a restaurant and a couple of electronics stores that had enough suspicious behavior around them that it could at least be possible? Normally she'd like to do a bit more research before jumping in, but there was no time. They were viable targets too.
"Bloodbath!" she called out behind her. "Take out the next few targets, I'll be back later. As for you," she shot a glare towards the Keeper. "Tell your friends that their donation to the restoration of the docks is much appreciated!"

The swarm of cat charged right into the right side of the bulldozer as Aurora started to remove the wheel causing the vehicle to tip over on its side. Scanning for the damage that Aurora caused, HaLOS can see the bulldozer is not unable to move.
“Data collected,” it concluded, “Further upgrade is required, analyzing better method for defensive implant. Transferring data collected now. Thank you for your wonderful contribution to the experiment. Final experiment in 3…2…1…”
As the swarm of cats started to overwhelm the machine, HaLOS triggered one of its new weapon design built right within the bulldozer, deep beneath all the layers of titanium metal, away from Aurora’s power. The weapon started to charge up before it burst in a blinding flash of light. Within second before any of the cat can get away in time, the whole vehicle immediately burst into flame, consuming the whole vehicle as the metal beam and anything around it started to melt away. Any cats that unfortunate enough to dog-piled onto the vehicle screeched out as the fire consumed them, letting off the smell of burning flesh and fur as black smoke started to rise from the wreckage.
HaLOS zoomed in the sight using the traffic camera nearby to observe the carnage that the vehicle caused from its self-destruct sequence.
“Experiment complete; new method of disposing temporally body found. Fluorine fire set off in the magnesium core generated enough heat to melt away the metallic body form, destroying evident of vehicle’s design beyond recognition. Potential crowd-control method against Big Martin, need more experimentation to yield conclusive data. Begin designing the experiment now.”

Bloodbath barely registered the headbutt, a confused whimper escaping his mouth as his head was knocked back. His grip didn't loosen, continuing his attack.
The cats blew through a second time, he was glad that he wasn't on the ground, might be knocked over that way. The following explosion nearly took out his hearing, but not enough to block the next order from Aurora.
Take them all out? Well, even you can do that, can't you?
He suddenly stopped draining the blood and attempted to manifest a knife like projection over his outstretched hand, letting himself fall off and circling around, hunched over in a surprisingly threatning stance. A crooked smile was carved into his face, and very quietly, he was laughing.
"Hehe-hahaha...d-do you want to-to leave?" He asked, pointing his blood made weapon toward the man's chest, "Or-or...I kill you instead!" The last part was delivered at a terrifying certainty, like he had done this many, many times before.
Immediately afterward, he charged foward, cackling insanely.

The number of cats on the scene only kept increasing, and before long there were simply too many for the opposition to handle. Between them and the two Pandaemonium supers, the attackers were now faced with an all but unstoppable force.
Big Martin leaned back, watching the battle play out through the eyes of his minions with satisfaction. All in all, a well-performed operation. His cats were becoming a true fighting force now, and gaining allies- it would only be a matter of time before they could start putting some bigger plans into motion.
Suddenly his eyes widened, and he sprang to his feet. Something was happening. The vehicle had stopped fighting back, was tipping over. Quickly, he issued an order to his cats. It's going down. Everybody off!
It was already too late, however. The bulldozer burst into flame, setting several dozen cats on fire as they tried to escape. They yowled and screeched and rolled about, as their fellows scattered, suddenly panicking. Where moments ago there had been a coordinated force, there were now only animals, hurt and afraid.
Until a voice sounded in their heads again. Big Martin, calm as still water, forceful as a tidal wave. The sea. Get to the sea.
The bulldozer had only just emerged from the water, and it wasn't far. Forced into action by the orders of their leader, the burning cats dove into the water, instantly dousing their burning fur in the freezing cold ocean. Moments later, other cats leaped in after them, helping the wounded victims swim to the surface and safely climb ashore. They worked as a team, united, legion. They would not be broken so easily.
Big Martin let out a deep breath, relaxing his control and allowing emotion to flow back into him.
That machine. It had blown itself up, which meant it had been controlled remotely. A familiar phenomenon... it appeared he had an enemy to track down. He wondered, casually, whether it was possible to make a synthetic intelligence feel pain.
