Sin Eater smiled brightly. "Don't worry. I'm sure they'll do just fine without your help."
She mentally filed away this entity's attitudes toward dragons for potential later use. Sin Eater wasn't one to ever truly think of another person as an ally, but if their motives coincided closely enough with hers, they might as well be one. After all, Sin Eater wasn't one of those villains with ambitions of world domination. Her goals were a great deal more grounded.
"In any case, as interesting as your display was, I'm afraid that this is all the info it gets you. If you want more information regarding what we've gathered about this past dragon, or regarding dragons in general, you'll have to give us reason to share. Perhaps by helping us with our goals here in the city... or perhaps by attempting to make yourself enough of a nuisance that we have no choice but to bribe you with information in order to get you out of our hair."
Sin Eater made a flourishing gesture with her arm, as if presenting something grand to the metallic form before her.
"The choice is yours."

"Would one choice lock me out of the other?"
Osiris tilted its head, sounding genuinely amused at this idea, even through the modification to its voice. If anything, it found this whole situation entertaining to say the least, considering all it had done thus far was ruin some of the Keepers' property.
Though, evidently, that could be repaired rather effortlessly.
"In any event, that information will be mine one way or another. I hope that you aren't simply pretending that there is more when there isn't. That would be.... distressing."

"The Keepers aren't a monolith," Sin Eater replied with a sly smile. "In fact, some of us might even like you more if you cause trouble for certain fellow members."
She gave a one-shouldered shrug.
"Of course, that also means that some of us are more trustworthy than others. What else can you do but hope that we have what we say we do, and prepare yourself to impose some violent consequences if we don't? Incidentally, I hope you aren't the sort to get squeamish about using those destructive powers of yours on living targets.
"For my part, I don't have any pressing errands at the moment that would merit an information exchange as payment. But perhaps we should exchange contact information for future arrangements?"

"You needn't worry about that. I've killed before, and can kill again. However, I imagine that physical threats towards yourself would not hold the same weight as it would to others."
Perhaps more accurately, it would kill again, but there was no need to go into detail.
"If you wish for contact information... then take this."
It held out its hand, palm up, and would gesture for her to do the same. Should Sin Eater do so, a small silver cloud would lift from Osiris' hand and land in hers.
"Speak whatever message you want to give me into this, and then set it outside. It will do the rest. Unfortunately, I cannot do the same in terms of giving a message to you."

"Well, all else being equal, I prefer not to get mutilated, but it is a weaker incentive for me than for most," Sin Eater admitted.
She obediently held out her remaining hand, and she seemed quite interested to see the... thing float from its hand into hers. It was times like this that made her wish that her power gave her more information about things created by other supers' powers. She could try taking the thing apart to study it - insofar as it actually has a structure to dissect - but that would risk rendering it inoperable, and she doubted that this intruder would appreciate his helpful gesture being wasted like that. It would have to be a mystery solved another time.
Sin Eater lowered the arm holding the cloud to her side. "For my part, given my lack of mobility-enhancing powers, I don't really make house calls. If you do need assistance, the Keepers have ways of finding people who seek them out. And if you wish to speak with me, specifically... Well, some of my colleagues make a habit of monitoring local cell towers and radio communication, so that's out. Just start destroying stuff in this general region or a bit further inland. My power will guide me to you."
She didn't intend to share the details of this encounter with the other Keepers, let alone tell them to regard this entity as a possible ally, but she would be keeping an ear out for any relevant gossip in the Sanctum. Only time would tell what sort of relationship they'd end up having.

It gave a slow nod in response as it considered the implications of what she had said. The mention of other forms of communication being monitored would make it seem that the Keepers worked against each other just as much as they worked together, a fact that was curious to the metallic figure.
"You would wish any future meetings to be more secretive. Understood."
Osiris turned slightly, looking towards where it would be leaving before glancing back.
"I will return in time, for further information."

Sin Eater inclined her head in agreement with her new contact's assumption. As it turned to leave, she raised a hand in a friendly wave goodbye.
"I'm sure we'll meet again soon."
Once the armored entity was out of range of her power, Sin Eater turned her attention toward the ruined amusement park. The Ferris wheel was her first target. She absorbed all the structural damage it had taken from the superpowered attack and the subsequent collapse under its own weight. She didn't touch the rusting and other signs of age - her only intent here was to erase any evidence of the meeting here.
Even so, the damage was plenty to obliterate Sin Eater on the spot. She was instantly reduced to a red smear on the pavement. But a moment later, a clump of cells was visible on the ground, growing rapidly at first and then slower as it began to approximate a human shape.
It would take at least a dozen more deaths for the park to return to its prior condition. Sin Eater would continue working at it for the better part of an hour.
