Timezone only stopped his fast forward after he was several feet away from the monster, he did not wanna get eaten or something! Well, maybe the monster couldn't do much to him, Timezone himself had a pounding headache and a kinda shaky vision so the time lag should have worked.
Admittedly, he was pretty glad nothing have attacked him yet, the monster just sorta transformed and was trying to get the super who saved the rest of the civilians while the others were messing with the other monster. "So what means you're supposed to be helping someone!" He jumped back into a fast forward, he had to do something at least!

Confusion rang hard in Apex' head as he snapped after the dark silhouette on the counter. His attack went way to short for some reason and for a few moments he felt as if a heavy weight had been affixed to his body, everything moved so much slower than he was used to. His eyes darted across the room and he noticed everybody else moving in a kind of sped up version, easily circling around his lumbering body and moving in a far to coordinated fashion as for it to be coincidence. For the first time he noticed the small kid stepping between the people, its white and blue clothing almost glowing in the otherwise dark scenario. Immediately his body started moving towards his new prey, pushing through the air as if it was viscous liquid whilest the apparent newcomer somehow managed to remain just out of reach at all times. Then, as Apex finally felt he had the boy cornered, his body seemed to move as he used to it again, meaning in a movement that was faster than he expected he smashed into a nearby wall. Apex roared out in pain and raised his head just in time to see the beast from his previous fight tear down the walls just opposite to him aswell, apparently fighting what seemed to be bones, growing around its body.

Toko's left hand shot out to the catch his spinning case before flicking it close and locked with his wrist. It appeared that he would be ignored in favor of his energy and monstrous based companion, he would certainly not complain about such a tactic as he hurried to the side, not about to become a focus of the fight, that simply wasn't an option for an assassin such as himself. A single thought did keep him going, the never ending possibilities of what these supers' bodies could provide him with in terms of an arsenal.
"Oh mio Dio, le possibilita"
He shook his head immediately before a smile could appear on his face, this is what happened when he drank, he became much too easily distracted.

Calico smirked victoriously as his attack had worked the beast was very fearful and confused, the thief also took note of the speedy boy that was running about. Looks like whatever he did also worked on the creature. That would good of them to tag team this thing, the others would probably be easier to take out once this guy was out of the way. At this point Calico wasn't paying attention to the woman or the suited man. They didn't matter, eyes on the prey not the horizon. They would get theirs, but first things first. Time to finish what he started. He hisses loudly at Apex, it sounded like a cats' cry and Calico then got up and jumped off the table.

Envy let out a shriek of surprise as the giant wolf lunged towards her. It wasn't often that she came so close to getting injured. Most people go after the bigger threats like the other boys did. Apparently, she picked her first target well—attacking anyone else might have resulted in her body getting sliced in half, or worse. Instead, she knocked the beast into a wall. The Italian guy's magic bullets helped keep it away for now, but Envy still felt her hand tremble nervously.
She longed for the safety usually provided by staying in the background. Things like this were always so much easier when she had something to hide behind. The other monster didn't seem to get along with the wolf either, but they were too far away to act as a shield. Why couldn't they all come outside and make things simpler?
Well, if sticking around too long included the risk of getting eaten, then Envy knew she had to hurry up. Perhaps a full meal was asking for too much. At the very least, she needed to walk away with more energy than she arrived with. Anything more should be considered dessert.

The two curved blades that were Apex' hands sliced neatly through several chairs, people and the counter but the boy in blue and white did not seem to get hit. The beast could not see him dodge either he simply seemed to be always at exactly those spots where his claws could not reach or had just passed. The muscles on his arms tensed and bulged even more as he raised the speed of his attacks and yet he was still unable to even scratch the annoying boy. Apex snarled in response to that realisation and retracted his claws. Just in that moment, before he could turn them into something more usefull he could feel a small pinch on his back. He twisted on the spot, his multifaceted eyes showing hundreds of pictures of his environment at the same time, however he could not see the expected person from before behind him. It was then that Apex felt the weight on his back and understood what was going on.

Lobisomem gasped as the bones hardened around them, trapped, they were trapped. The impact of the energy spheres just made their already burning body hurt even more.
Even nearly caged, they struggled madly, snapping at any movement near them.

Ok, so it didn't look like Timezone attacks were really doing anything so he jumped back into his fast forward, and was real glad he did. The monster jumped after him, destroying literally everything in front of it. Since he definitely couldn't stop while he was still in front of it so he tried circling around, stopping at the opposite wall.
"Alright Timezone, you gotta keep going!" He wasn't supposed to rest until things were alright after all!

Good, good. Things were going smoothly now. For the first tonight, Envy felt comfortable enough to begin the process she came here to start. With everyone's attention elsewhere, she could get away with draining any one of them. How would they know to blame her and not the person actively trying to kill them?
The thought of weakening the two most helpful individuals left a bad taste in her mouth. She didn't need to target everyone—and probably couldn't, to be honest—so it'd be better to focus on only one side of this encounter. Maybe start with the small boy running around everywhere. He appeared to contain an abundance of energy. He could afford to share a little with poor, exhausted Envy.
She unconsciously licked her lips in anticipation. This fight was working up her appetite. Now if only the kid would sit still for just a second. . .

The cat boy grinned as he caught the massive on his back. Calico slide down as the beast twisted, that was when timezone appeared on Apex's back. Cal noticed how that kid was jumping about and making the brutish creature miss and run into this. It was very entertaining to watch but this thing was still up and about and they needed to take him out. Calico decided to go offense. Swiftly moving around the big meaty creature to get to his abdomen, a common weak point to get at it.
"Hey fast boy hit him up top, I got him down low!"

Apex could suddenly feel the weight on his back shifting and just as the first spines broke through his skin and could have impaled whoever was piggybacking on him, he saw the boy in black clothing slide towards his belly region. His insectoid eyes took in the feral expression on his opponents face, his clawed hands and the green glow that seemed to come from his eyes. At the same time the furry beast in front of Apex decided to roar again, and what a roar it was. It synchronised with the quiet roar from the boy that was hanging around Apex chest and clashed against his own bellowing answer creating a slight vibration that passed through the entire building and caused the last few civilians that were still standing to tremble and fall to their knees. To his side Apex could have seen the boy in blue being hit by what seemed to be green lightning, which would surely have raised his spirits, if he werent so focussed on his own two foes. Instead, he reached out and simply grabbed the little feral boy on his chest and attempted to pin him with one clawed hand against the ground while simultaniously striking at the other beast in front of him with his other arm. Midair his hand seemed to become compact and carapace grew over it turning it into a makeshift wrecking ball.
We take 3. Toy with your prey
