It has been more than one month since the time Giza found himself facing off against the Three Stooges of the Bulwark during heir conference out in the public. They talked about some lame political crap about how the Bulwark is making every effort in order to protect this town from crime and what-have-you. A little bored Giza thought he can crash on their sissy parade to show them how the real world treated them, and that’s how he stumble upon this piece of information. After the dragon attack on Emerald City, civilian’s unrest had become to spread, and the news lied to them about how they’ve killed the dragon, lied about the full nature of destruction of the city, and lied about how perfectly safe their city has become.
In reality, it’s not; the oppression on supers still continued, even growing as the matter of fact. No matter what they do, these unpowered populations would never accept them as their own. The fact that the police snipers were present in that “peaceful” Bulwark conference was proven enough that they do not trust anyone with super power. Giza had hoped that perhaps they can works things out with the unpowered population, seeing how his faction had cooperation between the two of them.
He was wrong. These unpowered people didn’t even care about how all of the supers jumped in to save their sorry ass from the dragon. They just simply continued on with their miserable life, still seeing supers as a plague that need to be cured or eradicate. They think that by driven the supers out of their town, they’ll be safe from danger? Well no more; today all these ungrateful pieces of shit will realize how insignificant their effort had been. If these unpowered people think they can simply deal with supers as easy as removing a zit, then let’s reminded them just how these unpowered are fighting against a losing battle from the start.
And what better way to give them a message than doing it right in front of the City Hall. Today, the mayor of Emerald City decided to give a speech about how supers are being blight in this town, and how they need to be careful and report any super’s activity to the new-and-improve police force. If the information he got from that police sniper is true, any of them might be working for the ISH organization, here to justify themselves in attacking supers and driven them out of the city. With everything’s set, Giza prepared for the dramatic entrance
As soon as the mayor finished his speech, Giza let loose a thick heavy smoke all over the stage using their own fog-machine. Once the smoke finally settled, Giza appeared on stage, standing right behind the mayor. Frighten from his appearance, the mayor tripped over the stage and fell on his butt, slowly backing away in fear.
“Ladies and gentlemens,” Giza shouted into the microphone, “I would like to have your undivided attention, please. I would like to inform you that all you’ve heard about in the news and this fat prick that you all called “mayor” has been a lie. We super had been the very people that defeated the dragon, and we are not the blight of this town. And yet you all still treated us like a bunch of freak in costume terrorizing the city? We are the people who live in this town, who protect you all from imminent destruction, and here you all, listen to this jerk rambling on about how we are dangerous and must be put down. Then please, allow me and my associate to educate you all of where your proper place in this world truly is.”
--
SCHEME: let show these chumps that they’re not the master of this town, that unpowered are truly a bunch of helpless little sheep being brainwash into the society they live in. Team "Teacher"

People never learned from one grand display of power, they had to be reminded over and over again. Today was going to be one of those reminders. The fact that people still felt like they could speak so openly meant she was doing something wrong, or was possibly still being too gentle with them. Aurora hated using more force than was necessary, but as long as they kept escalating the fight, as long as they kept making the same mistakes, she would have to escalate her own actions. She could only afford to be as merciful as her opponents would allow her to be. Today, the people here would not leave unharmed.
Unlike Giza, Aurora had no need for tricks. She didn't wait for the speech to end, she didn't hide. Her aurora filled the sky as she made her entrance. As usual, she spawned pieces of rubble under her feet to keep her airborne. It looked like she was running across a rainbow as she made her way there. She landed not more than two feet behind the mayor with a loud clang. She was close enough that the mayor backed into her shins as he was trying to escape. He would not be allowed to escape.

Nemesis happened to be nearby as the mayor began his speech, so she stuck around and listened to him talk. In all honesty, she couldn't blame the guy for hating supers. She didn't like most of them either. The irresponsibility of those idiots was what lead Nemesis to become a hero. Too many people around here thought they could do whatever they wanted just because they had power.
Which, of course, included the crybaby magician that interrupted the speech. The guy and his little girlfriend seemed familiar—they probably matched the description of certain Pandaemonium members. Nemesis didn't bother to sit around and figure out which supers they were. Knowing their names would not matter. Anyone who thought they could get away with attacking innocent civilians deserved to be punished.
“Yeah, no.” Nemesis cracked her knuckles as she approached the stage. Time to teach these criminals a lesson. A small puff of black smoke appeared directly in front of her, and she grabbed onto with both hands. It quickly solidified into a dark blade, which pointed right at the enemies' dumb faces. “How 'bout you go fuck yourselves instead?”

Lobisomem wasn't exactly sure why they were here, listening to a speech that just pissed them off more and more. The idea that any government could defeat supers already made them scoff, the government couldn't even stop them! A "normal" super! Regardless, here they were, hoodie pulled up to obscure their face. They leaned on the outskirts of the crowd, where the tiny minority of super supporters meekly held up signs of their own.
It took only a few seconds for all hell to break loose.
The smoke blocked out the sunlight, triggering the desire to transform. In a instant, the creepy person suddenly spouted horns, claws, fangs, and a thick tail. Some good Samaritans around them tried to help the gasping youth, but fell away shrieking at their sudden transformation. Seeing where this was going as Aurora arrived, followed by another girl, Lobisomem snapped their legs back and lunged for the stage.
They completed the shift in midair, wincing as it felt like the sunlight was trapped under their skin, burning them before they twisted away and squashed the pain. Lobisomem landed with a crunch, smashing parts of the stage under their sheer weight. One animalistic eye glared at the mayor, their tooth mouth spread in an unamused smile, "How...bout...some respect after we...save your ass...eh?"

Again, he didn't much care about the cause of Supers, and bragging about fighting the Dragon felt petty. But he had his own scores to settle. The Mayor claimed that Giovanni was like a brother to him. And that had put him on Gilgamesh's list of people to have a little chat with. He was sure the Mayor's head was brimming with all kinds of nasty little things that he'd want to know. Or maybe, just maybe he had a pair and would do the honorable thing. He'd take Giovanni's place. Though he doubted that, he expected him to be nothing more than a sniveling coward.
There were more people on his list though since Giovanni's death had been stolen from him. The Bulwark was a big member on it, but some more than others. And lo and behold one of the big people on his list showing up just for him. One of the people that had gotten in his way of getting to Giovanni. As Nemesis made her way to the stage Gilgamesh moved to intercept and block her advance. He'd let the mayor get away if it meant taking her out instead. This was far more personal.
"After you."
Supporting with a preference for Big Martin as a team member. Gilgamesh has a few scores to settle.

How had humanity conquered the planet? Coordination. Civilization, and all the wonders that had sprung from it, could never existed had people not banded together and used their combined numbers and talents to shape their own future. For the species to survive and thrive, cooperation between them had to be both challenged and nurtured. Challenged, to make sure that the masses remained adaptable and responsive to potential disasters. Nurtured, so that the precious coordination that held them together did not fall apart entirely.
In a way, this plan would do both. Pandaemonium's actions would spread danger and fear, but also weaken or eliminate a source of it. A strange course of action, but Big Martin didn't need to think much about it. When things got rolling, it was usually best to just do.
His instincts were telling him he wanted change. That, and further association with Pandaemonium, which would net him more allies, and hopefully an opportunity to reorganize them somewhat. Both of which could be accomplished by helping Pandaemonium succeed here. He didn't doubt they could pull it off without him, but his presence all but guaranteed it. Everyone knew by now what happened to people who tried to fight Big Martin.
He had the strongest power of all on his side: coordination.
Advance.
From all around the city hall, cats came swarming. Thousands and thousands of them- moving in unison, surrounding the entire building. Nobody was getting in or out until Pandaemonium had done what they needed to do. That, and if things went sour inside, Big Martin would not hesitate to intervene with overwhelming force.
Supporting: major, well-publicized attacks are his forte! Preferred teammate: Gilgamesh.

This entire setup was ridiculous. People were prattling away, trying to make themselves feel better, to rest easier at night. They didn't want the truth any more than the next person. Both sides were so determined that they were right that they proved their opponents to be correct, instead. It was was as effective as a fish trying to survive without water, and just as messy.
Sure enough, the ruckus ensued and brought chaos with it. Smoke and lights filled the air as electronics gave way to a stronger power, the colors of the world filled the air around them. So did an army of cats, which normally would have been a sight to behold if they weren't in the way. A creature she'd never seen before had also entered the fray, and while she was still trying to decide what to call the beast man, two familiar faces came into sight. One was the person she'd worked with the night she'd taken Giovonni's life with her own hand, and the other...
Oh, this was going to be fun.
While electronics crackled and screamed, as likely did the people around them, Valkyrie approached the area at a casual stroll like the area wasn't going to be a rush of bodies and screams. She knew exactly who she intended to go after, and if others got in her way? Well, she'd deal with them as she saw fit.
“So this is what they call mindless entertainment.”
Opposing: She doesn't care what crap dribbles out of the mayor's mouth of who agrees with it. She does, however, need to see how badly someone really wants this.

When Gluttonyheard that the mayor was going to give a speech, he knew exactly what would happen. The mayor was quite vocal about his anti-super views, after all. At least one super would make an attempt to do something. It was all but guaranteed. That was why he was waiting nearby, listening for the chaos to erupt. And he was anything but disappointed. At least two supers he had encountered before were there; the girl with the shimmering aura, and the horde of cats that were far too organized to be natural. Both were powerful, and both were working together again. That alone was enough to make the masked super consider aiding them, whatever they decided to do, but he was lucky enough that their interests were the same as his. He smiled maliciously as he stepped out into view.
The opposition, clearly Bulwarks trying to "protect the innocent", seemed laughable at best. Perhaps there was another reason for helping his earlier enemies, Gluttony mused. It was in his best interest to gauge exactly what the "heroes" of the city could do.

Limen crouched atop one of the neighbouring official buildings, looking and feeling very much like a gargoyle. When she’d caught wind of what was going down at this little anti-super speech (which wasn’t all that impressive, honestly; she’d written better), she had come with the mind to mostly sit back and watch the show. Chances of other supers showing up were high, but she figured Giza and Aurora and whoever else would probably be able to handle them. Plus she wanted to watch for any police snipers to see if she couldn’t steal herself a fancy new military-grade weapon.
But then Gil and then Val showed up, along with at least three other supers, and this was turning into quite the show. The hard question was, who was she going to target?
A thin smile came to her lips. She still had a vendetta with Aurora and Giza since the capture the flag match, and she hadn’t had a chance to show Gil just how good she was with a bow. Would her faction mates appreciate her turning against them? Probably not, but most people didn’t appreciate her sudden paint bombs, or aggroing of the police, or message arrow shooting. People just had to expect this of her.
Besides, she wanted to show off what she was capable of. Had to do that every once in awhile.
Limen pulled her bow over her shoulder and decided who was going to face the wrath of the Limen Gargoyle.

After slaughtering most of the police with its allies, Osiris had grown something of a taste for destruction. This wasn't to say that it hadn't been violent before, but rarely had it previously met with such success for the amount of violence it had brought to this city.
As such, it believed that assaulting the mayor would provide it with even more.
With the eruption of activity, Osiris would simply enter from the side, going mostly unnoticed due to whatever security most likely heading for the much more vocal and visible threats that had shown up. It was fine with flying under the radar, as it would give Osiris a better chance at dealing another blow to the security of the city and those that would seek to challenge it.
Supporting: Weakening the city's security will give Osiris more freedom to go about its business unhindered.

She kept her head down, her hood up. She had come to this speech hoping that the mayor would support supers. After all, they defeated the dragon to protect the city. Shouldn't that count for something? But as the speech droned on it became apparent that it wasn't happening. She clenched her fists as her blood boiled hotter and hotter. Every word coming from that detestable man was vile. Trying not to make a scene, she turned to go. And then she heard Giza speak out. She lifted her head, an aurora covering the sky. Pandaemonium was here? Cats swarmed the podium. The cat master from the zoo?
Her eyes darted around as reason attempted to get her to defend the people. However the recent bile spewed by the mayor filled her mind. Those ungrateful mundies. They risk life and limb to protect them and they wish to wipe them off the face of the earth. She faded from view, causing a few civilians to scream. No. She was not saving any civilians today. Today she was getting justice, no matter who stood in her way.

Bloody flipping morons, all of them, why did he have to do this. Currently he was above the crowd in a cube of light that was showing the empty sky, a simple trick that him relax as he planned. Though the relaxing plan was a bit of a stretch as he heard the speech go on and on. Supers are cancer, they should be removed...THEY BRING NOTHING BUT TROUBLE! YOU WANT TROUBLE DUMBASS WE'LL BRING YOU SOME GOD DAMN TROUBLE! With a wave of his hand the cube's five sides, except the floor, flew away and showed images of the dragon they had fought. They deserved this scare all of them.
"HELLO HELLO HELLO! YOU MAY HAVE HEARD MY VOICE OVER THE RADIO A LITTLE WHILE AGO!!! YOU'RE IDIOTS IF YOU BELIEVE A BLOODY SINGLE WORD OF WHAT THIS LYING DECEITFUL BASTARD PREACHES!!! WE FACE PRACTICALLY AN EMBODIMENT OF DEATH FOR YOUR ASSES AND THIS IS HOW WE'RE REPAID!? THE HELL ARE YOU ALL!? STUPID!"
Giza and Aurora were thankful support and knowing his friend groups, he might get more assistance and have to fight some of them...it was gonna be awkward but like hell he was letting his beliefs be trampled on like this.

No. No, this isn't right. This isn't how supers are going to get people to respect them. All the work so far that RPG had done to become a hero that everyone could count on was going to be wasted. Granted, he isn't strong. Even if he gets a strong power, he usually wouldn't be able control it. But no matter what, he strives to become a hero worthy of this city. At first, it was just a discarded dream after learning that people with powers are hated. But people suffering definitely urged him to dig through the trash for that same dream. His dream was realized through his power.
Okay, be cool. Strutting into the middle of the battlefield, RPG makes his presence known. His costume was so plain and strange that it stood out just enough to be noticeable. "A hero I admire once told me that a warrior's greatest weapon is patience. Guess some people just don't have enough of it." Aw yeah, now that was cool. Now, it's time to get serious.
RPG closes his eyes and activates his power.

Well, at least the situation on the crowd isn’t as bad as he thought it would be; despite Sanduleak’s effort on terrorizing the crowd, the other supers managed to defend them. Though Giza doesn’t want the crowd to get hurt; yes they’re annoying, but they need to learn their place, not getting killed. At the very least, Miss Aurora managed to get the mayor from escaping the place, and the Bulwark is taken care-of. With that, Giza contacted Aurora through his ear-piece communicator:
“Miss Aurora, the situation is handled over here; would you kindly bring the mayor back? This lecture is about to start, and I would like your help in dealing with the situation right now.”
He then carefully walked toward the microphone, which had now been frozen by his power. With a snap of his finger, all the ice started to melt away; the microphone is broken beyond repair, but he doesn’t really need it much. He cleared his throat before let out a booming voice that echoed through the area:
“Ladies and gentlemen, and my fellow supers, the main event is about to start. Please will you all kindly returned back to your seat so that our lecture can begin. As for those who were against my action before, please stick around…”
He then stretched out both his arms out into the audience, and ice wall started to surround the area, enclosing the unpowered and supers in the vicinity. The ice wall form into a large circle with his initial forming right below it, it then started to let out a red glow,
“You might learn something new for a change. Miss Aurora is on her way here, and we would like your complete undivided attention. And be careful, the last time I made those ice column, they explode, so don’t do anything that you might regret.” --
Taking option 3, and picking both special effect.
