One could only defeat so many people before they started banding together, desperate for a way to resist a seemingly unstoppable force. Any successful conqueror knew of this, and planned around it, by either nurturing discord in their enemies or simply overwhelming them altogether. Supers had already been coming after Big Martin for the challenge of defeating him or the removal of the thread he posed, and so far he'd been quite successful in fending them off, mostly using the latter tactic. In fact, he'd quite enjoyed the challenge. He knew, however, that eventually there would come a point when they started fighting dirty. The fun and games couldn't go on forever, not with a city at stake. Someone would go after his civilian identity, or his cats, something that the sheer combat utility of his armies couldn't win against, at least not directly. When they did, they would find that Big Martin was a great deal more ruthless and cunning than he usually let on. Perhaps he preferred to commit silly crimes and have almost playful battles with other supers, but the moment an enemy dared threaten something dear to him, he would show them no mercy, nor any hint of honor. HaLOS must have been truly deluded to think that Big Martin would simply let his cats be slaughtered. He had eyes everywhere, feline patrols looking out for any sign of danger, and he could see everything they saw, hear everything they head. The massive truck was spotted well before it even got near the suburbs, along with the approach of two notable enemy supers. One did not simply approach Big Martin's home turf without being noticed, and three at once was obviously too many to be a coincidence. The evacuation began immediately. No doubt HaLOS would find and crush every dear family pet in the area, a loss Big Martin regretted. However, that loss would not trouble him greatly. His enemies had misjudged his powers: while Big Martin certainly could take control of existing pets, he did not need to. Why bother robbing families of their dear furry friends, when his power gave him an unlimited supply of such soldiers? Thinning the local cat population wouldn't reduce his strength in the slightest. His veteran feline fighters, on the other hand, were valuable to him, and he had no intention of wasting them against an enemy he had no need to oppose, and enemy deliberately trying to kill many of them. Swiftly and silently, evacuating with perfect calm and coordination well before the hunters could arrive, the cat swarm swept through the streets, a river of every shape and color of cat moving with eerie purpose towards the edge of the city and Evergreen Hollow. There, they would be safe, able to regroup and train and emerge to strike back at the enemy when the time came. In the meantime, Martin had called in a favor to slow his opponents down, long enough to ensure that they could not stop him. A battle fled, but the hunters would soon find that they had lost the war. Scheme: Evacuate Big Martin's cat reserves to Evergreen Hollow, avoiding the current attack and making further assaults much more difficult.

Phenomenon had sat up one night, just a few after his failed assistance of Mass, and realized that he didn't have many good allies. So who could the masked man try to get in good with? Honestly, he'd not much thought of friends and only a bit towards real allies. There wasn't anyone he saw more apt for such a thing than Big Martin. It was quite simple; Big Martin liked things and wanted to do things, and they didn't really stray far from Phenomenon's own codes on such things. He also liked the idea of the super being one with a good mask. Cats were weird sometimes, but always useful. They happened to fall under the categories of his favorite animals. Though he didn't show much affection towards them as he waded towards their destination alongside and with them, he did like them and did just barely graze their minds to try and get what they wanted to do. Aside from the overpowering idea of just doing what Big Martin wanted, they were going to Evergreen Hollow. Phenomenon went with them, and didn't think much of their thoughts for a while. He just moved with them, making sure they would get there fairly safe. It was good for him, a little bit of something he liked. View was decent too, nice scenery.
This made it all the more startling when he felt something he didn't thing he'd sense in the cats. Alarm. A brief ways away, it seemed someone had bothered one of them somehow and it was quickly spread throughout the stream. The clouds had appeared as well, and that seemed like it was about to be another very heavy bother. Why did it always have to be rain? He hated it. It was awful, wet and heavy stuff that just made things hard. But this man needed dealt with too, and the frustration would likely be tossed his way. Phenomenon started approaching him. The cats didn't like rain either, and the idea of walking through a horde of upset cats was slightly bothersome he proceeded. This was a new super, and that was another uncomfortable idea, but it was to be done. As he approached, Phenomenon noticed that the guy was holding a cat. He just stood and cocked his head slightly at the peculiar man, waiting for the situation to evolve.

Now Fleet was a lot of things, but there was one thing he wasn't, an animal murderer, especially cute doggies or kitties! The scent of blood was unmistakable, he had almost got excited before he saw what they were killing, little kitties! Now that was mean.
No way he could have joined that, why the heck would you take out a bunch of kitties when you could just kill their dumb leader? So he decided to do just that.
The stream of cats was noticed instantly, but it wouldn't be the biggest event today...no, that would be the heavy clouds rolling in on a supposingly sunny day. Fleet walked amoung the cats, just looking like a man who really loved cats, cooing and patting any furry body around him. Until he grasped one cat, holding it tight, "Awwww, look at you...Big Martin's cats, aren't you?" He said as if it was common knowledge, but what came next would declare war, "I'm not gonna hurt you cuties...but I'm going to hurt Big Martin...could you be a good cat and tell me where he is?"
Opposing: Doing the impossible: defeating Big Martin!

Poppet has always being a cat person; she had a dream of owning a black cat that she would call Midnight. They’re just look so adorable with those soft black furs and the cute sound they made each time they purr. So when she was out on the street doing her personal errand, she heard some people around her talked about a “cat migration” or something like that. According to what they’re talking about, a huge number of cats are seen to congregate as they all march in one direction, as if following a pattern. She can only guess this is the work of that cat-hoarder that she only has a glimpse a while back.
But why would he decide to move his cats away? Are they planning on something big? Are they getting too big of a number so they decided to go find a new home? Being completely oblivious about the situation happening over at the north side of Suburb, Poppet decided to went over to see what all the fusses about. As soon as she got a space all to herself, Jessica started to float above her head:
“Why do you think that cat-loving weirdo decided to command his minions to amass away from the city?” it asked.
“I-I’m not sure, Jess; maybe he has his cats going on a vacation.”
“Well knowing the guy, I doubt he will just tell us his reason.”
“Y-You think they'll be leaving the city forever?”
“Good, if that’s the case, we can finally get a breather from that guy and his dumb cats.”
“But I love cats. I don't want them to leave.”
“Newsflash: he tried to attack you back in the ice cream factory, remember?”
“S-Still, we don’t want all of the cats in the city to leave, do we?”
After some moment of walking, Poppet noticed a little tabby kitten right before her. The kitten just looked at her with its almost-unblinking glare. The looks on the cat’s face make her feel slightly uneasy, like she just walked into quicksand.
“U-Um, h-hello.” She said to the cat; even if this one isn’t one of Big Martin’s cat, she doesn’t want to be rude. Deep down she wanted to reach out and gave the kitten a hug; but considering the chance of it might be Big Martin’s cat, she feel unease about the fact that it can claw her face if she does.
“Hey cat,” Jessica flew a little closer to the kitten, but maintain her distance, “can you bring us to your commander? We have some question for him, and maybe some ass-kicking later.”
And…there goes her chance to talk this out peacefully.
Opposing: because if all cats in the city is gone, who can she give a hug to other than her doll?

This was certainly a good opportunity to make the big name cat guy an ally, as there seemed to be some disturbance aside from the man who had appeared. A girl. Phenomenon was a super villain, but did not very much care for the idea of attacking a little girl. Although, upon a second observance, their was a floating puppet with the girl. This one was going to be excused from that idea, but not entirely removed; she was on the fragile but unimportant part of this task. The man was still a fairly imposing part, given that it was a known fact that he was the cause of the blasted water in the sky. Maybe it would be wise to start carrying an umbrella around, if only to prevent this single occurrence from putting a damper on his fun. How could he make the moist of his time? The weather showed no signs of sopping. There was probably only a Fleet-ing moment of clarity left. Puns aside, there was a strong hatred for this particular weather building up in him. His head straightened and Phenomenon braced one leg forward, as though in preparation for the weather to get much worse. The guy wasn't pleasant, and he had already been doing his homework on this particular adversary. Luckily, this was the time for it to be pulling through. The guy was called Fleet, and that big front moving toward them would likely be his weapon.

Goodness gracious! It appeared that one couldn't so much as stretch one's superpowered muscles in Emerald City these days without attracting a gaggle of potential rivals, eager to obstruct. Big Martin had barely ditched the last lot before finding his swarm being tailed by one, two, three more supers, none of whom he knew well enough to count on as allies. It was possible, he supposed, that not all of them had come solely to fuck with him, but he wasn't about to leave things to chance.
The cat Fleet was holding vanished into thin air- one moment it existed, solid and alive and wriggling, the next there was no sign of it, as if the creature had been nothing but an illusion in the first place. At the same time, before the Rein agent could recover from the shock of witnessing a part of Big Martin's power he rarely exhibited in the open, the horde of cats bolted as one, racing ahead towards the woods in a series of bestial bounds, the combined force of their paws striking the ground producing vibrations that rippled outwards for hundreds of meters. Rather than being a panicked flight, however, their movement remained perfectly in sync, making it clear that they weren't fleeing out of fear, but because they'd been ordered to. Anyone going after the cats would need to move very quickly to catch up, or be left behind while Big Martin's army made for the woods!

Fleet startled as the cat vanished, crushing his hands together to assure himself he was gone...clever cats...
A sigh escaped his lips as he stretched out, looks like this wasn't going to be easy...hopefully it'd at least be fun! A smile twisted his face as the sky opened and started to pour.
Hope the cats like to play!

Poppet was really surprise when the cat before her started to run away; perhaps Jessica’s word might have frightened it. She looked up at her doll with a disapproving look before notice another Keeper appeared before her. Base on the mask that he has on his face, she could sort of guess who it was. She barely has any information about Phenonemon: they haven’t talked or even accidentally bumped into each other at the Sanctum, so it was rather surprising to see him here for some reason.
“Hey, Phenon,” Jessica called out to him, “any idea on what the heck is happening to the cats in the city? Because it looks like they’re fleeing out of town for some reason.”
Before Poppet could say anything, she noticed a familiar face out there with him; it’s the guy with a knife who can control the weather. This is the third time this guy showed up everywhere she goes, that can’t be just a mere coincidence. It’s a bit unnerving to see the guy again, but at least his attention is on Phenomenon right now:
“Never mind, we’ll talk about it later,” Jessica said to him before they run after the cat. Wherever the cat-hoarder is commanding them to go to, it can either be a good thing, or a very bad thing. There’s only one way to find out, and Poppet really doesn’t like that idea at all.

This situation was about to go down in a very bad way for the masked man, and Phenomenon wanted none of it. Although he did have something of an idea. It was more designed to get him out of a situation and showcase what he could do. The cats were quite the object to be in his way, though, and he wanted to get himself some oxygen because, well, he needed it. Because cats were nice little beasties, he didn't want to step on them. He began sprinting towards a nearby hardware store, expecting that the cats would stay out from under him. Upon reaching the door, he would shoulder charge it open but not down and sprint in. It was a fairly large store, and hopefully Fleet couldn't take all the oxygen out of the whole store. Phenomenon hid in between aisles, keeping out of his adversary's sight. There was a plan to be enacted here, it would just take a bit of trap-setting. Occasionally, tools and little supplies were to be seen making their way about the aisles. The super himself didn't reappear, still having ducked and dipped to be out of their fields of view.

The amount of cats got trapped inside Poppet’s web of sticky strings is slowly increasing as more of them turned around when they started to regroup. This huge number does make her feel quite overwhelm slightly, since there’s so many cats all around her. This make her feel slightly nervous, since she doesn’t know what Big Martin would order these cats to do. She doubted he’s happy about having a number of his cats being strung around like flies stuck in a huge spider web.
“P-Please, just tell me where your boss is; we just want to ask him a question.”
“I don’t think they’ll give you any answer,” Jessica said to her.
Poppet looked at the other cat near her; it wiggled around in the sticky web, trying to break through its bind. She felt slightly uncomfortable seeing a helpless creature struggling like that.
“T-Then what are we suppose to do?”

Fleet clasped his hands over his mouth and tumbled off the wall, coughing and closing his eyes against the sensations, "Stop it!" He spat, climbing to his feet.
The rain somehow got more chaotic.

Fleet looked over just in time to see a great variety of tools, really, he had to admire the sheer amount, flying right toward him. He let out a strangled gasp as quite a few opened up his skin, spraying his blood to dissolve in the rain.
Immediately after his breath, he chocked, clutching at his chest as his lungs found no oxygen. As much as he wanted to keep it going, he released the absence of oxygen, sucking in gratefully while turning a glare toward where the blast had come from, "Hey! Meanie!" He screamed shrilly, aggravating his wounds as he pointed accusatorily toward where Phenomenon likely was, "That's cheating! You can't just hit me like that!" As he ranted, the sky noticeably darkened, and his fingers moved as if manipulating some invisible computer.
He was aware of the cats moving in a way to avoid his power, but he barely paid it any attention. Any cat that got too far was blown back, and any attacking feline was quickly startled by a rumble of thunder. The storm somehow got more dangerous.
