Appearance: Reagan is a short man at 5;3 inches, he is very small in frame with short sized limbs and a small torso. His eyes are yellow and his hair is blonde, he almost always wears street clothes that hide his wealth.
Skills: Reagan is an excellent talker, able to talk people into giving him almost anything.
Reagan is very, very good with money. Stashing away vast amounts and only spending little bits of said wealth on himself. That's not to say he doesn't spend insane amounts, he just has so much that he can't seem to make a dent in it.
Reagan also seems to be quite at fighting with his fists, having been a boxer in school when he was younger.
Personality: Reagan is a very spoiled person. Oh sure, he'll put on a persona of a composed well intentioned businessman, but inside and in private, Reagan needs to have nothing short of everything. He's not afraid to do anything it takes to get to his goal either. If someone tells him that he can't have something, he will eliminate everything keeping him from his goal. Stopping just short of illegal actions. Although some would argue he hires goons to do his dirty work for him, there has never been enough evidence of this to convict him of any wrongdoing. As far as the law is concerned, Reagan is an innocent businessman. Though he is still a prick. Reagan only cares about 2 things, things and himself. Everything else is secondary. Although he does like women. Women are some of his favorite things to collect, as any of his previous girlfriends will attest. Reagan is also a massive hoarder, though you wouldn't know it stepping into his main home. Reagan keeps his hoard hidden from public eye in multiple safe deposit boxes, safes, and other homes stationed around the US. He keeps the front of wealthy businessman up until someone irritates his temper that hides so shallowly behind his avaricious eyes. One can only hope to never insight such a tantrum. When confronted with a problem, Reagan would prefer to throw money at it until it goes away. But if that doesn't work, then he'll attempt to handle it himself. However, Reagan is a bit of a coward and will always hide behind people and things until he's sure he can handle it. Reagan loves life in all of it's glory, and will thusly take part in everything he can without giving anything back to the community. He also hates being underestimated due to his young appearance and short stature.
