Fleet yelped as his arms screamed in pain, opening up tender scraps and cuts. He threw himself down as gunfire rattled around him, crawling on his hands and knees until he managed to gain an opening to stand.
The weather was still, but still he moved...something was coming.

What little semblance of professionalism he had went out the window as soon as the random objects made contact. He pointed and laughed as though Fleet was actually a clown being hilarious. Tricky's attention quickly dropped, and switched to the bullets pinging off him harmlessly, and from there the owner of the gun. "You make me laugh, sad clown." There was no laughter, though, and Tricky instead just began walking toward the injured man. It was unusual for him to be so quiet, the only noise coming from him being light sound of the icy blade scraping along the ground. His hands started to emit a light blue glow, as they had before he started launching his projectiles.

Toko did not come here to deal with that child of a weather manipulator, he reminded him too much of kaz's worst qualities. The panda at the very least had some interesting abilities, perhaps he could make use of them at another time. But now wasn't the time to think about research when he was dragged into a battle. He didn't come particularly armed to the teeth and the fact that the enemy was Rein meant they would have some chance of being coordinated, unlike his ragtag bunch.
"Just stay calm, assess, then kill."
With the mumbled mantra, Toko went behind a car and pulled out a loaded beretta 9mm from his suit case.
"This should do the trick."

The attacked from Hope and the annoyance of Shepherd’s security interference was quite enough for HaLOS’ small scouting drone to have such a hard time to gather intelligent. The interference from Shepherd was so minor, however, so HaLOS is still having full control of the drone to fly it higher than before, away from the affected area to get a better signal and vantage point. Hope’s baton is the reason why HaLOS lose a slight control of the drone; it strike right into a small antenna that giving the signal to the drone, but the damage is quite easy to fix.
“Attention Hope,” HaLOS hacked into the opposition’s communication radio and start talking to Hope, “I would like you to kindly step away from the vehicle immediately.”
The annoyance of the strong wind surrounding its vehicle right now has trapped it where it is at the moment. The gun shot might have also damage something important as well; HaLOS need to run a diagnostic in order to see which system is damaged in order to plan around the situation.
"Toko," HaLOs communicated to its fellow Keeper, "I would need you to provide more distraction in order to drawn the annoying pests away."

Hope shivered as HaLOS's voice bellowed out an order to him, having already fired at one of his assisting members. Noticing that the battle was already more than over by the time he'd fired, and Tricky was out of the line of fire, he sighed. Ensuring his power was still activated, he shuffled out of the scene, walking off, disappointed.
Upon reaching a block or two distance from the scene of the minor battle, Hope turned off his power, speaking into his radio. "Well that was a goddamn shitshow. Hope out. I'm going to get some pizza...". Hope was evidently disappointed in at least one of the moves his teammates had made; he wasn't the most powerful individual himself, but at least he'd used what he was good at to help the team. He was not happy.

The enemies he had encountered didn't put up nearly enough of a struggle to satisfy Tricky's lust for a good fight. They hardly stood a chance against Tricky alone, not even mentioning his allies for this fight. Alas, it didn't seem like the attack was going to yield the results he wanted but it would allow for plentiful destruction. Murder was still to be somewhat avoided, but wanton mayhem was still to be had. His attacks were now focused on the entirety of the scene, a new arsenal produced to attack whoever was there. That is not to say that he was going to break absolutely everything, but still loot. There was gear to be taken, maybe a decent shred of information, and similar resources that could be taken advantage of if not annihilated.

With the interlopers completely being dealt with, HaLOS can finally control its drone to get inside the white tent. Scanning the area for anything it can use, from the simple monitor to a high-tech relay, HaLOS take note on all of them before the vehicle let out more of those drones to collect them. Since it doesn't need any medical items like bandages, it will leave those items alone for the rescuer to continue with their rescue mission. Everything that the drones can carry will then return back to the bigger vehicle to be strip and putting in good use.
"Primary mission complete, returning to base now."
With this amount of materials, it can continue its work on upgrading everything it have. It still isn't enough yet, but at least some progress is made. It's only a matter of time.
