Appearance: Probably the best way to describe Ridley would be... a kicked puppy, he slumps so low that his already small size looks even smaller. His bones are visible because he possesses little to no muscle. His black hair is an absolute mess, long enough to be tied up and looking as if he hadn't brushed it in months, a very real possibility. His eye color is a bright blue that contrasts the black bags under his eyes.
He is constantly moving, whether it's clasping his hands, pacing around a room, or even just swaying in place. He will start trembling if he's ever forced to stay still, as if it's physically painful.
His clothing is any combination of easy to grab clothing, he'll wear the worst clothes for a type of weather, then say it was because he "couldn't find anything". The only consistent part of his appearance is the thick gloves he wears regardless on how it is outside. For good reason though, his hands are covered in scars, all in the same shape as his nails. The same scars can be found on his neck and arms, but is a lot less visible, and the worst part of all this, they are all self-inflicted.

Personality: Ridley is no doubt a damaged man. He's frightened by the smallest things and never has a good way to deal with it. He prefers to let somebody else guide him or even tell him what to do rather than figuring it out himself.
If he is told to do something by a total stranger, he will likely do it, making for a very gullible person.
He has a great respect for authority figures, but never seems to know exactly what they're doing. Naturally, he only shows a blatant dislike for someone if they dare ignore an "order".
He can show a friendly side to others but almost everyone agrees that they preferred him a jittery wreck, as he never seems to know when to shut up.
Nothing seems like a tall order to this man, he'll do anything as long as you call him "useful".
Right and wrong seem to war constantly in his mind, he will continue to do something horrible if told to while agonizing over the fact that it's wrong but that it has to be right.
