“There weren’t actually any crashes. Nothing big, anyway.” Blue Jay replied. He’d checked the news and scoured the internet for all the information he could on it the night following. Reports were spotty at best, but there hadn’t been any reported casualties and few injuries. He was glad for this, it means he’d been successful, but he still wondered if it’d even been necessary to intervene. He wanted to tell himself that he had indeed prevented crashes with his actions, but, he couldn’t be sure. Maybe he could’ve just sat the whole stupid thing out and it wouldn’t have changed anything. Except then he wouldn’t have attacked his allies.
At least, if his words wouldn’t have reached them, he ultimately probably would’ve ended up resolving to force anyway. He still should’ve tried though, even if he would’ve been wasting his breath. It was one of many things he should’ve done differently.
Still, it felt nice just to get that out. He wasn’t past this whole mess, but he felt like a weight had been lifted.
Speaking of things that still needed to be taken care of, they brought up one of the big ones. “Unhallow?” He asked. He thought about that. “I’m not sure. You didn’t kill them, I know that much, but I left pretty quickly after you did. I don’t know how they’re doing right now.” But they had been badly hurt. He’d come after Lobisomem because he’d assumed the robot there would be able to help Unhallow, but… “I plan to find them later tonight. I’ll make sure they’re okay.” He promised.

Lobisomem finally let themselves lean back, at least they weren't a murderer, of a human at least. They didn't react when Blue Jay mentioned going to see Unhallow, he could do whatever he wanted, as long as it wasn't too stupid. "Careful." They growled, pointing to their face which had thankfully gone numb.
They suddenly started pushing against the wall, fangs gnashing as their wound screamed in retaliation, forcing themselves into a semi-standing position. Home, they had to get home. If they weren't home by the time the sun came up, well, they weren't ever going to be able to leave the house again.
Still, one last thing. They extended a hand to Blue Jay, "Lobisomem...I'm Lobisomem..." They considered it a creative name, of a monster that formed when you turned 13, it could have described every super ever. They hoped Blue Jay would keep the name safe, he was genuinely the first person they had dared name themselves to, they just hoped they had trusted the right person.

Blue Jay nodded. “I’ll be careful.” He said. He wasn’t sure what to expect, but he would be cautious.
He raised quickly as they did, taking a step back and worrying something else was wrong. Instead, they held out their hand and gave him a name.
“Lobisomem.” He repeated, taking their hand. He rolled the name a couple more times through his mind - Blue Jay rarely forgot names, but he would be certain to remember this one. He was glad to be given it.
Letting their hand drop, he made to go, but paused mid-turn. There was one other thing. “If you ever need me,” he spoke aloud an address; a boarding house out on the edge of the suburbs. “You can find me there.”
He knew it was a risk giving the location of his home out. It not only narrowed down who he was, but it said exactly where to find him. But, unlike him, Lobisomem couldn’t just go to the HQ if they needed the aid of allies. Few unpowereds were willing to help supers, and sometimes people just got in over their head. Like tonight. So, he was trusting them with his home and that they wouldn't reveal it to others.
With that, Blue Jay paced slowly back to where he’d dropped the motorcycle. Hefting it back up onto its wheels, he stepped on and turned the ignition. He wondered if he really should leave. They were still hurt, but there were other things he had to take care of tonight. It was time for him to go.
The smile under his mask was thankful as he gave them one last wave. He turned the bike around and drove off into the night.

Lobisomem smiled as Blue Jay took their hand, changing to a grimace as they realized both hands were bloody. Ah, well, it was the thought that counted!
Their eyes widened as Blue Jay started speaking an address, his address, to be specific. They frantically shook their head, No, no! Don't tell me! But, regardless whether they wanted to hear it or not, they received Blue Jay's address.
They watched and waited until Blue Jay had hopped on his bike before shifting, whimpering as they felt the bullet move through their changing body.
The walk home was agonizing, each breath and leap sent the urge to lay down and scream through the their brain. Police officers surged through the city, forcing them to take long and forgotten paths and alleys. The loom of their house was almost unbelievable, so much they nearly ignored the pain of shifting back to humans.
The crawl through their window was long and ended with them flat on their back, thanking God nobody woke up. The switch to pajamas was a small miracle, ending with their bloodied clothing thrown into the dark ends of the closet. Finally, they slumped into bed, aware their sheets were taking the leaking blood from their wounds. They ignored it, wanting nothing more than to dissappear into sleep and just forget this night's events.
I'll explain in the morning, I always do...
