Siren strolled onto the production lot with ease. Of course mundies would definitely say sneaking anywhere was easy if you could be invisible. She looked at the production houses, reading the letter boldly painted on the sides. Finding the correct number she ran towards it, making some poor, caffeine-addled PA look around for the source of the sudden breeze. Finding none the PA looked at their coffee concoction and tossed it away in disgust. Slipping in through the large doors, the hooded woman looked around. It didn't seem like they had started. Good. It was easier to find a hiding place when there were less people.
Climbing onto an abandoned catwalk, Siren situated herself. She had heard a few weeks ago that there was going to be a superhero film produced here. Wanting a sneak peek, Siren took it upon herself to be an unpaid and possibly unwanted quality assurer. Slowly the set filled with actors, stunt doubles, camera men and the like. It seemed they were going to do a few of the fight scenes first. Settling in, she watched as the film unfolded.
It was only a few minutes before the woman was struggling to hold in her laughter. These "supers" were absolutely awful! From the flimsy stances that wouldn't hold up in battle to the cheesy one liners that were overly cringe worthy. Not to mention the absolutely ridiculous poses! It was like a bad high school stage play! After one particularly bad move, she couldn't hold it anymore. She let out a loud laugh that echoed throughout the building. The entire production froze. People were looking around for the source of the laughter. The director was yelling incoherently about professionalism. Siren herself became dead silent and just sat still. After ten minutes things got moving again. The pinkette let go of a breath she was holding in. She had to be careful. Someone could have found her…

"Atrocious." The word is little more than a murmur as Justina watched over the setup of a fight scene. Coffee cup in hand, she absently swirled the murky liquid in a cup, already halfway to tossing it out. For all office coffee pots may have bad reputations, this one felt like it was brewed from a dragon's stomach. She made a face but remained quiet as one of the bit players shushed her, frowning and straightening as other actors joined the stage.
Technically, she wasn't supposed to be here. She was supposed to be off in a studio, recording a couple of pieces for the film. It was beyond her typical gigs and shows, but there was no reason she couldn't offer a bolster to some action scene.
Looking at this, however, made her doubt that. Bolster seemed less an appropriate word than "salvage from the dregs of creativity." It was almost physically painful to watch.
The laugh that erupted throughout the studio was almost a mercy a questioning glances were cast about. For her part, Justinia just shrugged when glances were sent her way, looking around herself as the set got back to business.
"No kidding," she muttered. If you didn't laugh, you'd cringe. And maybe rethink agreeing to this.

It only took another three minutes before Siren got antsy. The invisible super softly stood up and climbed down from the catwalk. This seemed to be the perfact time to cause some havoc. Who knows, maybe the events of today will become a new studio ghost story. Smiling to herself, she quietly walked to stand in the empty spot behind the director. The man was staring intently at the camera in front of him, ignorant of all else around him. Being careful not to touch him she lifted the hat off his head and walked it over to place it on a camera across the set. To those who witnessed the event, it seemed as if the director's hat had just floated across the room.
She passed a young woman in dark clothes and saw the coffee in her hand. Smelling the rotten concotion from where she stood, Siren gently took the cup from her hand. Dear gods it even looked like sludge! Office coffee was the worst! She tossed it behind her, the cup spilling all over the set, causing one of the stunt doubles to slip and fall, instead of whatever ridiculous move they had planned for the movie. A few PA's giggled, only to be snapped at by the Director. Siren puffed out her cheeks angrily. How dear he yell at them for laughing when clearly he was directing a comedy! She'll show him!
The person was helped off the set and the coffee cleaned up. They brought in some of the actual actors to do the unnecessary verbal confrontation before the fight. Hmmm.... How to mess with this...

The black-helmeted villain cackled maniacally. "You cannot stop me, Justice Queen! My power is greater than any of your foolish Liberty Warriors- it is only fitting that one such as I rule this city!"
His words resounded across the battlefield- yet Justice Queen stood firm, a fire in her eyes as she stepped forwards, challenging his words and his power both. The fear she had felt against him previously was gone, for now she knew what it truly meant to be a hero, and with this knowledge in her heart, she would rid the city of him for good. "You think your abilities give you power? You're wrong, Death Knight. True power comes from the heart, and I see clearly now that you have none." Her arm lanced outwards, an accusing finger pointed straight at the villain's chest. "You have wronged the people of Emerald City, and for that, Justice shall see you pay!"
Death Knight sneered, meeting Justice Queen's eyes with his own, the air crackling with tension as their wills clashed. "So you choose to remain a fool. Very well! I will prove to you myself that my might is-" He stopped, his eyes glancing away for a moment. "Is... is... guys, did you see that just there?"
The murmur spread outwards, as the cast and crew began to notice the disappearance of the director's hat, even as a stunt double slipped and fell with a yelp. The actors were turning their heads, trying to figure out what was going on, moving out of their choreographed positions.
All but one.
Liliane was absolutely furious. What did they think they were doing? Of course things were going to go wrong on the set, that was practically a fact of life, but one did not break character over something so simple as a missing hat! They were getting paid for this, damn it! Astounded by the lack of professionalism on display, she made eye contact with the director, trying to convey with a look that she really, really just wanted to get on with this.
He seemed to get the message, and within moments, the actors were back in character and the cameras rolling again, as Death Knight's booming voice resounded across the battlefield once again. "I will prove to you myself that my might is superior!"
Liliane Joette- or rather, Justice Queen, the star of the show -folded her arms, accepting the challenge. "So be it. Liberty Warriors, to me!"

The strange happenings continued as the director's hat lifted off of his head, the motion pulling Justina's attention as she looked for some form of hook and wire or other form of trick from someone on the set. Yet there was nothing, just a floating hat. She blinked, watching as it landed on another camera with a ceremonious flop. Another glance around provided her with nothing, allowing the cup to apparently slip out of her hands and the disgusting sludge in her mug to go everywhere. She startled, looking at the spreading dark puddle with a quiet curse. Her fingers never failed her, and this was happening. Perhaps it was divine intervention, if you believed in such a thing, but then one of hte actors went spilling and the whole reason she was here to begin with was no more.
"Get something to mop it up with, already," she muttered under her breath as the other actors returned. Liberty Lee, or whatever her name was, was determined to go on, and that was fine. It got Justina out of there faster, but damn. At this point she could clear up the mess before the custodians would.
Finally, irritated, she grabs a towel off of the back of a spare chair, some commemorative thing for whatever, and used it to clean up the mess. What else was going to go wrong tonight?
At least the actress wasn't bitching at the others. Last thing they needed was a prima donna fit.

Siren stood back a moment and watched as everyone reset. So miss movie star wasn't going to get flustered or distracted that easily huh? She supposed that meant she'd have to try harder. How fun. She watched them recite their lines as the girl from earlier cleaned up the coffee that was spilt. Tilting her head she wondered why she wasn't telling someone else to do the dirty work. After all she was important here, right?
Shrugging she walked on set to sit behind the actor playing Death Knight. She waited until he said his line, the one threatening them with his might or whatever. Siren then proceeded to pull down his pants. There was a gasp that rang through the air before silence filled the room. The see through super laughed, the sound coming from directly behind the pants'd star. She stood up as the laughter died down. The director looked around for the culprit as Death Knight whipped his head around. Now standing in front of him, the hooded woman whispered into his ear.
"Perhaps a belt next time?"
Death Knight looked down and hastily pulling up his fallen trousers. Quiet curses were pouring from his mouth. Stepping back to press herself against the wall, her eyes trained on the leading lady. What would her reaction be this time?

It was an epic confrontation, a climactic fight. On-set, surrounded by cameras and crew, the scene did appear quite silly, as if a bunch of college kids had gotten drunk and decided to dress up and play at being heroes. With a touch of music, however, a few cuts, and a healthy dab of special effects, it would come to life on the screen. Inspiring, entertaining, fantastical. Liliane's mind did not life in the present, or in reality, but in the story that would one day be shown to audiences across the country. She threw herself into the role, her mind and her training working in concert, transforming her into something other than she was, something for all her audiences to believe in.
When her sworn enemy's pants fell down, she couldn't help but react with surprise. This was dissonance, an occurrence out of line with this story, this imagined world, irking her to no end. Her composure cracked at the fringes, panic and frustration clawing at the fragile web of falsehood that held her aloft.
This time, however, she bore with it. Disaster had already struck once, and she was on her guard, ready for more incompetent mishaps from her fellows. Liliane Joette wasn't going to become a star by letting herself get set back- the scene didn't stop until the director said to cut. One way or another, they'd make the most of this take.
Before anyone else could break character, she stepped forwards, her high, clear laugh picking up precisely where the previous one had left off. It had been a feminine laugh, and thus the noise fell within the actress's vocal range. Indeed, anyone watching afterwards might have sworn that it was Liliane who had laughed in the first place.
Justice Queen's eyes gleamed with mischief, as she gave Death Knight a knowing smile. Her lips parted, delivering the first line she could think of. "Perhaps you should have thought to wear a belt!"
His reaction was immediate: confusion, then terror. He stepped back, staring at her as if he'd seen a ghost. "Wh- wha- was it you? How?!" The mighty Death Knight, both shocked and embarrassed at being caught off guard by a power he hadn't anticipated. She'd never suspected this guy would be so good at improvisation, but it was a lucky break for her. The cameras were still rolling- perhaps they could even incorporate this into the script!
"Take a guess, villain. The power of Justice knows no limits!"

With the mess cleaned up, Justina tossed the towel off to the side with an irritated look. Between the mess being an eyesore in general as well as something they could pin on her, it was easier just to take a hit to her pride; watching this scene certainly was doing that and then some as it was. The thought alone darkened her expression, and she missed one of the stunt players getting a face full of wet sludge-soaked towel as it made a splat so foul it could make skin crawl. Then again, the coffee could do that on its own.
“Don't look at me.” She raised her brows at the stuntman, expecting him to have better coordination than that with his role, and the look she gave him was enough for him to go from blustering to silent and sullen. She had practice with that one.
She considered the scene again, wondering if there would be any more questionable predicaments as she thought on the music. Maybe she'd be alright with writing a generic piece, but Justina didn't do generic. If she wasn't going to put real effort into it, it wasn't worth making, even for something like this. Her lip curled at the silent admission, and the blonde turned towards the scene with renewed determination to find something worthwhile, only to find the Dark Knight or Death Knight or whatever losing control of his britches.
“You have got to be kidding me,” she muttered, rolling her eyes. Still, there was a small hint of a smirk on her lips with the words. She didn't know how it was happening, but this was definitely more than the crew intended. Good. They could use some improv work.
And good was definitely a word for it. The actress was skilled, letting her training work in her favor and bring the scene to life. If it was going to be dramatic and cheese, then she could clearly roll with it. Chuckling, the blonde pulled out a small notebook and pencil, jotting down the lines that caught her attention, measuring out rhythm as the villain was scolded and mocked. The two worked well together as a team.
“No limits – yet,” she murmured with a sly smile. Whatever was going on was amusing, and it would be interesting to see just what it would take for the actress to break character.

Siren had to press both hands over her mouth to prevent the laughter from escaping. Oh gods this was too perfect! Little Miss Movie Star used the same words she did! Now the Death Knight guy thought the starlet was the cause of his pantsing. Marvelous! Her eyes darted around the set. Hmmm what else could she do? A controller standing unprotected nearby caught her attention. Slinking passed the still rolling cameras to stand behind the controls. A sticker slapped on the top of the console read 'Special effects'. A few unexpected explosions should liven the party up.
Death Knight gritted his teeth as he glared at his coworker. He was not going to be made a fool of on set. Especially by some foreign woman who looked like she belonged in adult films. Squaring his shoulders he dramatically thrust his arm up, pointing an angry finger toward Justice Queen.
"Your pathetic tricks are no match for me! Prepare to witness true power!"
The actor flung his raised arm to the side in disgust. Meanwhile Siren pressed a button on the console, her body positively thrumming with glee. An explosion went off in the middle of the 'supers'. Some of the other actors standing next to the starlet jumped away to avoid it. One of the camera men asked the director if they should cut only to be waved away. The old man liked what was going on apparently and wanted to see what else they could improvise.
Despite his eyes widening behind the biker-esque, Death Knight let out a triumphant laugh, even as Siren pressed more colorful buttons that released another round of explosions. Some of the actors cried out in terror. Hopping away from the console the 'studio ghost' walked to stand next to the dark clothed girl. Siren let her invisibility fall as she spoke.
"Perhaps next time they will be serious when they portray supers," she turned her head and smiled at the musician, "Enjoys the show!"
With that she faded away once more, positioning herself to observe the reactions her actions received.

One thing was now definitely clear: the script had gone out the window. Liliane could tell a fake explosion from a real one, and had known there were supposed to be special effects showing up at some point during the scene, but the timing was off. Had their improvisation run too long, and triggered a timed set-piece? Or had someone on the crew gotten a little overeager. Either way, it was quite the shock, causing some of the actors to scream and cower as the blasts lit up the set.
It was Liliane's character who allowed her to stand firm. Acting a part meant putting oneself in a certain mindset, and right now she was the heroine, the powerful super who would never back down in the face of injustice. She could not lose here, nor allow her allies to abandon their cause so easily.
As the other actors scurried and fled, she stepped forwards, bold and indomitable. What had she to fear? Out of character, the pyrotechnics were not nearly as dangerous as they appeared, and in character such meager destructive power could not harm her.
"To me, Liberty Warriors! Now is the time when the city needs us most- we cannot fail here! Star-spangled Man, Heroica, Shadow Ninja... you were rookies when we first met, but look how far we've come. Now is the time to finally prove yourselves! For peace and justice!"
If anything, the explosions had made things easier: now she could skip to the combat scene, and that was all choreographed. Liliane leaped forwards, putting her nimble legs to good use as she drew her bright pink prop katana and swung it at Death Knight in such a way that it would appear to barely miss. All the interruptions had made for a rocky bit of dialogue, but they'd pulled through, and the cameras were still rolling. It was time to break out the ham and cheese, and create a completely over-the-top fight scene that would make audiences forget any oddities in what came before!

The set was erupting into chaos, leaving her to chuckle under her breath as the main villain of the movie kept getting his feathers ruffled by the young woman leading her group of fellow 'heroes,' each name more ridiculous than the last. If any actual supers had names like that, they'd be laughed right out of the city. She turned her head in the direction of the sound effects station as the explosions occurred, almost wondering if someone was adding to the improv, but she was disappointed to see that the crew was still as baffled as they had been.
The ruckus continued on as a woman she'd not seen before came into view, all mischievous smiles and dazzling eyes as she talked about 'enjoying the show.' Her own lips quirked into a mischievous smile as she chuckled.
"You've certainly seen to that." Was it a bit of an assumption? Yes, but the woman seemed unperturbed by the setting and encouraged enjoying herself, as well as a lesson. Plus, you know, a mask and a hood. There were only so many guesses you could make with that.
Her shoulders shook as she suppressed her laughter at the names that came forth. Her hand rose to her mouth to further muffle the sound, but it was difficult.
"Somebody's studio is haunted," she chimed with a playful wink at one of the crew members. It seemed most of the excitement was over for now, maybe. That, or their spectral super was just making sure to cover her tracks.
"Maybe it's the spirit of a super from the past, come for revenge." At least the lead had her head in the games, it left a stronger impression on the musician than the blue-haired woman's name did.

Siren smiled at the dark clothed woman's response. It was always exciting to meet unpowereds who enjoyed her little tricks. A kindred spirit was hard to find. Turning her attention to the actors she bit the inside of her cheek. Actually this wasn't turning out too bad. If they could continue this way the movie might actually be salvageable. Now how were they going to continue this....
Death Knight's eyebrows shot up as the explosions rang through out the set. His body was rigid, giving off the appearance that his character had known that would happen. Under the helmet however he was flipping out. What the bloody hell was going on? Things were going insane on set and no one was blinking an eye! His eyes focused back on his costar, narrowing in anger. She had to be doing it. There was no other explanation. His fists clenched as he made his decision. Dodging her attack, he grabbed a comically large halberd that was "stuck" in the ground. Exaggerating enough to make it look good for camera, he yanked it from the ground. Using the momentum this gave him he aimed for her midsection. Only unlike Liliane he wanted it to hit and hit hard. A smirk crossed the actor's face. She would pay for insulting him, dearly.
The silent one however could tell that something wasn't right. Looking at the arc of the swing she could tell that he was trying to hurt his fellow actor. She ran towards the pair as her heels clacked against the concrete ground, a few camera men turning their heads to the noise. With moments to spare she was able to stand in the way of the swinging weapon, stopping it a good foot away from Justice Queen. Unfortunately the force of the hit was able to force her out of her invisibility with a loud grunt of pain. For a moment it seemed like the world froze. The director stood from his chair as some of the actors backed up. Death Knight stared at her in horror as his limbs refused to move. The apparition in front of him looked up, a pained smirk on her face.
"Is that all you got princess? You would think a death knight would pack more of a punch."
She grabbed the halberd from him and tossed it over the "buildings" behind her. Siren glanced at the blunette behind her and gave a quick two finger salute with her left hand as her right held her side. The moment the salute ended, she faded from view again. Her final words rang loud and clear.
"All yours Justice Queen. Kick his ass."
She quietly hobbled off stage and leaned against the back wall. Siren would stay here for a moment and catch her breath.

The so-called Justice Queen didn't need to be told twice. Having a strange woman suddenly appear on set was very weird indeed, but so much had happened already that Liliane was practically expecting it by now. With a courageous yell, she charged, making a dramatic leap towards Death Knight as her team rushed to catch up behind her.
She'd signed up for the role as an actress, but her extensive dance training qualified her for basic stunt work, and now she put it to good use. As soon as she came down near her costumed 'opponent,' she struck out with a shapely leg, swinging it diagonally upwards into his face with a loud clang! In fact, she'd barely tapped the helmet of his costume, but the blow sent her opponent reeling back, largely out of sheer surprise.
Justice Queen, however, was not about to let her enemy retreat! She stepped forwards, grabbing hold of one armor-clad wrist with both hands and throwing her weight to one side. Liliane's mind shifted gears, focusing on the moment. There was no longer any need for the script or the voice or even the character: right now the scene was all about movement, grace, the careful interplay of the limbs and mass of two people- all things she understood quite well. Death Knight, already off balance, was pulled with her as she moved, deftly spun around and swung towards her approaching teammates, who eagerly grabbed hold of his arms and legs, momentarily imprisoning the struggling villain.
"Your reign ends here, villain!" cried Justice Queen, drawing back one arm and leaping into the air-
"CUT!"
The word sheared through the atmosphere like a knife, bringing the scene to a sudden halt as if time had suddenly stopped in its tracks. The actors froze in place, Liliane making a light landing and then turning, her focus suddenly elsewhere.
She hadn't been able to think about it while in character, especially not with so much going on, but as soon as the cameras were off, her thoughts went to the girl she'd just seen. That person had just disappeared into midair, right in front of her eyes. Could it be- an actual super?
The director was barking orders, trying to get the frantic crew organized. "Find that woman! She's still around here somewhere! Make sure there isn't anything missing, some of those props are expensive, dammit-" He paused, a flood of questions washing over him. "Yes, keep the footage. I want to have a look at it in a minute." He waved to the actors. "You lot, get off the set, take a break. And not a word of this gets out to the press, understand?"
The air was full of fear and excitement, as actors and crew alike wondered who that super had been and what she'd been doing there. Several ducked for cover, scared for their lives, but others, such as Liliane, remained in the open, seeing the funny side of the situation. The interference could mean reshoots, outtakes, and all sorts of legal and logistical fiddling, but one couldn't deny that the mysterious woman had made things a great deal more interesting.
Liliane stayed where she was, turning in place, looking at every corner of the set around her. She couldn't tell where the super had gone, but she'd seen which direction she'd been heading. Glancing that way, the actress gave a grin, and a quick wave, before stepping gracefully off the set to get some rest, and hopefully some time out of that uncomfortably tight costume.
