Gilgamesh lands quite a bit more gracefully than Khan did considering that he wasn't the one struck. Though it still surprised him how his blows just didn't feel like they were landing right. It was like something was pushing them away slightly. Or he was made of something else. Either way when Khan did his 180 to face Gilgamesh he'd find Gilgamesh was already following up with an elbow right for his face!

Gilgamesh finds his elbow over swings just short of his target, whipping him all the way around in a 180 himself. He'd end up turning away from Khan would take full advantage of this by slamming his metal fist into the base of his neck.

He stumbles forward with the blow as his body falls forward, both of his legs coming up to try and kick Khan under his chin as he uses the momentum of the blow and fall to fluidly continue his string of attacks!

The attack was expected but the speed was still impressive. Khan manages to throw up an X block in front of his chest and the result is another rubber like rebound upon contact, propelling both of them a few feet away from each other.

It was beyond awkward to be repelled like that at the angel that he was in and the best he could do was roll with it as he hit the ground to minimize impact and keep his orientation as best he could before he regained his footing. Though there was no telling who would be ready first, so as Gilgamesh rose up it was with a cross block in front of him, expecting the masked fighter to be zooming toward him with another attack to follow up the push back.
It's what he would do.

"You're strong. Its a pity you seek direction." He doesn't follow up yet.

He'd not respond right away. His posture shifting as he relaxed his guard somewhat, though he did not drop it completely. He wasn't a fool, but he was sizing up the guy. He had put up a good fight, and there was some skill at least behind the talent. Not enough to win, he was sure of that. But there was clearly effort and training in how he handled himself, how he remain composed and even the way he held himself. Was he worthy?
Truth was Gilgamesh didn't know. But that was a far sight further than anyone else had managed to come yet. And so the man had earned his answer. Terms of a fight were an obligation to fulfill, and Gilgamesh would not dishonor himself or his master by pretending otherwise.
"I fight for the thrill of it. To find those that will force me to push myself to new limits. It is only through unscripted and unrestrained battle that one can truly put to test all of the skills they have attempted to master. And while the Bulwark hide away and fail to show a proper challenge my recourse is to bait those most willing to fight until they swallow their pride, and face their fear."
Of him.

"Mastery of my craft."
He corrected. It mattered little what others thought of his strength. What others thought of him as a person. If they feared him or not. Cowered or not. What mattered is if he knew he was driving himself as best as he could. Reaching for his goals with focused dedication, pushing himself as far as he could. He made promises to his Master, and more importantly to himself. And he did not intend to break those promises. No matter what he had to do, even if he had to break every back in this city to do so.
He would not give up on his vow.

He pulls out a small white card, flicking it towards him which manages to make it right to Gilgamesh in a straight line without getting caught in a breeze.
"Then you really will need to test yourself against those who think they're strong enough to stand in your way. Pandaemonium is a waste of your strength. Your actions and targets should be as focused as your strikes."

He caught the card with ease, flipping it over to read what it said. A job offer? That was unexpected. And it made him all the more curious just who this masked fighter was. A few people had commented that his choice of affiliation seemed odd, out of place even. Though he had his own reasons for siding with Pandemonium for the time being. Reasons that made it's mercurial nature ideal. But the offer was intriguing all the same.
"Then what's your offer?"

The card is simple, large Japanese kanji of "Tenchu" should he be able to read it. Below it in smaller English it reads "Divine Retribution."
"My offer is a simple one. You need to fight stronger men in order to hone your skills. I predict there will be many of those who think they fit that category standing in my way soon. Move where I point and I ensure you a place next to me when the dust settles. Until then, I promise you a plethora of opportunities to prove your strength."

It was hard to tell with the hood and the angle of his head, but Khan could probably see the hint of a smirk from the way his jaw moved. Though the small chuckle that bubbled forth from his lips would clear away any doubt about that, should he have them. It was an interesting offer, from an interesting opponent. A tempting one, but not one he was ready to take just yet.
"I'll think on it. We will see if the direction you point is one worthy of my attention."
And if the caliber of those that would oppose him were worth his time more than what he was drumming up already. He would have to keep an eye and an ear out for this guy, and his Divine Retribution. That much was certain.

Khan snickers.
"Indeed. I suppose for now you'll have to settle for beating the homeless." He gestures to the widowmakers.

"We all have our hobbies."
He said with a wry tone. The implication, or even outright statement that he was wasting his time didn't bother him. Because he didn't judge himself by the metrics of others. Only his own, because in the end Man didn't answer to society or even God. He only had to answer to himself.
