The night was young and frankly Freeflow had grown bored, sitting in front of the TV in his fancy hotel room in downtown Emerald City. Boredom was a killer. So instead of pissing the night away, he decided he would make the best of his time and explore his new 'home' a little. I wonder how mad they would be if they knew I took this suit out, off-duty.. Heh. He continued to chuckle briefly to himself as he put on his gear, grabbed a black pouch and fastened it to his tactical belt, before grabbing the Hageshi, his katana.
Moving to the large glass window over-looking the city, Freeflow would open it wide. After looking down and scanning his surroundings from the 20th floor, he would jump from the window. Within seconds, dark purple and azure blue energy would burst from the heels of his feet and the palms of his hands and he would be propelled upward through the air, curving around buildings and zipping through the open spaces between them.
It was't long before he heard something though. The sound of gunfire erupted street level and there seemed to be a whole lot of it. His sharp blue hues picked up the muzzle flashes below and without a second thought, he cut his propulsion. Free falling from the sky, he took this moment to observe what was unfolding below him.
Gun fire, two separate groups. ...8 a piece? Good ol' fashioned American gang war, in a crowded avenue, no less.. Sorry, pals. NOT TODAY!" Rapidly approaching the ground, he would land smack-dab in the middle of the street, between the gangs and their gunfire. Both gangs had blocked the road with cars, attempt to shield themselves.
Much to their amazement, the hail of gunfire from both sides would make it as far as 10 feet from both sides of him, before a flash would occur with each impact. The bullets would ricochet, shooting directly back at the ones who fired. Freeflow took initiative, running toward the group behind cars at his right. The civilian crowds had already dispersed, which meant he didn't have to worry about anyone getting caught in the cross fire.
Rushing toward the car at the center, Freeflow would slam his right shoulder into it. Transferring his kinetic energy into the car, he would force it to slid uncontrollably up the road, knocking a few of the gunmen over in the process as the wheels squeezed out down the road.

Great. Another gunfight between two gangs that thought whatever feud they had was worth getting dozens of ordinary people caught in the crossfire. This was a lot more dangerous than any ordinary gunfight too, as they had equipment that seemed to surpass even what the police had. Titan did have to admit that it was partially the fault of the supers. He chalked it all up to paranoia; if one were a mundie criminal in a city full of people who would only be tickled by normal, you'd want to have the heaviest weapon you could get, right? The real question was who exactly was arming these people? Most definitely a very influential third party that had some ulterior motive, but that was a mystery to solve another time, as there were more pressing matters.
Titan had been making his way towards the firefight within the panicking crowd, blending in with a large hoodie to hide his mask. He was thankfully close when the first few shots rang out, and he was hoping to get the element of surprise on these goons. It would take the police a while to get here, and Titan wasn't going to risk any civilian casualties. As he bustled past the tide of citizens, Titan soon found himself alone, with his only company being the gang members. Ripping off his hoodie and throwing it aside, Titan grabbed and slammed the nearest gunman's head into his own car, drawing the attention of his companion. Unfortunately for him, even at his normal size, Titan was a formidable opponent, a swift one at that, and he managed to close the distance, push the gun's barrel away from him and put the gunman into a headlock. A few seconds of pressure on his neck by tree-trunk like arms lead to the gunman being knocked unconscious. It was around this point the other gang members had spotted Titan, but he had already grown to a good 10 feet at this point. Just as they were about to fire at the giant, something crashed down from the sky.
At this point, both gangs were absolutely terrified out of their minds; they didn't expect to deal with two supers tonight. While some concentrated fire on the giant, to no real effect, others fired at the newcomer, and were shocked to see their bullets deflecting away from him. As he blocked a few stray projectiles head towards him, Titan noted that this new super must have had some sort of force field. Of course, there wasn't much time to ponder that, as there were still panicking gangsters firing at him. Titan lazily ripped the door off one of their cars and tossed it towards a cluster of gunmen, the metal smashing into them and painfully taking them out of commission. Now that he was freed up, Titan just observed this newcomer, wondering who exactly this was and why he was here...

Freeflow hadn't looked behind him at all, not yet. He felt secure with his abilities, that he was safe from the threats behind him. So he continued to focus on the rest of the gang members close by. Two had been taken out by the car. That left only six left on this side. One opened fire from his left side. He was close enough to Freeflow that the bullet never left the barrel, only sliding back down into the chamber and combusting inside the gun. The mercenary acted quickly, shifting into a forward run. Two steps and a mean straight right smashed the gang member's face while he was disoriented.
The gun that had fired seemed to almost float slowly down toward the ground, instead of gravity taking hold as normal. The right hand he would have used to down that first gang member, would swipe around and grab what was left of the destroyed submachine-gun as he turned and he whipped it toward another gang member behind him. The remnants of the weapon would emit a brief azure glow as it neared the gunman, before exploding and knocking him into another member behind him.
With three toppled, he didn't waste any time moving onto the last three, now currently behind him. Without lifting his feet, energy would burst from them and he would slid rapidly backwards, across the concrete. This time his left at forearm was the weapon, as he slide he would rotate toward his left and connect with the side of another's head, knocking his body up and over the side of the car.
In the same motion he would continue spinning backwards, lift his right leg and pull himself into a flying round-house. His shin would connect in nearly the same manner, with almost the same reaction as the guy hit the car and rolled over it. The last one screamed out obscenities, before trying to turn and run. Freeflow wasn't about to let that happen. Running up behind him before he could get off the street, the mercenary's heels would land upon his lower back, propelling him head first into the wall.
Taking a deep breath, before loudly exhaling, Freeflow's shoulders would slouch. Eight down and this had been so easy already, this was becoming a disappointment. How am I ever going to progress if these guys all suck so hard!? It was then that he realized all the commotion had died down. Did the other eight run away? Glancing curiously toward his left, down to street toward the other cars, he indeed noticed none of the other gang members were there. Instead only one person, who just so happened to be wearing a mask himself.
Guess that explains the silence.. Freeflow would place his hands upon the car and hoist himself up and over, before strolling toward the center of the car 'barricade' before his movement came to a halt. "Tch.. Thanks Buddy, but I so had it handled." Now that the fun was over, he was preparing to take his leave. However, another idea popped into his head. His arms would extend from his sides and he shrugged a little. "Hell, they were boring me anyways.. But maybe you can provide a little more entertainment?"
It kind of sounded like a request to fight him. However at the same time, something about the tone he spoke in pointed toward it being less of a request and more of a statement. Couldn't hurt to have a little more fun before the night was through. Freeflow would take another glance around at his surroundings, before focusing upon the mask ahead of him.

Given that civilians were cleared from the immediate area, Titan could afford to simply observe this mysterious super display his abilities. They were no doubt impressive, but there seemed to be an odd form of luck that happened to be on his side too. When a gunman attempted to fire his weapon, it simply exploded in his hand. He could either manipulate chance or he was using some sort of strange force field around him to mess with the environment. If him crashing into the ground from the skies wasn't enough evidence, this was a sure indication that he was a super. That, or someone with access to some very impressive tech.
There was a sense of both grace and brutality. His swift movements were punctuated with displays of impressive strength as he dispatched the gang members with machine-like precision. Finally, thanks to Titan and this sudden ally, the streets were cleared of violent gunmen and the people of Emerald City were (relatively) safe again. At least, the people that were in the immediate area. And for a quite limited time, to be very honest. Someone or something always needed saving in this city.
With civilian casualties and serious property damage being practically null, along with all of the gunmen being either unconscious or otherwise discouraged from continuing their criminal activities, Titan could now fully occupy himself with figuring out more about this mystery man. He wore an all-black skintight outfit and had a blade in hand, as if he was some sort of special forces ninja. Of course, Titan wasn't quite out of the woods yet, as the man spoke of him providing "a little more entertainment". That couldn't be good. Titan raised up his hands to show he wasn't a hostile party. This wasn't the place or the time to get into some stupid brawl that could cause more damage than the gunfight.
