Personality: In frank terms, Ed is a lazy bum. In contrast to his much more active and career woman of a sister, he doesn't want to do much of anything, and mooches off her for the most part. He was awful in school, and he continues to maintain his unemployed status, preferring to sit around and do nothing. He responds to most things with cold apathy, and a neutral expression is the most you'll get out of him. There's not passion for anything, or life long goals, just a 'come as you go' attitude to life. The only thing that one could consider to be a hobby is his liking for comic books, and he is often found reading quietly by himself.
The only thing that could get so much as annoyance is coaxing him into doing something. Even then, he'll just respond with a slight frown and try to ignore the problem. This only frustrates his sister even more, as even with as much pressure as she tries to put on him, he'll stubbornly refuse to do anything.
