Craftsman: Toko is handy with materials, able to both design and create various knives and guns if given the time and resources. Though he personally prefers to not use that option too often unless necessary or inspired enough, it’s time requirement is quite large and can gather attention in the explosive way if an accident occurs.
Multilingual: Italian was his first language afterall but he picked up Russian and German along his travels. Learning Japanese for personal business reasons.
Personality:
Cold and business like is the feeling most people will receive in Toko’s presence, the smell or aura of death around does not help as well. A heartless researcher and hitman mixed into one deadly person, with a simple goal. Learn and kill. Like alchemy one must create to destroy and destroy to create, to achieve knowledge he needs money and to get money he needs to kill. To kill he needs to learn more and more. Circular logic but in the end it works. In spite of the seemingly uncaring personality, he does actually hold some regard for those that can come close to reaching his standards for a family. He also believes those that have a code of honor in his business are nonsensical but a policy of respect is to be, well, respected. A hitman must also have some semblance of standards for the targets he will but if you don’t cross any lines well...
