Kasty had long since given up expecting that had been any kind of normal afternoon (and attempting to piece together what exactly had taken place), and so Aurora’s rant and Geata’s explanation was met with mostly with a shrug and a mental ‘of course that’s what happened’. The same could be said of Aurora’s yelling. Coming from her, that was an inside voice. It was that second to last bit that won his surprise.
“You still went to school after you got shot?” He spoke up, concerned. Relaxing or not, he hadn’t gone to class for almost three weeks after he’d died. Couldn’t going out like that just make injuries worse? Being devoted was great and all, but there were limits. Like significant injury. He couldn’t help but get the image of Aurora starring in one of those ‘help, I’ve fallen and can’t get up’ commercials because she tried to go to class after a work meeting with a dragon goes terribly awry. But, ultimately, he guessed that was her choice. Though, he did wonder if there was an Aurora Signal or something she could send out discreetly should worst come to worst. … Maybe he should just give her his phone number.
“Yeah, I just need my mask and sword bag.” He muttered, though Aurora’s outburst about class kept classifying itself as more important than getting her stuff from ‘the middle of nowhere’. It caught him as he got up and tried to make for the stairs (lacking fancy means of vertical transportation; this was far from the first time he wished his sword had that usual magical weapon feature of ‘call its name and it shall appear’, though even if it did he was sure it’d find a way to money paw it. Probably balance itself atop a ceiling fan or on the other side of a window), stopping him standing not too far from the other portal.
If class was that important to her, “Maybe we could track down your professors and ask for a supplementary lesson or something?” He offered. “If you haven’t missed a single day, I’m sure they’ll be understanding.”
For that, too, he’d need pants. He left the suggestion and an “I think I left your boots at the foot of the bed” over his shoulder, and jogged for the stairs. As the only one taking the long route, it nominated him as most likely to run into someone bothered by all the shouting and wall punching and thus diplomat should said person want something done about it. He began coming up with an excuse and back up excuse, should they be necessary.

"Oh, you haven't even begun to feel sorry," Aurora hissed a Geata through her teeth. "Neither has Limen. But all that aside, even without considering my personal life, it didn't even occur to you that I might have more important things to do than sit on the grass? When I am currently trying to run and get a hold over the largest super-powered gang in Emerald City. Hell, I was doing something more important when you decided to abduct me. Are you even capable of rubbing two brain cells together long enough to think?"
Aurora folded her arms, her fingers digging into her jacket. Her nails had largely been reduced to nubs where they hadn't broken off almost entirely, some even breaking below the skin, so clutching her arm like this was a little painful. She had to do something with her hands though or they were just going to twitch. Her expression remained about the same when Blue Jay started talking. He was just as much of an idiot.
"I fought a fucking dragon after I got shot and you're worried that I went to class? Life isn't going to stop because it'd be convenient for me dumbass." His suggestion made her raise a brow, it wasn't something she expected from him. "No need, my classes are embarrassingly easy. To the point that I finished most of the classwork for all of them with in the first two weeks of them starting. I don't need to go to class, I just want to go to class. It's not worth abducting any of my professors over."
When they started running off to get pants, nevermind that the pants that they were wearing already were perfectly functional, her scowl deepened. She already had to make up for lost time thanks to the events of the previous night, so having to wait any longer was trying her already thin patience. She dug her fingers into her jacket harder before raising her voice again.
"You have 60 seconds."
Aurora didn't care if they protested, she was dead serious. She glanced around the room for her boots, took a seat at the edge of the bed she was left in, put them on, and started lacing them up all while swearing under her breath. She hadn't taken them off in a while, so she wasn't quite used to lacing them up with her fingers like this. A few more bouts of irritated swearing erupted from her every time she hit a finger wrong, but she wasn't inclined to care at this point.

In spite of the insults hurled at him and how bad he felt about the whole situation, Geata breathed a sigh of relief when Aurora went off on him. She definitely didn't seem to be hurt too bad. Geata didn't know how he would've reacted had she actually been harmed. He simply shrugged off her rant and mumbled another apology, but he was smiling underneath his mask. In spite of everything he told Kasty, he had been slightly worried about her condition. Everything that he had told Kasty was just as much to convince himself as it was to convince his friend. But everything was fine now and he went off to find pants with a burden lifted from his shoulders.
Geata was slightly conflicted on how to proceed. On the one hand, he felt bad about what happened and it wasn't like he didn't know exactly where his pants were anyway. On the other hand, being given a time limit from the same person who had broken his rib the night before really rubbed him the wrong way. It took him half the time given to decide on the course of action to take, but he eventually decided against trolling Aurora. She had been through enough and so on and so forth, he told himself. He didn't waste any more time getting his jeans.
If he was counting correctly, he still had a few seconds to spare when he was done. He went back to the common room via portal and took a seat. "Ready whenever you are, Aurora," he said. He'd wait until he got the greenlight from Aurora to go. Until then, he'd spend the time trying to find a way to sit comfortably.

Oh, so they (being Geata and co. - he was not going to be accepting blame for this one in any way) had done the equivalent of making Aurora miss this week’s new episode of her favorite show, just with a bit of extreme devotion thrown in. Nothing world ending, or that would have any real lasting impact, despite how her reaction made it sound.
In Kasty’s hierarchy of respect, professors, whether he knew them or not, sat squarely at the top. Whenever he was in the presence of one he feel like he had to put up a little bit more of an appearance than the ever professional ‘I lost my closest and my comb’, but with his professor idea shot down, he decided trees were going to make due with his sweatpants. Descriptions of where they were headed had him second guess his idea of a mask as well. If hikers came across two people in masks doing super related activities, he, the odd maskless third, would just make a dive for the bushes. He did find his sword, however, and a pair of shoes, He was hurrying (as evidenced by his choice of the cloth shoulder sword bag he carried to class over the leather holder that took a couple of straps to get into), though he certainly wasn’t counting the seconds. He had honestly mentally brushed the whole sixty second thing off as just an Auroraisum. Probably best to just be ignored, along with a lot of the other things she said.
He had to make one quick stop by the kitchen, but with fast travel available, he was there and back to the main room in a good amount of time. Maybe a minute thirty overall. He paced the rest of the distance towards them, pretty well ready to go whenever.
“I wasn’t suggesting any professor abductions, just a quick chat outside of class. We’re supers, not aliens.” Kasty chuckled, but paused. "Right?" Probably. That aside, he held out his bounty from the fridge towards Aurora. “Here, I got you a soda. Sugar and caffeine in liquid form always helps me feel better.”

It didn't take long for her to get her boots back on, even with the occasional hurt finger. Since she was going to have to wait around anyway, she opted to stay sitting on the edge of the bed to rest her legs for a bit, and because she thought wandering around someone else's house was weird and bordering on creepy. Aurora knew they'd start complaining the second she started to move again thanks to the extra 30 pounds of metal on them now. The longer she waited, the more impatient she got. She already wasted so much time sleeping like this, and was still going to have to sleep this weekend as things stood because she really could not go more than seven days without sleeping, and event hat was pushing it. Even she had her limits. Every second made her more irritable, until her eyebrow started visibly twitching.
Geata arrived first, on time by her estimates, but Blue Jay was at least 20 seconds late and that was just unacceptable. Aurora rose from her spot and approached him, picking up the notebooks Geata stole with her power on the way. She snatched the soda, and elbowed him hard in the soft spot of the ribs right after. She didn't really like soda, it was like drinking sugar to her, but at this point she was thirsty enough that she wasn't about to care.
"You're slow," she scolded Blue Jay with her eyes narrowed. "And didn't you say I was sleeping for 18 hours? Wouldn't that make it like after 10:00? I doubt my professors' office hours go that late, and I doubt they'd appreciate it if I showed up at their house. Whatever," she turned her attention back to Geata. "Let's go, and hurry up. I have stuff to do and I lost a lot of time already."

Geata was glad to see that Kasty had decided to tag along, as evidenced by the late reappearance and sudden emergence of Evron. He was significantly less glad to see Aurora mistreating the guy offering assistance for no reason other than to be nice. He frowned underneath his mask at her. "Be nice. He doesn't have to help, you know," he said before turning to Kasty. "Thank you for helping out. I really appreciate you lending a hand."
Then, before Aurora could whine about time being wasted, a portal opened up behind Geata. "Sorry, but given the sparkles' reaction to travel yesterday, I'm gonna say it's safer if we take the long way," he said apologetically. "It'll take longer if we actually walk, but it'll give you time to bring your stuff with you through the portal, Aurora."
With that said, he stepped through and waited for the accompanying group to follow before making another portal, repeating the process until they were at the location of the various objects. He was ready to use his powers to help Aurora however she needed, but one look at the items convinced him that he wasn't doing any actual heavy lifting. It also made it very clear that he needed to go see somebody about his rib once they were done, because he was even less useful than usual and that was a problem. Plus it still hurt and he was getting irritable about it.

Another pro to grabbing the sword was that it served to help lessen what was an entirely unexpected elbow to the side. Kasty knew he should know better than to be surprised (Aurora was still heading the scoreboard of ‘times one has punched Kasty’ by more than the combined total of everyone else) but he had thought the offering of the condensed and bottled pure carbonated goodness of soda would protect him from the usual threat of Aurora gaining exp off her unsuspecting allies.
“Why would you even do that.” Kasty pouted. The sword had guarded him from the bulk of the not super powered jab, but he grabbed it like it hadn’t. Her pointing out the obvious flaw in his suggestion and other attempt to be helpful was left to lie with the conclusion that this issue was probably best remedied by her just going to class tomorrow. If she complained about it up later, he could say he did suggest the alien approach and she’d simply denied employing it.
He did send a smile to Geata, though, glad for the backup, and appreciative of the thanks. He waved dismissively. “No problem. Friends’ve got to look out for each other, right?”
Kasty had half a mind to take his good time keeping up with Geata and Aurora, for reasons that he was the only one present with super strength and, with Geata’s rib broken and Aurora’s request for aid on the matter and status of having just woken up after 18 hours, was therefore the most likely candidate to do the bulk of the heavy lifting. Today that half of his mind was winning out, on the basis that she’d elbowed him in the side for trying to be a good friend. And so he did. His happy pace was one slow enough to certainly lag behind, but quick enough that it was clear he was still coming. He could probably keep up with displacements if Geata decided to leave him behind for one reason or another, but he would then make a point of showing up a couple minutes late, with bags of vending machine chips.
Kasty couldn’t say what exactly he’d been expecting, but even after being told they’d been in the middle of nowhere and all of Aurora’s stuff had dropped, he was still surprised to see a huge pile of random stuff just out in the middle of Forest Nowhere. It raised a good number of questions in his mind; why did Aurora have so many rocks, for instance. Did she have any particular reason for lugging around enough materials to build a house, and did this make Aurora a pack rat and/or hoarder or potentially the best carpenter in the city? What were her rates as a moving service?
But, there was work to be done and such questions could be asked at intermediate points throughout if he was feeling dangerous. He’d pretty well do as directed, picking up the largest stuff first if otherwise left to make his own decisions.

Aurora just rolled their eyes at both of their retorts. She made her expectations quite clear, and he failed to meet them. If he wanted to help then the least he could do was actually be helpful. It was more likely that this was just some stupid feel good bullshit that she didn't have the time or patience for right now. He could stick with his stupid friend, she didn't care, but if he was going to slow her down then there was going to be a problem.
"By doing what, standing around and being moral support for you? Unless you were seriously expecting to be able to lift a few tons of steel and balance it on a rock or something all I need are a few portals to get it off the grass. He can go fall off a cliff for all I care."
She started grinding her teeth again at taking a slower way there. The portals would still be faster than walking, and it at least seemed prudent to make sure a repeat of yesterday didn't happen, so she didn't voice her irritation this time. Her aurora was small right now since it only consisted of a few notebooks, so it would at least be easy to keep close. Her movements were a little stiff and jerky in part because she was on her feet too much lately, and partially because of the electric current Limen sent through her the night prior.
Aurora quickly noticed Blue Jay lagging behind. At this point she didn't care if it was intentional or not, if someone she didn't need was going to slow her down this much after she wasted so much time sleeping then she wasn't going to tolerate it. She had half a mind to take out his shins, but that meant going back far enough that her limbs could reach him. Not worth the effort. Instead, she turned her attention to Geata and made it clear that he was either leaving him behind or he'd have a broken nose to go with his broken ribs. If he started getting too snippy, she had a few electrical burns on her hand to help him change his mind. This entire situation was his fault anyway and he needed to own up for it.
Once they arrived at her pile, she cracked open the soda Blue Jay grabbed for her and started to chug it. Liquids were harder to carry around, so she was normally dehydrated. Even this swill of sugar and water felt good on her throat. She was disappointed, but not surprised, to see that someone took her crackers, jerky, and energy bars because her stomach was audibly rumbling at this point, but it was probably just as well. Given how everything else scattered it probably would have been covered in dirt and who knows what else by the time she got here. Once the can was empty, she tossed it into the air and turned it into particles and folded her arms. The stuff that was firmly on top of other non-living matter she started turning into particles immediately. For the rest, she was going to have to get it off the grass.
"Just open a portal underneath it all and drop it in the air and take me back to the docks once I have it all. You," she looked at Blue Jay out of the corner of her eyes. "Just stay out of the way."

Geata did indeed leave Kasty behind (begrudgingly). He was glad to see he decided to follow along anyway, in part because he wasn't looking forward to seeing Aurora react to his inability to do everything. And, deciding that it would be better to establish that as soon as possible, he opened a max sized portal a few feet in front of Aurora. It was perfectly round, and just a little bit over thirteen feet in diameter.
"You ought to be nicer to a guy who just called you his friend," he sighed to Aurora. "Especially since that's as big as my portals get. He's going to be a lot more useful than you were expecting. Terribly sorry, Aurora." He started rubbing the back of neck nervously as he turned to Kasty. "Sadly, that means you can't just sit this one out, pal. I can make a portal on one end of the bigger stuff, let you push it through or something, or let you figure it out on your own. Whatever works for you, man."
With that said, he'd focus on doing what he was there to do. Everything he could drop through portals, he would, having them fall through the ground and emerge a hundred feet in the air. For everything bigger, he'd simply follow instructions given. At this point he was simply looking forward to finding someone to deal with his rib, and trying to instruct extra-cranky Aurora on the finer points of friendship seemed like it would take quite a while.

Aurora lived up to her expectations, and Kasty found himself indeed left behind. He also found himself a vending machine, once he had a clear idea of where the pair was going, and procured three bags of choice chips. He arrived in the clearing after the amount of time it took to make sure he wasn’t seen when he began displacing and to make his way through the trees without running into any of the trunks. After being told he could go fall off a cliff, he wasn’t in any hurry to show up.
He arrived just in time to be told he should input as much work into this as the various trees sitting around and watching, and for Geata backup round two. He gave the Geata a smile and tossed him a bag of chips as thanks. Couldn’t get food and not share.
Grinning, Kasty teleported directly beside Aurora. “Sorry, friend, I get to be useful yet.” Kasty said cheerfully, giving her a good friendly slap on the back. Before immediately teleporting away in fear of reactionary physical action. That left him a couple of feet in front of Aurora, and he wasted no time in trotting towards the various heavy things in the grass, save for to give the second of the bags of chips an over the shoulder toss to her. She too was counted in the people food must be shared with.
Kasty stuffed his own bag in his pocket and stretched his arms over his head. “Alright, I feel better. Yeah, you put a portal at one end, I’ll push it through, and we’ll try not to drop anything on our heads.”
It was nice to have a reason to use this aspect of his powers again. If felt like sometimes even he forgot the sword did indeed include moderate super strength in its package, just because he hardly ever had a need for it. A sword that can cut through metal plus super strength could result in an offed limb, so he held back to a more vanilla human strength when swinging. He could theoretically use it in conjugation with the sword’s ‘slice stone like butter’ thing to cut non-living things into pieces, but it was honestly just faster to hit whatever it was with a shock wave and call it a day. This was one of the rare occasions where brute strength would indeed solve the problems. Kasty made for the largest and heaviest looking slab of material first. His energy wasn't one of those things that got a boost, so might as well get the hard stuff done first.

Aurora was pleased that Geata listened instead of making her do more unnecessary work. His nose would survive her wrath for now. It didn't take too long for her to grab everything she could with her power, so with any luck she'd be in and out of here in just a couple of minutes. Those hopes were dashed when Geata explained the limitations of his power. Her scowl deepened, but she she didn't intend to punish him for that. It was because of the limitations of her own power that she even needed his help in the first place after all. If Blue Jay knew what was good for him he'd stop dallying and hurry up. In the mean time, she quirked a brow at Geata's statement. She seriously doubted that Blue Jay was including her when he said that friends needed to look out for each other. It didn't even make sense in context, and given the things he said to her in the past, wouldn't have even made sense without context.
"What are you talking about?"
Before an answer could be given, Blue Jay did indeed show up. Good, she would finally be able to put this stupid day behind her. Before then he felt the need to continue to be insufferable, nearly making her stumble forward from the unexpected impact on her back. He didn't even have the decency to sit still afterwards so she could put a bruise on his arm for that. The fact that he stopped for snacks too just made her want to punch him more. Whatever, he was heading towards where he needed to go and that was good enough for now as long as he didn't stall any longer.
The thrown bag of chips caught her off-guard. So much so that the bag nearly hit her in the face. Aurora's expression softened a bit as she lowered her hand from her face, though the signs of irritation were clearly there still she looked more bewildered than anything. She looked down at the bag as though it would somehow make everything that just happened make sense. She wasn't a fan of most processed foods. Her mother loved cooking, so she ate home cooked meals nearly every night for her entire life, and her mother would insist on using the best ingredients she could buy. It made processed foods taste like nothing but salt to her. Granted, in this case she didn't really care what the food tasted like, as long as it was food. Given how long she slept, it'd been nearly 2 days since she last ate anything, so at this point it would take self control to not eat the bag along with the chips. Wordlessly, she popped open the bag and began shoving the chips into her mouth.
She had numerous large objects in her aurora, but only a few of them were really heavy. Most of them were long wooden planks or metal for fencing. Only the large steal beams she'd been carrying around for reinforcing some of the old buildings required any effort to push into the portal. As long as they didn't keep dawdling it wouldn't take too much longer for her to recollect her lost possessions. Once she had them all she took a quick survey of the area, using her now large aurora to light up the area, to make sure she wasn't missing anything. There were still a few pills and other small items laying around, but she didn't care enough to pick them up.
"Take me to the docks. Now."

Geata was less than surprised that Aurora didn't seem to understand or believe him. Given how much he had heard of the interactions between her and Kasty, he doubted she expected him to feel friendly towards her. However, Geata was privy to knowledge that she apparently didn't have that made all the difference: Kasty/Blue Jay was a total softie. Previously, Geata hadn't understand why Kasty didn't speak of Aurora with a negative tone, but he figured it out when he had heard about how Aurora took a bullet for Jay. It made things a lot clearer. It was hard not to feel goodwill towards someone who put their life on the line for you. Of course, just because Geata figured this out within the last day didn't mean that he was going to act like it wasn't obvious.
"And here I thought I was clueless when it came to human relations," Geata chuckled quietly near Aurora, as though it was a secret just between the two of them that Kasty didn't need to hear. "I'm talking about how Jay over there thinks of you as his friend. He's referred to you as such multiple times since last night, Aurora. He just did so again. If you think about it, he's helping you out a lot more than he's helping me. I'm just the one who's saying thanks for it. Don't tell me that you haven't realized that you're his friend. You might not see him as your friend, but he definitely sees you as one. He's not the only one like that, either. I feel pretty confident that I'm not exactly on your good side, but I still think of you as a friend. Even if that's probably less than good news to you."
While he was chatting with Aurora, he continued doing the task given him. Luckily his powers didn't require much in the way of movement or extreme concentration, so he was fully capable of multitasking. Stuff being pushed would have portals to be pushed through, he could give an attempt at helping Aurora learn about the wonders of friendship, open the bag of chips, and he was still aware enough of his surroundings that he was ready to handle Aurora possibly getting angry (for some godforsaken reason) and trying to hit him.
When the job was complete, Geata obliged with Aurora's wishes and once again opened a portal for them to walk through. He then turned to Kasty. "Thanks again for the assist. You're a great friend, man," he said, resisting a strong urge to say something with the intent to try and embarrass Aurora. "You planning on tagging along still, or are ya heading back home?"

It was never a bad day to make jabs at physics. Kasty set about lifting the ends of the materials and then pushing them into the opened portal until its center of gravity was simultaneously underground and in the sky, and gravity could finish the rest. It would make pretty quick work and a nice little jog, and this clearing would be clear once more. When they were done and he had pushed the last piece of what might one day be a building through a portal, he stretched his back and finally spoke up.
“You know, uh, your voices carry really far in the empty clearing in a quiet forest.” He teased. Bits and pieces of it, anyway, but it was enough to get subject and the want to state his claim on the matter. “I was going to let it slide and pretend to be an ignorant party, but now the truthfulness of my statement’s being called into question and that act wasn’t going to last long anyway.”
As he spoke he paced towards the pair, ultimately coming to a stop about four feet away. Remembering that without his mask smiling was a thing that was possible for others to see, he sent one he thought was good and convincing Aurora’s way. “Of course you’re our friend, Aurora. I decided it for myself last night and I’m not about to go back on my decision now.”
Something about that didn’t strike him as quiet enough, though. Not quite convincing enough to get through the argument shredder of Aurora. He put his hand to his chin. After a moment of thoughtfully looking upwards, he turned back to the Pandaemonium leader.
“Alright, Aurora. You remember when you woke up after getting shot, you started shouting at me about what I wanted in payment for helping you, right? I’ve decided how I actually want to cash in that debt or whatever.” He was aware he’d technically already asked for something for that, but that didn’t really matter in this case and was convinced he could argue likewise. Kasty looked Aurora in the eye, his expression completely serious. Like some anime protagonist, he widened his stance and pointed, arm completely extended, at her.
“I want to be your friend.”
Content, he crossed his arms and nodded once to himself. “Geata, too, because whatever argument he’s over here making I’m pretty sure applies to him too. I want you to consider us your friends, ‘cause it’s a little hard to deny it at this point.” He concluded with a shrug. Besides, even if it was objectively not hard to deny, there were two in agreeance here vs one possible oppositional party. Democracy was on their side.
Letting his arms relax again to his sides, he paced a couple more steps towards Geata. “I’ve come along this far, might as well see it through.” He said, withdrawing and opening his bag of chips. Waiting to go back with Geata would still probably be faster than heading home himself anyhow.

Geata she could ignore. The way he was talking was infuriating, enough so that she went to poke him lightly in the rib, but ultimately he was just stupid. He wasn't there for a lot of their encounters, and he didn't hear any of their conversations. However, when Kasty joined in, what was going on became clear to her. The theatrics, the way both of them were talking, the tone, the word choice, the body language...it was clear they found all of this hilarious. They were openly mocking her while also trying to make absurd claims of friendship, and this was after one of them outright kidnapped her earlier and the other didn't seem particularly bothered about it. Her expression turned from irritated (and a bit tired) to outright dark. She balled her hands into fists, and her arms started shaking. There were some things people just shouldn't joke about.
"Considering 'friendship' to you involves kidnapping and harassment I wouldn't want any part of it even if you were being serious. You're both just like everyone else!" She started moving towards the portal, her shoes managing to clank even against the soft grass with how hard her steps were. "And there's nothing left to 'see though' so fuck off!"
Aurora stepped through the portal, trying to reorganize her mental list of things to do. Her mind was hazy from how long she slept, how much she still needed to eat, and how angry she was. Normally she'd yell at them more, but the struck enough of a nerve that she was finding that the words were getting stuck in her throat. It was yet another thing added on top of everything these people claiming to be her 'friend' did to her, and showed just how meaningless the word was to them. It made her want nothing to do with them at this point. She needed to make sure her newly planted trees were okay, to finish prettying the area around those trees, some food, and then maybe she could look into improving the internet access out here. That's what she needed to do, focusing on this stuff was just a waste of time.

When Kasty chimed in, Geata was admittedly relieved. The older of the two easily knew Aurora better, and was likely to be better at convincing Aurora. Judging by the sudden sharp pain in his rib (which was responded to with a pained whimper), Geata wasn't too confident that he was being believed. His belief in Kasty was quickly dashed by the overdramatic pose. He tried and failed to repress a disappointed sigh, already sure of what was going to happen next. He appreciated being included in the deal, but he had already lost faith that Kasty had any clue of what he was doing.
Aurora did not let Geata down, and her obvious anger left him scrambling for ways to fix the mess that everything had become. It did not take him long to think of a terrible, desperate plot to make it clear just how serious he was being. He gave Kasty a quick pat on the back before stepping away, a few feet towards Aurora. He then made what he was confident was going to turn out to be the worst decision in his long line of bad decisions made since talking to Limen two days prior.
"Aurora Disicio!" he called, his voice stern and as without humor as he could manage. It was also notably less muffled than it had been before; this was because he had dropped his mask around his neck. "I, Tristan Carter, otherwise known as the super called Geata, am completely serious. I want to be your friend, Aurora, and I can't think of a better way to make that clear than this. Only the people closest to me know my name, and now that includes you, whether you like it or not. Now come back here and apologize to Jay for being cruel and throwing his friendship back in his face, dammit."
Geata was tremendously aware of his life expectancy dropping exponentially. As such, his next order of business was trying to hurry and make peace with his impending doom.
