"Oh. I getcha." She lobs one of her remaining grenades at the incoming zombies, laughing at the rambling. Apparently her remark, albeit intentionally silly, were a little more far-fetched than she'd intended.
"Don't worry, I have faith in you. You'll figure something out." She misses a shot and only fires into a zombie's arm, making up for it with a few extra bullets before, then switches to a gun with slightly less damage paired with a quicker reload.
"So how often do you play this?"

"Glad I'm gotten, and sure guess we'll see."
Shane grinned before eyes going slightly wide as he saw a small power up in the distance and firing several shots before hearing the satisfying ding as a hand cannon appeared in his well 'hand'. He could handle the reload and magazine, having sort of dealt with that personal handicap the whole time, and gladly caused cannon sized holes into the zombies' chests and heads.
"Not as often as you'd think, this whole addiction started cause I was the lucky one who had to remove some high score from the top that was just A S S...totaaaaaally had no idea who could've planned or done that..."
His snicker said other wise.

"Life is full of little mysteries." Her grin widened at his snicker, expression a picture of false innocence. Carnage spilled out across the screen, but so far neither had teeth marks in their face. Little mysteries, indeed. No extra benefits appeared for her yet, though Kasey was keeping an eye out for them. As it was, Shane was becoming more interesting as he slipped away from the puns but held on to his humor.

"Little and tall ones indeed."
Shane said with a nod and equal false innocence. Kasey was an interesting individual, was able to keep up with his humor and skill making his day a lot more interesting. It was her next line though that had him take a pause.
"...Pfffft hahahahaha"
He burst out into laughter, she even matched his puns alright she was A-Okay in his book. Not even noticing or caring about the zombie approaching him until it took a quick bite out of his screen, he let out another laugh as he blew it's brain's out.
"Woooooo...that was great, screwed me over a bit, but great."

She just grins at his remark, letting the range of mysteries bask in the glory of being mentioned. Distracted, she gets another chunk of her screen taken out with teeth marks.
"Awww, boo." It's his laughter that startles her, not expecting him to take to the joke quite so heartily, though she's glad to see him do so. She joins along in a quieter, merry chuckle.
"It's a skill," she admits.

"I'm beginning to see that you're a zombie killer of many talents and skills"
Shane said with a smirk. He fired into the a zombie before it could take another chunk out of their screen but noticed that they were slowly being overwhelmed.
"Well Kasey it appears your fantastic sense of humor may have doomed us to a death of eating brains for breaksfast, lunch, and dinner."

"I try." The encroaching doom comes a little closer as the incoming zombies are more than happy to feast upon them.
"It seems that way," she admits with a dramatic sigh. "But we can still go down fighting!"

Shane grinned, tossing out his remaining grenades like a mad scottish cyclops before switching back to the hand cannon. He used it's force to shoot through the zombies and make each shot kill at least three or four.

"Naturally." Kasey takes up the support role for a bit, then starts lobbing her remaining grenades at the mass of mindless brain munchers, unloading lead as much as she can.
"So what happens when there's only so much to go around?"

"What uh do...you uh mean?"
Shane asked a little confused and not fully focused on the conversation, tongue sticking out to the side as he quickly shot each one, attempting to focus only on those that got in biting range but seeing they were quickly losing health in spite of the defensive play. It was a moment later before the sound of gnashing teeth boomed out and the words 'Game Over' bled on the screen.
"Woo that was fun."
With a grin, Shane holstered his gun in the machine before pointing a thumb at the screen with three A's blinking.
"You dear get the honor of high score name."

"Mmm, never mind." She chuckles as the question is dropped. "Just thinking out loud." Eventually, there's nothing left but teeth marks on the screen and her wth the honor.
"Hmm, KAS or JAM?" She taps her chin with her index finger as she puzzles over the screen that is patiently waiting for her input.

Shane snickered before looking around. It wasn't that busy, Guess even with summer break, the arcade could have its slow days.
"Welp appears I don't have much work to do here...sooo any suggestions?"

"Perfect." She grins and puts the letters in. "Now I can say that this is my jam." It seems Shane may have had a bit of an influence on her current state of humor, considering how pleased she looks with the ideas they share. At his question, she looks around the arcade, making note of what's where before pointing to the racing games.
"Want to try a little one on one?"

"Man now I'm jelly that I didn't put name up here" Shane immediately replied with a wink, before looking at the racing game. It wasn't one of his strongest points, but he shrugged and headed over to it.
"Miss Jam, I'm merely an employee testing out games while also entertaining an entertaining person, one on one would merely be a coincidence."
With a snicker and another wink he paid for players one and two and got ready to most likely get his butt kicked.

Kasey gives him a sympathetic grin and winks. "Don't worry, I'm sure you''ll be able to come up with something new that will blow everyone away." She joins him a the new set, noting his small lack of interest. It seemed she would have to make it more interesting for him, then.
"Well you're doing a good job. I'm definitely entertained." She laughed as she slid into the player two seat, turning the wheel to go over her options.
"So, your call. Do we race to see who's fastest or go for most destruction?"
