Sin Eater was woken by the dwindling rain. She blinked blearily up at the gray sky. This dragon had seemed like it might have had a real chance to overcome her power, but here she was, still alive. The infected growths that had sprouted from Sin Eater's body had turned to stone and crumbled apart, making way for her regeneration to repair the damage.
As she remembered where she was and what had just happened, her mood was already souring. The growing headache wasn't helping matters any. Sin Eater could detect Azoth closer to the ruins of the dragon, and the rate at which her health was deteriorating confirmed that the multiply-impaled person next to her was Unhallow. For a moment, Sin Eater considered just letting her fellow Keeper die right here.
But that would cause more problems than it would solve. Sin Eater's lingering wounds began to worsen as she called upon her power. Unhallow's body would heal, the flesh shattering the stone spikes and pushing the debris out of the wounds as it knitted itself back together. Her armor was also returned to pristine condition, even the helmet she had removed. The added damage was enough to mortally wound Sin Eater once more.
At least this way, Sin Eater thought, she'd be able to torment Unhallow some more in the future. The thought was enough to make her feel a little better as unconsciousness returned to claim her.

Anyone else might have been insulted at Aurora's lack of concern, but Dullahan appreciated her confidence in him. And he had, of course, prepared for the aftermath of the battle.
A medical helicopter took off from an underground hangar Dullahan had constructed in the slums, accompanied by a small squadron of camera drones to locate the wounded. Although it might not be as smooth a ride as Aurora had requested, the larger medical helicopter was equipped with a full telesurgery suite to allow Dullahan to stabilize patients at the site of the battle. He was confident that the faster response time was worth it.
Dullahan was troubled to see Balance's corpse, and Big Martin's absence had dire implications as well. But Dullahan couldn't do anything about either of them. He resolved to focus on the problems he could solve.
As the helicopter landed on a relatively intact portion of the street, Dullahan detached two sizable crates of medical supplies. Bandages, splints, anaesthetics, antiseptics, and other medical gear were present in sufficient number that heroes could waste as much as they wanted on unpowered victims and there would still probably be enough to treat the city's supers.
Fortunately, it seemed that few of the supers were in critical condition, and most of those were already being taken care of. Dullahan's speakers transmitted a perfunctory "thank you" to Giza for bringing Limen to the helicopter and he got straight to work diagnosing her condition. The blood loss was surprisingly minimal, with the way the wound had been cauterized. Not the dragon's work, he suspected, but rather that of a quickthinking super. However, the brief infection of the severed arm had still rendered it unrecoverable.
Limen's health was robust enough that she wouldn't be endangered in the slightest by a flight back to Dullahan's main workshop back in the slums. Full repairs would require equipment he hadn't been able to take with him. Once his drones confirmed that no one else was in need of his attention, Dullahan's helicopter took off again. He was already formulating a surgical plan.
